I will only ever come here against my will.I have been here many times to pick up items for my Job and Every single time, without fail, I have had issues.Refusing to give me my order. Not showing up with my order. Saying they have my order online and not having it in the store. Ancient beings who don't know what's going on nor can they physically or mentally assist you in any way.This place is terrible, go to lowes down the street. They suck Less.

I normally love Home Depot and have made several appliance purchases through them, so I decided to have them install a new front door and side porch storm door.The order process was a mess from the beginning. They assigned me a random online "designer" to help select the doors and materials needed for the project. She sent me an estimate WITHOUT the actual doors included. Why would you send me an estimate with NO DOORS? Then I chose the front door I wanted and she said that she found one she felt was more appropriate based on the measurements. This door was fine. Her follow up communication was so poor (it would take DAYS to get a response), I finally had to call the actual store to complete and pay for the purchase.The date was set for 4/4. On the day of install, the installers called me to tell me they were running behind on time and would not make it to my house that day. They rescheduled for today and said they would be there at 8am and could have it finished by 10am. 8am came, no one showed up. I called, no response. Finally at 9:05am, Home Depot called because they were confused about the purchase order. I was very clear that I only needed two doors installed, which I told the installer last week. Home Depot proceeded to tell me that they didn't have my door in stock (I paid for this install on 3/18) and they would have to order it. Then they said they would call the other Home Depot across town to see if they had the door only to say the one they had has a dent in it. I canceled the entire job. From the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and total lack of consideration for my time and money, it was a bad experience from start to finish. Home Depot did nothing to make it right. I'm so disappointed.

Yesterday, I received a free freezer I didn't order strapped to a box I did order. Today, instead of the generator I ordered I received a sink. This happened to the same person ON CONSECUTIVE DAYS! Customer Service solution was to refund the generator and to tell me to order again, even though I won't qualify for the same financing. How do you make money?

I don't usually shop at home Depot but I couldn't find what I needed in my usual store. As I was looking for the special bulb,an employee went to the area and found the item and explained why this was the appropriate item. I only spent five minutes in the store.

Employees are nice but undertrained. We tried to show them some of the 4x4s that had 1" deep cuts in them at the midpoint and the guy had no idea why damaged 4x4s were an issue. Otherwise it's a good store with cheerful staff.

Employees Colleen, Allen, Will and Warren all have given me help as I'm in the process of some renovations and improvements at my home. Warren helped me significantly during the Christmas season with decorations. The other three have professionally offered me their guidance, advice, decorating ideas and additional options as I work towards making improvements in my house. (Which they didn't have to do). 👍🏿

Went to homedepot found a dewalt lawnmower on clearance for 299.99 asked if I could buy it they refused to sale to me! Why have it out in store when they won't let you buy it!

We went to Home Depot looking for flooring for our upstairs. The salesperson was kind and helpful. We were able to select our flooring, receive a quote and set up the measurement visit in a relatively short period of time. The only issue we had was that the military discount didn’t process so we have to go back to the store to receive it.

I had to return two (2) Ubent LED fluorescent bulbs that didn't work. I didn't have my receipt and Christopher in Customer service here at the Hershberger Rd location was amazing !!! If you have a problem see him or the other Customer Service folks !!! The staff here are always helpful and very customer oriented.I will shop here again.

Dissappointed in Home Depot. We buy there all the time and had someone check our items before we left this store. Why follow your customers throughout the store? I believe I’ll shop on the other side of town. :(

Great store brand, pricey assembly fee for simple task. I had to assembly the cabinet box myself. Not happy with purchased electric heater, fairly large for room size, looks good, but heating very little space with auto cutoff features works in minutes. No auto turn on feature? Never came back until the grill cool and I manually hit the remote control switch that come with the system. Malfunctioning? Possibly!

Needed help picking a paint color the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted. Very friendly and curtious. I just wish they would stop asking if I'm paying with a card when I'm in the cash only line

We came to this Home Depot to buy materials to build a fence at our home. 4 workers watched as my husband moved each individual piece of wood off the shelf and onto the cart. He asked several times if they could get a fork lift but they refused. They also refused to help him load it into his trailer. Worst customer service. We often renovate houses and do many home projects, so we invest a lot of money into supplies. We will be spending our money elsewhere. This store lost our business.

They did their best, that I can say. John and I always appreciated the underdogs here. I wish management could really see how hard they work. For those hard working folks in lumber and lawn & garden 5*, but the manager we experienced, a 3*. Great job to the women and men who hold these two departments down. Know that we see you and appreciate your hard work and efforts to make our experience great.

So here we were, strangers in a strange land with dead house batteries in our RV. And to our rescue came Mike the Manger. No problem stay the night and charge up your batteries. Safe journey after. And all I purchased was a power inverter. Customer service like this is sorely needed in the world. Thank you MikeH & K Sadie and Emily too, but their just happy with their milk-bones.

I purchased a casement window for my bathroom back in early November of last year. I received the window and before installation I noticed the cheap plastic slider wasn't working and needed to be replaced. I took the window back to have this fixed. They told me they would fix it instead of replacing it, it has been 4 months. But thats OK I have a house that has a missing window for 4 months. I guess I'll continue to be a caveman with a piece of wood for a window. It's truly beautiful. I have been dealing with managers only and no one can seem to resolve the problem. I get passed to the next one. I should have went to Lowes. At this point I would think they would order me a new upgraded window to take care of the problem but I doubt that will happen. I'm sure I'll get the same window back and get it installed then it will fall apart. Then they will blame it on installation. I've installed windows before from Lowes they were great. I'm finally upset enough to write a review. I never do this.

Excellent example of Home Depot stores. I had contact with four associates during my short visit all of whom were courteous, friendly, and knew their merchandise. I left with my own photos of merchandise for a future project, and one lovely seasonal plant. Parking, generous and close to the store, included handicap accessible slots as well as some reserved for active and retired military (Thank you for your service).

High price. Great selection on garden tools, but no selection on post hole diggers. 20 different rates, but only one post hole digger. Location Roanoke on 220 North across from the Chick-fil-A. The Valley View location isn't any better.

First I went to Lowes to get a pressure washer. They never came to unlock it after 30 minutes of waiting so I decided to go to Home Depot. In and out in 10 minutes. The associate was very helpful. Great job!

Always my go to place for home projects. Put down new flooring the Husband and I and oh Wow it's just beautiful. The colors of the wood are reds and browns and beautiful. It compliments everything. We both are so very pleased with it. We got great service at home Depot we had friends. Who did the installation for us so we didn't use the store for that but most Country Folk always do have other ways of getting things done. But Home Depot has everything you need for your home so check them out you will love them too I'm sure. 😍AAAt

Im a contractor and more often than not I lose time at this specific home depot due to lumber carts full of items that need restocked, incompetent employed that refuse to help, ect... if I lose time on a job due to not being able to get the material or information I need then it hurts my business. I will travel across town to use the other home depot to keep from going here as a pro

Better than Lowe's! When I went to buy doors for the exterior of my house, Lowe's had some really nice storm-doors on display -- but the ones on display were not available in the store! The ones they had in store were not available to view before buying! To get one of the display-doors, you had to order one in the store & wait 28-30 days.Home Depot changed that completely around! The doors they had on display were the same ones they had IN THE STORE! What a concept!!! I call that clever marketing with good customer service.
