The best Kroger you’ll ever go to. I don’t live in the area anymore so I’m going to a different Kroger now but I miss this one! Customer service is amazing, the employees are so nice, friendly and helpful. The store is laid out in a way that makes sense and it’s easy to find what you need. Aisles are big so you aren’t crowded with other shoppers. It’s clean and just a pleasant experience every time I’ve gone. Highly recommend!

Failing at customer service & being accessible to disabled customers. While we like Kroger groceries lots, they are really failing on customer service when it comes to checking people out. They just closed all the lanes with cashiers at 8:30 pm... So the man in front of us in a WHEELCHAIR was moved to a line to check himself out. Come on Kroger, do better

I bought an 8 PC fried chicken from the deli today. I have done this in the past quite a bit and loved it... today it was awful... tasted like it was fried in the bottom of the fryer that had not been cleaned in a month... will not buy again

Very clean and well maintained store. Associates are always friendly and helpful. The chocolate milk is slightly overpriced and at the same time, very easy to steal. Another one of God’s little tests I suppose.

Shout out to the bakery in Kroger Bonsack! This cake was not only delicious but looked amazing! Probably the best cake we have had in a long time. I ordered it the day before and it was ready and waiting for me to pick it up. Thank you!

OUR FAVORITE KROGER! Always clean and well-stocked, with VERY friendly and helpful employees. Even though this particular store is a bit further to drive, we ALWAYS shop here...when we are busy, we use Click And Pick-up, which we appreciate! Fantastic organic selections.

I know that many people like the digital coupons, but I spent 5 minutes, standing in front of the soft drink section, trying to locate the digital coupon that was advertised for 8 packs of soda. I finally gave up. When checking out, I saw that there was one check out line with a cashier. I went to self checkout, where there were long lines of customers with baskets Full of groceries. When I finally got to a self checkout kiosk, I had to wait for an employee to input my birthdate so I could purchase wine. I had to repeatedly listen to the automated attendant tell me to put my purchases in the bags. Even though I WAS putting my items in bags, an employee was alerted to check to make sure I had paid for everything. There was even a video of me putting my purchased items in bags. Kroger needs to get rid of the automation and get back to customer service.

Love the Bonsack Kroger. Clean store. Nice employees . Picking up my grocery order is a breeze. Tried the Home Chef BBQ ribs. Available from the deli after 11a.m. Ready to eat. Yum!!! 😊👍🏻

You have a gentleman working your gas station right now, he went above and beyond and without hesitation when my gas money was stolen earlier only having 1.50 on me he added his own money so I had enough gas to get home! He is a keeper!

I attempted to use a $50 gift card - was told to scratch off the silver tape - then I could not read the numbers and I was told I was supposed to use a coin and not my fingernail and the card was no longer valid. Happy Birthday to me! I will never shop at Kroger again and will tell all of my friends and family as well. Why put the number on a piece of tape that is covered by another piece of tape?????

I wish there was a "zero" star.I am not sure who is the produce manager,but they really need to take lessons from Publix or even Food Lion.Produce is horrible.and they are always out of the nessary produce items.And when you ask an employee,they look at you like you have 4 eyes.I sure wish we had a Publix here,that would never be the case.

I've always enjoyed shopping at this Kroger, but today had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by two employees who were really top notch:The first was Carol who, as she was checking my groceries, pointed out a peach I had selected that was bad and asked if I'd like to remove it from the bag before she weighed it. I likely wouldn't have noticed if she hadn't pointed it out, and I appreciated her attention to and concern for the quality of product that I was purchasing.Then as I arrived at my car and began to load my toddler into his carseat, David, who was collecting carts in the parking lot, offered to load my groceries into my trunk for me while I took care of my son. It was absolutely above and beyond, and it was such a blessing to me.

Very nice, well stocked, clean and orderly. Great selection of wine including local/regional wine too. Needed assistance in finding an item and an associate stopped what he was doing and took us right to it. Cashier was very friendly.

Although i love there just are not enough cash registers open, a few month's back they removed several registers in favor of u scan and scan as you go. If you have to shop during peak times it is difficult to check out because it seems like no one uses the other checkout options. U scan is good for a few items. No good for a buggy full

Store is great, but why have a Starbucks if there is never anyone there? That seems pretty consistent to have an unmanned Starbucks in the store.

Always friendly, clean, quick and stocked with everything! Pharmacy is excellent, floral department with Vickie is amazing! Delicious and clean deli, with salad bar always available. Whole staff treat you with respect and appreciate your patronage.

I would love to go get these employees groceries together as they do the orders they gather! Then pack them in their car as they do! Put bread, grapes etc on bottom and stick drinks and stuff on top of bread and grapes. You select something like a full watermelon large and they get you one smaller than a cantaloupe and still charge for a large! I went back and read description and it states large and one they gave was the size of two apples for $6.99!

I suffer from spinal stenosis and fibromyalgia. On May 7, 2019, I thought I was having a good day, so I felt comfortable going grocery shopping on my own. I was almost done when sharp pain started in my lower back and down my leg. I immediately headed for the register. As I got to the line, my leg gave out and I began to fall. A customer came to my aid, and immediately behind her came an employee with a wastebasket that they turned upside down for me to sit on while another employee ran to get me a chair. Then they brought me a buggy. They then loaded my groceries onto the belt for me, and after everything was bagged and loaded into the cart, another employee accompanied me to my car and loaded all my groceries into my trunk for me. He kept asking if I was okay to drive and if he could get me anything, like a drink. I was so appreciative of the employees that took such great care of me. I wish I had gotten their names. I was in so much pain, I couldn't think to remember them all. But I am now a loyal customer of this particular store. They also offered to call someone for me, but unfortunately I had nobody who could come get me. Thank you for caring about your customers. I liked coming to your store anyway because it's always so clean, the prices are always so reasonable, and your employees have always been friendly; but this time, they went out their way to assist me and I am forever grateful.Thank you.

I am a Kroger regular, specifically the Bonsak location. I do not recommend the clicklist feature, unless they have hired some older (over 30 yoa) to do the shopping. The younger shoppers don't seem to know HOW to shop, the older staff do an excellent job. I've only had issues with meat on sale once. They replaced the meat without question. This store is always clean and well stocked with a large selection. The produce department needs some work. I have found produce mislabeled, they don't always know what they are selling. They need to stop wetting everything as this speeds up the rotting process especially in the summer months. And they need to stop removing the natural protection of some things like onions, leave the crackling brown skins on...they keep gnats and such away from the product, husks on corn, leaves on celery (this part is edible and we DO use it). The actual staff of the store is fabulous and quite helpful!

Came in for Sushi. Ask the man behind the counter if they had any Poki bowls. He could not UNDERSTAND ONE WORD of English. Could not communicate ONE WORD. He wasn't Japanese, he was Mexican.NOT ONE WORD.WTH Kroger?

idk why this kroger is so bad but I do instacart (yeah I don’t wanna do it but I need money) and I can never find anything in that complicated @ss store, so I asked the old cheese lady. I asked where a product was and showed her the picture, she basically told me to look every where in the store before I ever ask her a question or confront her at all. she was doing not $hit. she maybe walked 4 inches and pointed to the product. wow what a d*ck I am for making her point to something! almost everybody who works there is an @sshole for no absolute reason. the store is also constantly out of everything and the produce is dog $hit. literally just go to walmart instead!

This is nicer than most Kroger locations. If you include the olive and cheese bar it is much better than most Kroger locations.
