The experience I experienced today 2/26/24 was and is very upsetting I was a customer getting gas my car ddnt take all tht I asked for when paying from the inside your money automatically goes bk on your card! When paying at a pump with a card they put a hold and take the money and will have to wait 24hrs of refund. Well I paid inside 3hrs later my money still wasn’t refunded I went bk nicely talked with someone and he stated my money went bk well i pulled my account up and showed him it’s nothing there! He called the owner and the owner was very rude and unprofessional told me I gotta wait until the end of the night when he do his paperwork smh no thts not how tht goes well I called RPD I ENDED RIGHT THERE I WOULDNT EVER GIVE THEM BUSINESS BECAUSE A CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER FEEL THE WAY THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS WRONG ABOUT MY MONEY I DONT WORK TO JUST LET MONEY GO BECAUSE LIKE THAT. If it’s parents tht allow they kids to go to tht store don’t let them go by themselves please go with them so they won’t rob your babies of they money

Worse experience at a gas station ever!! The owners (old couple) were incredibly rude. They had a sign up that said "not to be on phone while at their counter". I was on a work phone call when I walked into the store. I even told the old lady I was on a work call and apologized but needed to continue my phone call. She said nothing, gave me dirty looks until I left and who I assume is her husband mumbled under his breath as I was walking away "she obviously can't read". I again said I was on a work phone call and that was met with more dirty looks. I will never go to this store again and I will tell my friends to never go there. Hey owners (or whoever you are) why don't you try being pleasant instead of ass holes. Ya know since you work with the public. P.s. I give this store negative stars. Not one. Sad excuse for a public store.

I went there a couple times and Helen was an amazing person. But now some new people run it and let me say. They aren't the nicest people.

This place doesn't even deserve one star I'm 9 months pregnant due any day and the lady in there refused to let me use the restroom will never stop there again
