Worst Sheetz to go to. They never fill up my salad everytime I order them. And they take FOREVER to make the food. I understand that they have a lot of food to make, I work in the fast food industry, but the speed is BEYOND slow. But tonight they have just lost me as a customer. Me and my brother came by to get some food. While we were waiting, we were walking around the store looking at stuff and picking them up to see what they were out of curiosity. Then out of nowhere the GM bumps into me without apologizing and accuses my brother of stealing! If he thought that we were stealing then he should have went to check the cameras before assuming.

The staff are an equal mix of really nice people and people who just don't care and it shows. The shelves are almost never stocked with anything more than subpar sheetz but the deli. I get it. It's a gas station, but even by gas station standards they capitalize on sucking!! Just paid 12 bucks for an Italian wrap that was the thinnest slice of meat in a tortilla filled with soggy veggies. Unreal. And this is where idgaf factor comes in. When i said something to them, they all just smiled in unison and said nothing.

This has to be the worst Sheetz in Roanoke. I love Sheetz. Have gave this place numerous chances. I am done. Employees have attitude and seem like they hate there jobs. Orders are always wrong and food is cold most of the time. Get it together Sheetz.

This store is very unprofessional, AGAIN, I have had a bad experience here. I spent 30 minutes waiting on my order and while I was waiting, there was a woman in the back wearing a button up shirt with pins all over her hat and glasses, she was gossiping about other employees loud enough for us all to hear. She was dancing inappropriately to the music that was playing. I have tried to reach out to the store manager several times to speak about the previous issue I referred to but he is NEVER there. Are all stores ran like this?

Best people and service you will ever get from any convenience store period. I literally drive a few miles in the wrong direction just to go there. I go there atleast 5+ times a week, thanks guys and keep up the great job, don't change anything. Except bring back those twist doughnuts, my son's and I loved them. Right when I got them hooked on them they were gone and not coming back..... like my hairline!

Normally I love Sheetz but NOT this one!! Nasty workers but I keep going back because I want to support sheetz & keep my money in America. I just don't know how much longer I can do it. Bring Josh back!!! I just called to see when they get a delivery so I know when to go in, the 1st call they picked up & hung right up, called back & got "enter your remote access code" 🤨 7-11 here I come. 😢

The sheets foods are def bussin’ I mean I’m not a huge fan of gas stations foods but this ain’t your typical gas station foods - - - they are definitely making a name for itself and you talking about budget friendly items!!! Yeah!! Def putting this on the “Mid Day - Late Night Snack’n” Options list….their food is made to order and always freshMy 3 newfound FAV’s:- Jalapeño Poppers- Boneless Shwingz- Mozzarella SticksReally hungry and can’t decide on what to get, Well the appetizer sample I’m sure you don’t want to miss, try all 3 of your favorites right along with one of their amazing dips, their sure to get your tastebuds to its destination fixed…I say “ALL STARS” ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for Sheetz on changing the way we see “gas-stations”Ever on a cold night - I’d recommend one of their Cappuccino’s - - - MMMMmmm 😋 delicious

One of the most ghetto places in the valley! Inappropriate bad language music blaring in the kitchen with employees shaking their rumps on each other! Including management! My food was ready within a reasonable time unlike the other local location. The female manager with the glasses and dark hair in a bun is not a friendly person and shouldn’t cuss in front of customers or employees!

I’m no longer allowed in Sheetz on orange ave due to me bringing bad to the store and conflict, and the fact a few employees don’t like me. So I was the guard there for 4 months and I quit, due to lack of payment from the sub company and issues with the employees. I did nothing at all wrong. I did my job and removed people from the store when needed or requested by a manager. There was issues and problems with one of my friends coming in the store and just buying gas, cigarettes, or a drink and leaving and bothered no one, just because a manager didn’t like him I was always told to remove him, due to her having a relationship with his ex. The ex is still allowed at the store, just not me or my friend. I told them I don’t care if you like someone or not, they are not bothering you, they are a paying customer and it’s not right to remove someone due to not liking them, that’s complete discrimination. So I always asked when my friend was around not to come in the store while I’m working to avoid conflicts and he listened to me. They kept accusing me and harassing me for passing information back and forth which I wasn’t, I never asked my friends to come to my job on any given time. I was told if my friends came thru, I was supposed to make them leave, they could not hang around, which many times I asked them to leave as respect for me and my job and they listened each time I actually asked, which I didn’t agree with cause they was always buying stuff, but since I quit the job, the manager asked me not to come back to his store to go to another one due to me bringing bad to the store. I didn’t bring no bad to the store, when customers came in while I was working I blessed some of them paid for their food, snacks, or drinks. I helped people find stuff and also helped all the Sheetz employees when asked. I never had an issue, until this situation happened. Last night I walked in the store, and got a drink, used the bathroom, and talked to my old co-employee and some of them seen me in there and went and got a manager said it upsets them and scares them that I’m in there and I’m not allowed to be at the store. So they asked me to leave and I left peacefully but my point is you cannot kick someone how of somewhere that’s a customer and not committing a crime, not only that 3 of the workers on the shift live together, so they all going to take each others backs and gang up on me always. They accused me for sending information back and forth to the ex boyfriend that’s my friend, about others that work there, and I wasn’t. All the people connected to me, came in the store on their term, not mine. I’ve done nothing wrong, and committed no crime. Share and spread the word. Jacob, Carlina, Josh, & Damyon are the best ones that work there.

I gave 3 stars. It’s the worst Sheetz I’ve ever been to.Employees were GREAT.But I got charged nearly $5 for a water and their food is way overpriced too. I won’t be back and probably going to an actual establishment for breakfast.If the employees weren’t so kind I would give this 1 star. Terrible.

Let’s start with I’m traveling through town stop at this place because my daughter of three needs to her diaper change. There’s an employee playing on his phone inside the only stall in the men’s bathroom. He had me waiting for 10 minutes before I could even change my daughter after knocking multiple times, explaining the situation. When waiting outside another employee was cleaning the women’s restroom and I politely asked hey, may we use that bathroom? He ignored me and walked right past me. Finally once the other employee came out of the men’s restroom, I was able to go into the store, but only to find out that there is no changing table in the bathroom. This sheets is absolutely awful and I’ll give it one star.

I'm at this store at least 2 times a day to get drinks witch are hardly ever stocked up I understand their under staffed so I have been getting my own out of the walk-in cooler. Well today I did so and was accosted by a "manger" that was very rude. I'm usually easy going and nice this store is going down hill. I use a lot of propane and when I go to the store to get some it takes 15 minutes to find the key to the cage or from time to time not at all.

Absolutely filthy. Counters dirty, nothing stocked.I asked for napkins and got them after she scratched her scalp and handling cashier money. That is a health dept issue.Over here was coffee, over there behind a shelf were empty creamer dispensers and bin that was single creamers with more dirty counters.The store is never clean. I tried again, but it failed, so, maybe a good manager will get it and stay on top of employees.

Then go ask me if I can pull it back up like no once I hit I'm done or my screen closes its gone. Much prefer apperson or salem sheetz over this store any day. I wouldn't use my ebt card in this store if I had one smdh

So tired of them messing up my food.... EVERY time! I have gotten a burrito here about 20 time...finally I'm done. I pay for sour cream and guacamole....but none on my burrito. Done. I'll just go elsewhere. Also, they never ever spread out ingredients on the burrito. You get a mouthful of jalapenos in one end and NONE at the other.Do not go here at night. Unsafe. This is why they close for a couple of hours at night around 2AM. (Orange Ave Sheetz is worse though)Also, have been approached at gas pumps during the day, twice, by scammers asking me to give them cash and the will swipe their (stolen) credit card to pay for my gas.The cashier was very nice though. I'd give her five stars

Girl with blue hair on night shift needs to find a new profession. Hate your life all you want but don't take it out on people trying to work also as a delivery service. Stay home or just don't run your mouth and keep your attitude too yourself.

I do not recommend! If I could put no stars I would. Food was absolutely dreadful. Hard bread you could play soccer with, cold/undercooked meat, onion rings thrown into the bag without proper bagging. If you hate you’re job simply find another because there is no way you would prepare food for the pubic with no regard to safety. Take some pride in what you do.

Since we are PA people it was great to find a Sheetz in VA. This facility did not disappoint. It is spacious, restrooms are clean, and it offers showers.Gas prices were great. We will be stopping again the next time we go south.

I ordered a 1/2 carved Turkey. Paid too much. Barely any Turkey on sandwich....all i tasted was mayo and pepper jack cheese...bread was so stale and hard it was ridiculous..Worst sandwich I ever had! If I could give no stars I would!

Sheetz is probably the premiere convenience and gas store. Not to mention they're made to order meals. We travel a lot and we use them a lot. This is probably one of the smallest stores of theirs have been in. But great access in and out and the food is still just as good.

Aside from the cashier, the staff was rude, my food was only about half cooked, they didn't have part of what I ordered available so I had to switch after already waiting 10 minutes, and they didn't put my sauce in the bag. I didn't realize that the food was poorly cooked or that I didn't have sauce, so now I'm just disappointed, hungry, and out $23. Thanks Sheetz.

Dirty! Thank goodness I had to wear a mask because I don’t think the aroma in the bathroom would have been bearable. There were no towels in the men’s or women’s room. All of the garbage cans at the pumps were all overflowing with large clumps of garbage all over. We needed refreshments but decided to gas and go due to the nastiness night f the facility at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and it was not busy.
