It's a great pet store that's not cookie cutter like a Petco/PetSmart. The store is warm, inviting and comfortable instead of sterile, prepackaged and made to look the same box store aesthetic. Besides the usual pet store items like they have a huge variety of gifts and trinkets, most that can be found in a breed specific item which most pet lovers like and the box stores don't really carry. They also have a huge variety of food for your dog/cat/pet. They have grooming and daycare on site but I have not used either and of course, they allow dogs.

Outstanding Grooming Salon! Today is the second time I’ve taken my golden doodles to Tess. I’ve had these goldendoodles for over six years and she does the best job out of anyone between here and Richmond. I don’t know her personally this is not a paid advertisement. This is simply me showing appreciation for the work she does!!

This place is hugeand has everything your dog/cat/birds could ever need. The store is the cleanest store I have been to and the staff is incredibly friendly. My puppies are so happy. Definitely will be going again.

Our dog was groomed here and it's worlds better than other places. They were patient and compassionate with her and really took their time to keep her from being terrified. I picked up a happy dog from them, and I was so happy I almost cried.

Nothing but praise for this store!I was in a bind trying to find the only dog food I can feed one of my three dogs, so I called the store and spoke to Katelyn.They not only had the food I needed, but they delivered it to my front door for free same day I ordered it!!👍While I have never actually been in the store I am definitely going to be going there on one of these weekends to thank her in person!There is less than a handful of stores in a 50 mile radius that carries the food I need and most needed to be special-ordered but not this store, they always have it on the shelf!I simply cannot say enough good things about this store even though I have not been inside it yet, I sure when I do I will LOVE it!!The customer service is wonderful!They definitely go above and beyond for you!Thank you again so much Katelyn!! ♥️

Terrible service and very rude the lady’s were very nice but the young kid acts like he don’t wanna be there and the other one with on the floor or sometimes in register is rude and is always staring inappropriately at other employees and customers. Very creep do not like the feeling at all. Will not be comin back unless that’s addressed

Great place during the shortage of Cat Food for the times we live in, this place stays pretty well stocked! I have a Bengal Cat and he lovvvvved the varieties that are offered here, not the same ol same ol. Plus I had coupons and you can get points for rewards etc. Libra the Lil Leopard curled up after a yummy Crab Mix’ up can, only sold at Natures Emporium!

Excellent Customer Service always says hi to my Skye. Treats are delicious. Doggie Day Care also is an added bonus when I need to go to doctor appt. And Skye just needs to play and run. Highly recommend Natures Emporium to all animal lovers.

Amazing ownership. We have a dog that is allergic to just about all animal proteins and they brought in several exotic treats for us to try for her. She loves kangaroo and ostrich... can't wait to try more. Thank you all

Went in to get some training treats, training pouch & a new collar for my dog going into training this week.Associates were very pleasant and helpful. Employee walked me to all locations of the items I was looking for that day.They have a wide variety of brands and items to set you up and make your dog the happiest on the block.

Best selection of pet supplies in the city. They focus on brands that actually care about animal wellness and sustainable sourcing.If you have a pet with weird dietary needs and feel the need to try obscure hippy brands of food, look no further: these guys have it. Reasonably priced and, again, an incredible selection.Staff is helpful and friendly too. This place is the best argument for shopping local.

Good selection of treats and food. I use the self wash dog station which is really nice and only $20 for an hour. You can hook your dog into a tub so they can't run away during the bath. The staff is friendly when you can find them.

This is the perfect store to get most of your pet supplies. Some items a little pricey but worth the money. We have gone here to help socialize our rescue Rottie and the staff has been awesome! It has also been a great resource for dog-friendly venues.

2nd update: Store Management has reached out to me by phone mail message letting me know that they have refunded my money on store credit if I come in again, will speak with cashiers regarding special circumstances and they hope not to lose me as a customer.Update: Previously I had rated this store very high. I've bought all my dog food for two years here and many treats and other things. I've even used the groomer.Less than 48 hours ago I bought two bowls for my dog. I decided the one was too big so I tried to remove the sticker on the smaller one. After about 16 hours of soaking in hot water I could not remove the sticker on the inside of the bowl. I just tried to return them and they refused to accept my returns. Neither ever sat on the floor or went near my animal. I find a policy of no reasonable returns to be completely ridiculous in this day and age. If a store is not going to accept returns that should be made clear at check out. They've lost a valuable customer who has shopped here a lot I'm not only angry but very disappointed. I'm sure Amazon will send me my dog food. I was trying to support local.Old review: Great place for hard to find dog and cat food. Also a nice gift section and very friendly employees!

Huge selection of gifts for pet loving humans, and also specialty and hard to find goods for your pets! They also have a self serve dog wash, in house groomer, and a doggie daycare. Their self dog wash is charged by the session, rather than by the minute, which for me and my 50lb fluffy akita mix is a much better deal, as he takes forever to dry. Love it!

I enjoy this store. It's clean, bright, will stocked and for what I buy had the best prices when you consider their buy 12 cases get one free thing. With three dogs, that's not hard to do with canned food. They remember my dog by name and always say hello when your walk in. Great job guys!

Staff is always helpful! The only store that carries Harrison pet Bird Food. Its the top pelleted food for your bird, and highly suggested by avian veterinarians. They are kind here, they carry my heavy bags to my van- a much appreciated help to me these days.

Well(ish) stocked pet shop with allll the best pet food brands. I have a picky pitbull with a list of allergies so long, that homer himself would call it epic. Orijen is the only brand I've found that really works for him! Shop is well organized, and has a pet wash station! The staff are helpful and super nice.Why no 5stars?? Treat selection leaves A LOT to be desired. If that was a bit more beefed up with single ingredient larger chews. This would be 5 start FOR SURE.Edit of review: I have been going to Natures emporium for over a year now. I have updated them to a five star. The staff are really great and always super helpful. The treat section has also beefed up in the time I have been shopping there. If you have a dog with a lot of allergies (looking at you bully breeds) they have a lot of single ingredient treats and a great food selection.
