I tried to grab the bag as I was putting my card in and she grunted at me and put her hand up… I said what I cant grab the bag 🤦🏽‍♀️ She said the card didnt go through yet. I said its going through right now smh! Never experienced that before.

Don't know of items are any cheaper than other stores. They had a flyer in the store that offered $5 off a purchase of $25 or more. I spent more than anticipated to get up to $25. When I checked out the clerk said the flyer had expired yesterday. I told her I got it from inside the store and they shouldn't have flyers out that have expired and then not honor them. She didn't seem to care but I didn't expect her to.

Well Saturday, 12/20 Brambleton Ave, supposed to be open at 8am. Stayed till 845, nobody there to open. Called off n on from 3pm to 945pm yesterday, nobody ever answered the phone. Not good business that's for sure. May try back later.

If you use the APP , watch the DATES and fine writing because theres ALWAYS a catch. If you see something on sale you'd be6go the day it goes on sale or they will all be gone!! I went the same day at 6pm and they were already out of the TWO things I wanted.

My encounter today at this store was totally unacceptable . Carrie Ayers has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was argumentative and not helpful. She had the nerve to behave in this way in front of my kids. She should never be allowed to work as a cashier with that attitude. Stick her in the stock room.

Employees are very helpful and usually super friendly. So glad this location is available, my neighborhood def enjoys the convenience of it. Hours are good and the parking lot is very spacious as well.

Every time I am in there lately, nobody answers the phone, nobody asks if you need help. The girl simply is leaning against the wall at the register scrolling through her phone. Terrible!!! I will NEVER be back! I'd rather pay more somewhere else for better service. Tried to call their CS number and waited over an hour until I finally hung up. Horrible company all around!!

Always clean, friendly helpful employees, and unique items for little money. Example: beautiful ceramic owl jars with removable lids for $5. Much much better than Dollar G.

More than 12,000,000 cases and more than 260,000 deaths due to coronavirus and the staff doesn’t wear masks while out in store, handling products and restocking shelves. Will be avoiding in the future. Also, if you’re buying anything you plan on consuming, check the expiration date before you buy.

Family Dollar in general sucks, but this store has potential but there's no organization to the place. Hardest place to shop since you can't find anything and there's only ever one person there working.

FROM THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS I CAN CONFIRM THAT YES THIS STORE IS MONEY HUNGRY. I CAME IN WITH TWO CHRISTMAS GIFTS THAT WERE GIVE TO MY SON TO DO A EVEN EXCHANGE. I ASKED WHAT WAS THE AMOUNT I COULD SPEND ( TO DO A EVEN EXCHANGE) THE LADY SAID WELL PUT IT ON THE CARD (MANAGER KHRISTY) BECAUSE SHES NOT JUST GONNA LEAVE HER COMPUTER UP THE WHOLE TIME. THE CLERK RINGS IT UP TO 10.53 SHE MANAGER MARKS THEM DOWN SAYING THAT WHEN THEY WERE BOUGHT THEY WERE BUY ONE AND THE OTHER HALF OFF (MIND YOU I HAD NO RECEIPT SO HOW DOES SHE KNOW WHEN OR IF THEY WERE BOUGHT ON THAT SALE) I PICK OUT TWO 5 DOLLAR TOYS THE SAME THING I WALKED IN WITH GO TO RING OUT WELL THEY WONT HONOR THE BUY ONE AND GET THE SECOND OFF SO EXPECTED ME TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE I SAID NO I ASKED TO DO AN EVEN EXCHANGE TERESSA SAYS BUT SHE GAVE U 7.13 BECAUSE WE HAD A BUY ON E GET THE OTHER 50 PERCENT OFF I WAS LIKE OK SO IF I AM DOING AN EVEN EXCHANGE WHY WOULD I PAY MORE SHE GOES BACK TO KRISTIE WHO SAYS NO.
