Sheetz has apparently gone downhill. The floors are nasty, the counters are visibly dirty with coffee wet on them, and the bathrooms were just as bad as an outhouse in cleanliness and smell. I was a Sheetz Freak for the past three years. I will not be coming back to this store at the very least.

The wait time for your food is ridiculous! 25 minutes on a Monday night at 7pm and not even busy and two people in the kitchen! One girl with purple hair kept going outside to smoke, eww! After we finally got our food, she decided to go back and help! We ordered a classic app, 2 hot dogs and a sub! The young gentleman at the register was awesome! Very polite, very welcoming and great smile! Only positive about the store was its clean! Don’t waste your time ordering food unless you’re prepared to wait a long time!

the lady on drinks took 30 minutes to make 1 milkshake, walking around the store like she don’t know what she doing. Had one other milkshake to make that got canceled cause she wouldn’t start them had to have someone else come make the milkshake

This is what you'll see when you order a shake at this sheets. The machine telling them their is a shake order dinging like crazy and absolutely Noone around to make your shake.. why the sheets not, lmao yall are terrible. Finally 15 minutes later Mohawk man shows up to save they day.

Good products and varity, priced are high. Sometimes staff ignores you.Also if you work very early A M. shifts, like I do, The employees working this shift , like to not work as hard. ALL 3 COFFEE MAKERS/ Brewing machine will be " off" not working, at the same time. Problem is staff leaves all there this way, longer than the Normal cleaning time.Early morning customer going to work can't get their cup of coffee.This is just wrong!

I had previously liked your coffee, and store in general, until last night. When I stopped by and only one of the three coffee makers were working, and only offered "Classic" blend, both French roast and Clombian roasts did not work!I ended up the getting classic blend, and there were virtually no liquid creamer. The place was profoundly dirty, and there were indigents, both outside the store, and within harrowing the clientele for food, and money. In short it was a very unpleasant experience.

This store is terrible. I’ve given them so many chances since opening - in person and through DoorDash. Just ordering a milkshake can turn into half an hour wait; the employees take their time as if people aren’t waiting, they stand around talking when they should be working, the last time I ordered through DD the Peanut Butter milkshake was terrible. This time I ordered through DD and they didn’t give the dasher three out of four of my items; one employee told him they had already made my milkshake and was of no help to him. I did get a refund from DD, but that is just unacceptable. Again, I’ve given this store SO many chances in person, as well. I think it went well maybe once or twice. Night shift seems to be the worst. If the employees don’t want to do their jobs, they shouldn’t be there. I don’t go often and I thought at first it was just because they had just opened and working out any kinks. Apparently I was wrong. Missing three out of four items and refused to give the dasher my whole order. Ridiculous.

The manager is what makes this a 1 star and not like a 2 or 3. I watched as my drinks were made, died and dumped and then remade. We had recieved our food 20+ minutes before. I asked why the wait was so long and made it known I was aware of what happened. Once the I'm assuming manager came to the counter I retold him what was going on. He said basically what do you want me to do about it. I at that time just asked for an apology what I got was being told he was " matching" my energy. Did he think I was happy? I am hearing impaired and was told he said something behind my back as I walked away. Another customer told me this. He was " matching" my energy I was matching my experience.

This has to be the worst Sheetz ever. It’s a shame because the one is brand new. I’ve never seen a Sheetz as dirty as this one and it’s I like this every time we go in there. The other bad thing is they’re not short staffed. Bathrooms have no toilet paper ever and are very disgusting.

Whoever says sheetz is better than Wawa is just insane. This particular sheetz is pretty bad. They never have donuts, the food orders take forever, there is often entire products missing from the fridge for weeks on end, and it’s always filthy. The drink stations are always sticky with trash flung around all over the place. Whoever the manager is here needs to step it up.

Place sucks they make all the food at once it sits and is cold by the time they bag it store is filthy dirty. cleark is busy hitting weed vape pen outside need to clean house and start over on 2nd/3nd shift.will not be coming back to this location. Wake up sheetz corporate u are loosing money and customers at this location.

Quite possibly the worst Sheetz in the Roanoke Valley. New food orders take 45 minutes to process, food doesn’t come out feeling fresh. It feels a pale excuse next to nearby fast food offerings, in which most of the worries of Sheetz are alleviated. Two stars granted only because the food is edible.

Ordered on the mobile app and it said the food was ready by 12:15amWent to pick it up and the girl at the drive through said 10 min because there was 7 people in front of me.I moved so the line could rotateI got back in line but was forced to sit behind people just sitting and waiting in the drive through line.I had to go in and get my order,all of my food was cold. $22 wasted.Rotate the people out of the drive through lane so people can pick their orders up.

Someone needs to tell the girl training people poorly what MTO means. Nobody wants old food you cooked in batches because you’re lazy. If you can’t do your very simple, easy job then please go apply somewhere else.

So for starters, the hospitality was lack luster to say the least. I’ve been in there multiple times and the only efficient person I’ve noticed was josh. Josh is great. I ordered a hot chocolate at 10:02 and at 10:27 I had to ask someone to go make the drink after it had been ignored by 4 people. Ended up getting the drink 10 minutes later. No apology, everything was just a terrible experience. I feel like training would greatly improve their staffing.

its a Sheetz show manage your expectations to that. Food was quick and how I ordered it. Staff weren't full of exuberance, but weren't bad either. Was relatively clean. This was during lunch time and they were definitely hoping. Take this over the one that was on Williamson Rd any day.

They say food will be ready at a certain time and it’s not ready for over 30 min past what they say. It took almost an hour for one appetizer. Whoever owns this Sheetz needs to either staff more people for busier times or not estimate a time that’s a total guess and never correct. Super frustrating.

I pre-ordered milkshakes where they sat on the counter and melted. Once arriving female worker was busy flirting with customers and completely ignored me. Once approaching her over my order she got snippy saying i should have said something. They should go back to their original location. Their work ethic shows they belong there

Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a Sheetz. It took over 45 mins just to make a cold wrap and mozzarella sticks. I also order curly fries and did not get them. Have been trying to call to ask about getting a refund for the fries and no one has answered.The employees making the food have no sense of urgency even with a room full of people waiting. They should have already been trained since most of them worked at the Sheetz near the Berglund Center.It was just absolutely ridiculous and will not be going back anytime soon.

I was told to proceed to the first window when I placed my order. I waited at window 1 and there was no one at window 1. I had my window rolled down and waited. It was freezing and after waiting a few minutes I rolled my window back up. No one showed. I thought the car in front of me was waiting a while and I waited 10 minutes and then proceeded to the 2nd window when it cleared. A blue hair girl with a nose ring and tattoos told me to drive back around because I didn’t pay. I told her there was no one at window 1. She wouldn’t listen. She wouldn’t take my card or offer to take it to just walk over to the register and pay it and come back. She made me drive back around. I waited BEHIND the car that I was in front of before, and when I went back to the 1st window the guy at the register apologized to me. But I’m never coming back. Not only was I told to drive back around, wait behind the car that I was in front of, I was shorted by fries too that I bought (which were pricey as it was) as I ordered two and ordered two subs - I didn’t get the second fries. There was only one in the order. I paid for an order of fries I never received and I wasn’t about to come back when I realized I didn’t get it. NOT coming back ever again!!

Sick dog. Sheetz is up the street 1 mile away. Download the App. See the time. Pull up 5 minutes after to give them time. Sit in drive thru for 10 minutes to be given half order and told to have a nice night. Watch customers at counter get served. Finally came back to window. Given the rest. Get home. Surprise, surprise. Every last thing is cold. I’d sit there a half hour if I hadn’t ordered ahead. Simply ridiculous. Will not make the mistake of ordering here again.

Never have I seen a more filthy, dirty, nasty un-cleaned bathroom no toilet paper just dirty very unhealthy, the coolers needed stocked and the staff very reserved and not the least friendly...
