I really like this Food Lion. Even when it's packed they are quick and friendly at the checkout. It doesn't have those annoying self checkouts, but rather lanes open to check me out! Great managers specials midweek. It's just getting back to basics with this grocer. No frills, just good prices in this economy and great service.

I love this place...It's expensive but the variety and selection options are wonderful.The staff are always polite and helpful. It's Clean and well stocked.And they are Not selling spoiled or gone by fruit s and veggies.That is really nice.

The local produce they have available is always fresh, and Food Lion always carries something, or brands, you will not find at other grocery stores which is nice. If Kroger is out try Food Lion.

I dont know what kind of training goes on here because the staff at this Food Lion is very curtious and polite and authentic. For that reason alone I keep coming back. Gives these guys a bonus.

Nice staff, not the zooish vibe I sometimes get at Krogers. They seem to come up short on private label items compared to Kroger and Walmart and their produce section seems to offer less selection than Kroger's but with higher quality than Walmart.

This store is always clean. I have been there dozens of times maybe even hundreds. And I have never had anything but good interactions with the staff. They are always very helpful and understanding. I love shopping here. The prices are competitive. Especially if you get the sale items. There are a few things. I wish they had a better selection of but for the most part they have everything I need. I recommend them highly. You can't go wrong if your grocery shopping here. Take that Kroger.2024.03.30It's the Saturday before Easter. The store is packed full. And so to are the shelves.Plenty of choices.A good clean store that's well organized.And the staff as always is professional and polite. I love this store.

Great prices. Kroger has lost their minds . Prices are to high and Walmart coming in a close second. Got a lot of great values at Food Lion on regular every day stuff. Meats were very fresh. This is my new grocery place now. Yayyy food lion.... 😇

The parking lot was clean apon arriving. The store was clean inside while shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful when asking for help on finding items. Everyone had masks on it wasnt to busy so no wait time at check out. Wednesday November 5th 830am

Prices are still a little to high compared to Kroger & Walmart but they have gotten a lot better. Plus they will run good sales and their quality of food has gotten better in the bakery and they will have good meat sales you just have to check frequently or keep up with their sales ad!!!

I shopped at Food Lion today and it was such an amazing experience I just had to share it. The store is always clean and I like their meat department. But, the best thing about my shopping experience today was when I was checking out. The cashier was very nice and helpful. A girl came over and rang up my drinks so I didn’t have to take them out of the cart. Then, a very nice guy came over and helped take my items out of the buggy. Both the cashier and this guy bagged my groceries and both wished me to have a nice day. I have shopped for groceries too many times to mention but this was the best experience ever. Thanks Food Lion.

I visited Food Lion on Grandin Rd today and I felt like I was bothering the cashier. She didn’t smile, didn’t ask if I wanted paper or plastic then when I gave her my own bag she threw it at the end of the register. I bagged my own groceries which is fine. She handed me the receipt and didn’t say thank you. She may have been having a bad day but it’s not my fault. I hope her day gets better. I like this Food Lion.

I go to food Lion at least once a week and I can definitely say I'm impressed at the cleanliness and well organized environment it is a great place to go if you don't like huge areas like Walmart that can sometimes be distracting or nerve-wracking so it's a great place to get your essentials!

This 419 Food Lion location is always so clean and well stocked. I like it because it's not a hugh store and it's easy to find items I need. I like that they have both sizes of shopping carts. The deli staff is always friendly and helpful. All the staff is always so nice and willing to help you. The restroom is always so clean. Just LOVE this Food Lion location.

The entrance before actually entering the store was cluttered with paper and debris, but once entering the store it was clean. Prices seemed average for the area, and produce seemed fresh. There was marked down meat that was approaching the sell by date. The deli area was staffed and helping customers. The store was not busy, and some of the shelves were lacking products, probably due to supply chain problems area wide. All the staff I encountered were helpful, but not overly friendly. There was a barrier at checkout between customer and cashier, which was necessary, but made it difficult to hear. Masks are not required, unless one is not vaccinated. About 1/3 of the shoppers I saw were wearing masks. A nice shopping experience, overall.

Not a helpful staff. Very snooty. Ordered online for a pickup. When I got message that some of my items needed to switched, before I could do anything, the message changed stating the order was completed. Called to let them know I was cancelling the order as now I was going to have to stop at a second store to get the "correct" dog food and didn't want to waste my time getting the dog food they substituted mine with. I was told okay. Then I got a call to let me know I needed to call Instacart to cancel the order. Called Instacart and was told it was going to take 5-10 days to get my money refunded. Once your order is complete they take your money right away. But when you cancel the order it is going to take them 5-10 days to give me my money back. If was I was you, I would not place any orders online. I will not be shopping at this store again. I am switching to Kroger.

Very clean and friendly staff. Shelves were stocked. But there are definitely some empty spots throughout the store where Food Lion is having a difficult time getting the product in.Still love Food Lion over the other supermarkets.

This Food Lion Grocery is closest to my home of three local Food Lions. Prices may be a small bit higher than other local franchise grocery stores, but overall shopping experience makes up for the difference. Along with being convenient, there are three things I like best about shopping here.Care is used with insuring that produce is not only fresh, but many quick-to-perish tems are refrigerated. Many fruit and vegetable, like melons and squashes, are prepared and sold in small batches for eating fresh or cooking. This is ideal for shoppers like me who look for quality produce, but have little home preparation time. I do most of my produce shopping here.I like the selection of packaged bakery items like cookies! One particular brand is a favorite of my young relatives and their parents. Food Lion usually has the newest varieties and seasonal kinds which I to buy for them making me a great giver of gifts. For myself, I can find the plain cookies, called biscuits in countries other than the U.S.A., that I love with coffee and tea, and find only in speciality shops.The physical layout is easy to negotiate and cleanliness of this Food Lion is impressive. The employees are neat and clean in appearance, plus helpful and friendly. Along with accessible parking close by, the store entrances are accessible and there are also battery-operated scooters for shoppers needing these conveyances.

Seems to be a well run, if not very crowded, store. I usually order online and they put the bags in my trunk, very convenient! The selections are limited, but I get 90% of what I need here. Vegan options are very limited. Definitely lagging behind a few years.

Very friendly cashiers but very never have a wide selection of fresh or other stuff as most places. Bread is old out dated managers always pre disposed .
