I brought my cockapoo in for grooming on December 30th, after we got him home he was matted in 3 places I had to take him to the vet to get removed. This store was given to Vet so he could document what place did this to our pet. They were so unattentive and not friendly and in a rush. This was the first and last time I will let my pet be mistreated by people who don't care. This is a disgrace. In my opinion if they do this to your pet what else will they do. Sad if you love your pet don't subject them to this type of abuse. You don't know what they do when there in there for hours.

First of all the knowledge is lacking as far as the care of the animals, quite a few reps don’t know anything about the animals they sell. Second, I wanted to purchase a few crabs, a couple for display and a couple to add to my fahaka puffer tank for enrichment/food. I haven’t found anywhere else that sells small crabs locally. When I mentioned my puffer the kid said he couldn’t sell them to me knowing that even one may be eaten. I am beyond baffled. They sell goldfish for food, which is one of the worst things you could feed another fish, causing the fed fish to prematurely die of liver failure, but we can sell a few small crabs. These aren’t live mice or rats these are small crabs, smaller than the large roaches and caterpillars they sell LIVE as food. Just beyond baffled.

It happened AGAIN, first time I sent my cavalier for grooming they started to drag my dog across the floor I asked that she not drag my dog and if you could just pick her up, it’s a small dog, the reply was she will obey after you leave, I was on the fence of leaving my dog there, but I did and grooming went well. My next appointment I had to wait several weeks which is normal, and had a confirmation the night before. I show up at 7:45am for an 8 am appointment for grooming, they CANCELLED not rescheduled CANCELLED said they tried to contact me 30 minutes prior, are you kidding, waited weeks and you confirmed. Stay away from Corporate groomers, no groomer stays that any good with themAVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
