I mean, if you've been you know what a 5 Below is like. Cheap stuff, you get what you pay for.My daughter loves to go here to buy toys and candy. On this particular day though it seems none of the labels were correct for the prices so we had to guess what the correct price was. Not cool.

I mean, it was alright. Def not my best experience, however it was Christmas eve, so maybe a pass needs to be given that I'm incorporating in this review. That's for you to decide. The shelves were almost bare and it seemed as if the employees had abandoned any work they were doing on the floor. A cart was unmanned that had price stickers on it, etc., unopened boxes with merchandise in them were laying on tbe floor. The place had 1 checkout lane open for a significant amount of time until they finally opened one more. The cashier's were rude AF and obviously don't do well with the public. It was Christmas eve, but the one lady was an absolute b-word. I think she was the manager. I went to Dollar Tree later and found the exact items I just paid $5 for, listed for $1.25. Smh. I was livid...

A lot here to choose from on a budget which we all can appreciate.All ideas are five dollar or below. They carry cosmetics, games, clothes ,cell phone accessories and more. The line was long but they had 3 lanes open so it didn't take to long.

The cashier was very helpful. She took my name down for an item, she called me when the item came in, and she held a couple of the items for me to purchase.

Salem location puts this place to shame. There were boxes stacked to the roof with items. This place has gone down hill! I prefer going to Salem location now.

I don't know what is going on with this store but when i was there 3/4/24, empty shelves and boxes EVERYWHERE. It looked like they were packing up to relocate or all their employees quit the day before. Gonna try the one in Salem next time and compare.

Used to be one of my favorite stores, boxes everywhere, merchandise throw all over the place, shirts unorganized, overall it was trashed, definitely gone downfall!

Employees greeted me as soon as I walked in also found these 2 super cute pet beds my fur babies love them! The crinkle bed was a huge hit for my kitten

Always clean and organized. Most items are $5 or less. With recent changes some items are above $5. Everything is clearly marked so there's no confusion or surprise at the register. My kids love spending their chore money here.

Good store if you're in need of some sort of cheap miscellaneous knick-knacks. Nothing here is of the highest quality but there are deals to be had on some daily odds and ends.

You can find some cute stuff here. I dont recommend buying pool floats as they ALL are very cheap and dont hold air. Otherwise this is a decent place to get a few gifts cheap for your feiends and family.

There is no way to see to see if a charger fit your phone with out opening up a box there is no one there out on the floor that knew anything about phone chargers so no it was a waste in of money to get what I got and could not use and they would not take it backThey need a place out with all of the charges so you can find the right one to come pair it with the box on the shelf

I LOVE this store! It has lots of cool things! I can never come out of the store without at least 2 bags!! I don’t know why it’s called five and below if stuff goes up to 10 bucks though. Is always clean and the people that work there are sooo nice!

I like how it is always clean and neat when I go into the store. It could be early in the day or late in the evening and the staff is still courteous. My children look forward to going to five below and I love the unique finds! I highly recommend for gift exchange parties and fun odd finds

I was able to return something with no problem at all and then get a bunch of Easter eggs on sale for our schools resurrection eggs next year. Only problem I have is having to leave before I get to see everything in the store. 😁

First time here.. Some seemed very friendly. One was very overly loud and excited about a customer that used the restroom! 💩🙊But other wise they were trying their best to clean up after the busy holiday crowds. My cashier was super sweet. Looking forward to going back!
