I love this Target. I normally find great prices. I went to buy pens yesterday and found this sale. Just watch your pricing on "sale" items no matter where you go. Otherwise great place to shop and get a cup of coffee while there.

I came to Target after looking at every store in the mall for a pair of jeans that fit me. I hadn't found anything, so I checked Target's clothing section. I was disappointed to find that the jeans were strewn all over the shelves in no discernable order. The sizes, colors, and styles were completely mixed up, and I couldn't find what I needed. The dressing rooms were filthy and smelled like urine. I went to the health section to buy Q-Tips and was shocked when I saw the price tag... $6! I could get them cheaper anywhere else. Overall, I was very disappointed with this shopping trip.

2 business hours ago I was told from someone that the stocking vendor directed them to the returns counter. The Disney Lorcana cards and booster packs were behind the returns counter and not in the regular aisle. When I showed up today (2 business hours later) no one at the returns counter knew anything about the cards. This is shocking because just 2 hours ago the cards were picked up from the returns desk, a female employee knew where they were behind the counter.Today Lucas was no help. I asked the other guy at the counter if he could show me where they are normally stocked, and he was no help. There is not even a place for the cards to be stocked. I wish the employees had some knowledge about where the cards are kept.

I used to be a very loyal Target customer when I lived in another state. However, I find the store in Roanoke, Virginia to be less than acceptable. The carts are always dirty, and the isles are usually blocked with some type of cart loaded with merchandise sitting unattended. Also, their make up department is usually out of stock of the most common products, and when I asked for help they sent a young man who did not seem to know anything about the products, nor could he answer my questions. I have given this store ample opportunity and feedback, and nothing has changed.

to the girl who was working on register ten on july 17th around 6pm, you deserve to lose your job!!! i’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a customer service worker before. wish i could’ve gotten her name but she rushed me away. i walked up to her aisle to seeing her on her phone and absolutely no greeting. not a hello, how are you, did you find everything okay, NOTHING. then once i noticed the stuff wasn’t ringing up correctly and asked what was wrong her only response was “don’t know” instead of helping me or asking someone else for help? she acted like i had ruined her whole day after telling her i had to take some items off since it wasn’t ringing up correctly and she wouldn’t do anything to fix it, just roll her eyes at me. i love target but this has unfortunately ruined my experience and i’m now unsure that i’ll return if this is how target lets their employees treat people. mind you i was being incredibly kind the whole time. you signed up for this job, it’s not hard to be kind!!!

This store has gone downhill... I walked in this morning at 8:30 AM and the floors were littered with trash. This store closes in the evening. There is no reason the floors shouldn't be clean first thing in the morning. I am so sick of intitled employees. It is all about them. Customers? Who cares.

I went in toTarget for about five items and I found everything I was looking for in no time. I had a question and the staff member I asked was so helpful, he walked me to the product I was looking for. I never, ever get this same treatment at Walmart. What a life saver?

I’d give them 0 stars if I could… I ordered towels and bath mats off of a friends wedding registry to pick up. I picked the order up got home and looked in the bag first towel I see has what looks like splattered spaghetti sauce on it ( so there’s no way whomever put this in the bag didn’t see it). I called they told me there was 3 left in store, and it’s not a quick seller so it should still be there when I return the towel. I asked if they could just hold one of them they said no we don’t do that…. So I drive all the way back …. Guess what no towels left…. The lady at the returns section didn’t seem to care didn’t even say we’re sorry for your store experience. I asked if she could correct the registry to show I only bought one towel…. She said I’d have to call in….. at this point I’ve had it I have to call in to get a mistake they made fixed….. that’s ridiculous. 3 customer service reps later, one really rude one who actually hung up on me, and I’m still on the phone waiting to get the registry issue fixed. I cannot believe this is how target allows their employees to treat customers.

Funko pops and certain Target exclusives are always at least 5 months behind schedule. Plus size selection is moderate and specific but never in the way you want, while the smaller sizes are abundant and as aesthetic as you please. But the store is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I always come back.

I bought milkmakers cookies from the maternity section and when I got home and opened the boxes, the cookies had been replaced with keto cookies. There is a total of 5 bags in one box and 6 bags in the other ... I am frustrated that the boxes were still sealed but did not have what it actually wanted and paid for.

Don’t get me wrong I love me some target. This is for the item management team/inventory team. Don’t put in store pickup options for big ticket items unless you have quality checks in place; I looked at power wheels for a week checking to make sure I could pick up one for my sons 2nd Bday. I buy it online while I’m on lunch at work and then got to pick it up and you don’t have anything in stock when your store says that it does. Now you’re going to hold that money all weekend so I can’t go out and buy him something else . I know mistakes happen but you guys missed it all week? You can do better… I’m disappointed.

I have became a Target fan in the past year and a half. Because of the pandemic I used their Curbside service often. Orders are processed quickly and efficiently. And the staff that brings out orders are meticulous with making sure they verify customers prior to handing over orders. I love it! That's what I call great service!

Always such a clean, organized & safe feeling environment. The Target Staff in every department seem so welcoming & are there ready to accommodate you right away in searching for a particular item or items in the category of your needs requests. If the item(s) are not readily available on hand, they are always ready to check their own stock or help you conveniently order right there on the spot. If there is an accommodation problem such as being from out of town, they are prepared to help you locate the Target store nearest you & set up a pick up order in the manner of which you desire. All of these personal conveniences make me feel like a most valuable customer & cared about. These are quite past the goals in Customer Service that other big & small department stores can only aspire to in comparison as far as I’m concerned. Thanks a lot Target.
