Our family (pups included) love Unleashed!We have been taking our pups to their store to pick out their own treats since 2019 - one of our favorite things to do while getting to walk around downtown and enjoy our city. The owners are so sweet and really appreciate their community and customers. They have so many healthy treat options for pups as well as leashes, collars, pet care, and so much more. The pups always enjoy their treats too!

Unleashed is an amazing store ran by amazing people who genuinely love dogs and want only the best for their customers. When my dog was diagnosed with cancer, and after the biopsy, which was taken from a hip, and the vet wants the dog to stay still to heal. Well that was impossible. Unleashed introduced me to CBD oil and all I can say it was a miracle. My dog would rest and stay calm. It is the only thing that worked for her. It may sound pricey but way worth every penny.

Amazing customer service! I have two very young power chewers who love elk antlers, but I was having a hard time finding antlers sturdy enough to last for them. Not to mention that they need to be very similar or my sweet puppies will argue over who gets which one. Not only did the kind folks at Unleashed special order two very similar, thick antlers for me, but they also reordered them without even being asked and set them aside for the next time I asked, AND recognized me when I walked in the door! That’s hometown, small business customer service! What a way to make someone, and their puppies, feel special!!

As we just moved in to the building where they are located I took my dog in to check things out, and was amazed at how natural things were. The owners are super friendly and gave my dog lots of love and even gave her a super nice welcome to the neighborhood treat. I will absolutely be bringing my business here, and would recommend to anybody who loves their dogs to shop here as you won’t be disappointed. They even let your dog sample them to make sure they like it, and you can’t beat a friendly, local shop like this.

I absolutely love this place! In fact, we go several times per month to stock up on healthier dog cookies and dog treats you can't find other places. Too many dog cookies and treats contain added fillers and ingredients that are questionable from a health perspective. I can count on Unleashed to have healthier alternatives that are made in the U.S.A. Love the doggie bakery they have with special treats, including holiday and sports themed cookies.The people who own it are awesome too! If you're lucky, you'll go on a day when their two dogs, Zoe and Daisy, are there. Overall, I love the entire experience! A wonderful addition to Roanoke.

The store was well organized and offered a lot of variety given the limited space. The folks were very nice and helpful. I love that they didn’t pressure us to buy anything else but welcomed us to look around at our leisure. The birthday package for our baby’s 1st birthday is just what I was looking for and the price was right on!

Cute place, expensive, but cute. Stsy Way from the bags of coffee! Walmart brand tast better AND is WAY LESS expensive, my doggo picked put a couple bags of treats, and she likes them very much, (also expensive)
