I love the folks at this Ace. Always someone there to help when needed. They are friendly and personable. They have a Hallmark section that has all the Christmas ornaments. They also have a lot of small gift items for the kids to pick up for teachers, parents and grandparents. There is a wide selection of other "hardware store" type items. Check them out. Oh, and this Ace is open 7 days a week.

Old style hardware complete with canned jars of peaches for sale on the counter. Friendly staff that listens helps where needed. We had to ask after looking around a bit and yep they had what we came in for. Highly recommended over ANY BIG BOX BRAND.

When u need bolts nuts screws nails...ect.. couplers pea traps so fourth an such go to back Wall start searching spread the rows out and the rows and rows and slide over and rows I was sweaty lol and still had to yell for service to get coupler I needed and pea trap. I laughed and laughed at my trip to Northwest Ace Hardware .......it was a experience...but the 2 younger guys helped me and I had to Smile they kept their cool...

Great friendly customer service. A real community resource. The best place for birdfeed. This store comes out on top in most categories. Even if a few prices might be little higher than Lowes, the overall selection and experience is much better. Of course some things can't compete like lumber, but at least I have a much better chance of finding my hardware at Northwest Ace.

This was my 2nd visit in a week..everyone was super helpful and friendly. I called back and the lady went to check the availability and then told me how to order it..she also invited me to come to the store..I drove past 2 stores that were closer because of how nice they are..will be coming back

Usually come here when looking for specific odd items I cant find at Lowe's or Home Depot. They're a bit higher priced, but worth it when you cant find what youre needing elsewhere.

A nut came off an axle of my 99 year old mum's rollator today while we were at an appointment. The wheel fell off when we got home. I took a picture of the part on another wheel and took the wheel and axle with me.I showed both to a nice young man who immediately knew exactly what I needed.I got a spare just in case. LOL

Just shopped here. They are currently out of power but associates still get exactly what you need if they have it. Adapt and overcome! Very good work by the associates here.

Didn't find exactly what I was looking for but didn't spend all day looking thanks to their knowledgeable staff. Did pick up some things I needed like filters for my heat pump which were reasonably priced and mine are an odd size so it's nice to know they're readily available here.

This place is a great place to go for all of your hardware and houseware needs. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It's very nice to go to a place where the employees get you with a smile and sont mind helping you find what you need and this place does exactly that. Have been here a few times and was helped by a young girl named Grace and she was absolutely wonderful! Great job guys! I will definitely shop here for all of my needs!!!

Love this place. I know you will say but it's more expensive than the big box stores. Yes, it can be on some of the things and also is cheaper on some of the things.Here's the deal though! They carry items that are more unusual and you cannot get in other places. They are owned by local people and in several places around the valley.I don't need to persuade you to be a customer because the those who know what is happening know that Northwest Hardware is a great hometown business and our local place to get all your garden, home repair, and Home protection store.

Went there Friday before the snow storm to get a kerosene heater, thankfully they had some!! Lowes had sold out Thursday morning! Who would've thought that a small store would have it in stock better than a big box store!! Kudos to Northwest Ace!!!!

Love the wonderful merchandise in that store! There are many Whimsical items for the yard also!A fav of mine- mason jars with solar lids and lightning bugs inside! Single experience here was not pleasant. Was traveling through during a move and needed to return an item I had bought at a local Ace Hardware in Knoxville Tennessee. The manager Jason would not except the return because he stated it was a “ homegrown” item not carried in the Ace warehouse. Item was new and I tampered I’m the bag with receipt. So I called local manager in Knoxville who said normally they will add the item in their system to keep customer satisfaction prioritized but not the case at this Ace. Provides feedback to Jason that A e should make customers aware of this unknown obstacle. Glad I’m just passing through and will be contacting corporate Ace to get there advice.
