This store used to be one of my favorite GW in the valley. Now, the pricing is all over the place. If it's any sort of a "name brand" it's priced higher. All other GW have separate racks for the higher priced items. I got a shirt today half off not realizing it was higher priced than a regular shirt. In this store you literally have to look at every single tag because the prices are all over the place. The only area that was consitent was the baby clothes. I'll gladly shop the other GW stores in the Valley where I don't spend unnecessary time looking at prices.

Newborn grandbaby in the house and this location had some pretty blankets, but what is the person thinking that does the pricing! Is it actually a human? Really..used blankets for a baby around $5 or more. I know Squashmallows are big things now. They are selling them for $9.99 with dirt all over the front of them. They also selling the clean looking ones for the same price. Walmart brand new ones in bigger size for cheaper.. whoever does the pricing in these stores needs to remember that consumer that your screwing over with high price is payn your salary. I know a lot of people have quit donating/shopping at Goodwills and going to Thrift shops. Think about that !! Even the check out associates can't believe some of the prices!!

I am so upset that they do not accept cards without chips. I use a card issued through my job and it does not have one. So I basically can't shop here unless I pull out cash. A huge inconvenience to my family.

Terrible prices. A kid’s purse here was 7 dollars. There’s tons of SHEIN, Target, and Walmart junk for more than you’d pay at the store. No idea how they are pricing, but it’s all wrong. Dirty Build a bears for 10 dollars? Give me a break. Their intercom system plays messages about “sustainability” but it isn’t sustainable to buy damaged, poorly made items. Goodwill also contributes to waste by pricing their items out of budget!They no longer allow you to try on garments or make returns. Shop at Salvation Army or DAV Thrift in Salem. This place is a joke. I feel bad for staff having to enforce Goodwill’s corrupt corporate policies. Having the corporation in control so far removed from their actual staff and store ONLY benefits the corporation itself. It would be unthinkable for a local place to price their items the same. Goodwill can cleverly hide behind staff who cite Goodwill’s “policies” rather than negotiating with customers who would like lower prices. Save yourself from the bureaucracy and just shop local.

No longer have 75% off last weeks color on Sundays and Mondays. It is now $1.00 off last weeks color on Sundays ONLY.Now that the dressing rooms are closed to save the companies profits and the hours changing there's going to be a lot less people shopping and supporting these goodwills. They charge top dollar for DONATED items that are mostly broken or missing pieces.Not only that but they remove the tags off of new items and articles of clothing, most cases by ripping the tag out of the fabric, destroying the clothes.Do not recommend any Goodwill industries of the valley. Corporate is beyond greedy but the store employees are generally all great and friendly people.

This Goodwill is very clean and does not smell musty, as some do! I arrived at noon just as they were opening. Today was a great day to purchase clothing, because yellow tags were $1 and red tags were 1/2 off. It became more crowded as the time passed, I'm guessing due to these summer Sunday specials. Staff were helpful and very friendly! Dressing rooms were clean and clutter free. A great visit, and I purchased so many cheap nice unneeded clothes!Added: 4/24/22Went back today to check out some spring clothes, and was not disappointed. At noon, there were shoppers lined up, ready to shop, so the store was very busy. The Sunday $1 specials are still available. The store and clothing was clean, as last visit, with clothing arranged nicely by size. Lots of housewares were available also. I was pleased as I found 10 spring tops and 2 pants, all for $1 each. The check out was lined up, but it was handled well with a single line entrance to the 2 cashiers who were pretty fast. The power flashed off very briefly, and workers could be heard on the roof, but that did not impact the store operation. Great deals and fun exploratory shopping, in a pleasant environment!4/2/23A good Goodwill shopping trip today. Goodwill no longer has select $1 clothing on Sundays, but offers half off or 75% off select clothing tag colors on Sundays and Mondays. I was able to find both tag colors in winter and spring clothing, at great prices, depending on what the original price was. The store was very busy, seemed clean, nicely organized, and all staff were helpful and friendly at the checkouts. All checkouts were manned, so staffing did not seem to be an issue.

Goodwill used to be fun looking for stuff. Now the fun stuff is overpriced. They've gone from a good resource to a greed resource.9/2023 update. They got a new manager. Prices went up. Suit sets (like pant suits and skirt suits) are now priced separate. $6.49 for the jacket. $6.49 for the bottom. So if someone just wants the top or bottom they can buy it and leave the top or bottom and you no longer have a suit set. Ties are now from $1.99-$4.99. ALL other GW locations sell suits as a set and ties are $1.99. This location is good for dollar days only.

I was shopping and the Lady who brought out a z-bar rack to put up said I couldn't purchase anything on the rack until she put it up wouldn't even let me look she was very rude, I said everything is priced so what does it matter?? She said wasn't allowed to shop till she put items in proper place????

It is a fairly decent store, not the most stocked Goodwill that I've been to, but still nice. I found a nice piece of furniture for a great price, was going to buy a glass pitcher and glasses, it should have been the 5/1.00 unmarked merchandise in the glassware; however, when I went to retrieve a better looking glass, the cashier called for a price check so that they could get more money for the pitcher. I don't feel that this was right so I didn't purchase the glassware. It's not about the cost, it was the principal.

Love the size of the store, but social distancing was impossible because of its arrangement. The book display is especially inaccessible. Plus -- I really wanted to buy a piece of furniture, but after I arranged transportation and everything, I was told it was already sold and not marked. Not even an apology! Not a very good experience!

I used to love Goodwill, till they started raising the prices up on everything. It's ridiculous!🤨These items are donated, and it makes it hard for people that are not as fortunate as other people. I'm very disappointed in this establishment.😠

The pricing is getting out of hand at this location. $125 for a rusty bike? $29 for rubber boots? Why not move inventory at decent prices instead of pricing these items into the dumpster?

I love this store! There is absolutely nothing you can't find there; if you can't find it, wait a minute. What I love the most about the store is the people working there; everyone is so friendly and kind and very willing to help you if you need it. The gentleman in the wheelchair running a register is a hoot; he has a way with customers.

The two lady that was cashier tonight and any other night are the hateful as can be. What happened to beening nice. Nov.18, 2020 6:30pm and the prices are to high. Seem like everyy time we go in prices go up. Lot of the stuff you can get at dollar tree and they have 2.00 on it. Also used totes you can buy new ones for 5.00 at Wal-Mart and they are putting 6.99 and 7.99 on them. Come on I know the prices can be better.

It appears that this location may have more clothing option available for kids. They also have a larger sleepwear section for women. It is nicely organized and nice sized parking lot. It is easy to get in and out of.

Getting way to pricey! Used blankets and comforters with 10 15 and 20 bucks is ridiculous. Can buy them new at walmart at those prices. I know the rich are starting to shop there all the time now but come on. This stuff is DONATED! Have you forgotten about the people that need to shop there bc thats all they can afford! Very disappointed

My kids father bought a bed frame with headboard from this store 2 months ago. I personal don't buy used furniture. Their dad got it & our son was so thankful for it. Well now I have a bed bug infestation on my hands. Heap my warning people. Don't buy used furniture without a thorough check.

I bought very nice dress blouses and slacks and jeans. It's a pretty clean place and easy to maneuver around the store. I just wish they hung of the jeans by the waste line so you can see how long they are.

Brand new store, very clean, good parking, and has it's own stop light for entering and exiting from either side of Peters Creek. There is almost always a great selection, and I rarely leave without a few things.

It's OK. I feel like they're all way too overpriced for merchandise that was donated to them. Now they research each item and sell it according to its value.

Use to be a great store when they first moved from their old location. The current manager seems to think everything that passes the donation door is worth a mint and slaps outrageous prices on things they got for FREE. Was looking at three model airplanes kits still in the box. They put them in the kids department were the boxes were open and the contents misplaced or broken. They had $9.99 on each of them. When i asked if they would lower the price because half the pieces were missing and some were broken the manager preceded to tell me that they never change the price on items, this is the only goodwill in the area that claims that, and that its vintage so its worth more. I didn't like being talked to like I'm an idiot. I also showed him that in about five minutes i bought the same model kits online BRAND NEW SEALED IN BOX for $5 off of eBay. This store needs a management overhaul and fast.

Store is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful if you need them. Bathrooms are generally clean. Sometimes I get frustrated because some things are a little overpriced for old used stuff.

Maybe I caught the lady at drop off on a bad day, we all have them but you would have thought asking for my box back was the end of the world. I explained that we were moving and I really Needed this large box to continue boxing things up and she was not happy about it. Steven on the other hand, was friendly and polite. I won’t donate anything else to this particular location.

This store is almost brand new and well organized. I found everything from an antique foosball table to brand new leather belts with original restore tags. The vinal selection is impressive; they even had sheet music for all types of instruments. The staff is very competent and helpful.

Its hard to find anything. Everything is all mixed up. Kids women and mens jeans are all mixed together. Women and little girl shirts was mixed together. Needs to be organized better
