Nice and clean store. When the cashier asked me if I wanted to pay for a bag I said no and then she asked me where was I going to put my items. well ... I'm going to put them back into my shopping cart and take it to my car. "Remember to bring the cart back". Really? Thanks for the reminder Mama. 🤪

The Dollar Tree, which is now the $1.25 tree, was relatively clean and organized. I found the greeting cards I wanted, which is such a bargain shopping for them there. There was only one check out staff working, so had to wait awhile at the registers. Remembered to bring my own bag to forgo the bag fee!9/19/22 Update:Hunting Hills Dollar Tree now has out fall and Halloween decorations, and it was fun to browse and impulse buy! Purchased lots of cheap toy-like fun goodies to give away with Halloween Candy! I asked the front employee about a summer item and she was very short in her negative response. The store was clean and nicely organized as opposed to another Dollar Tree on Brandon. Check out took awhile in line due to only one register being open. Remembered to bring my own bag so as not to pay bag fee.

I didn't know Dollar trees could be this nice. Very clean and organized. Cashier was very careful with the plates and bowls I bought. Great store!

Doesn't appear the employees like their store very much. Messy and not much of a craft selection. The lady that checked me out was unresponsive and looked pretty agitated I was there.

The store was clean and well stocked with great variety. A busy place only had one cashier, who called for help twice before someone finally opened another register. Overall good place to shop on the cheap!!

Cashier needs to ask for help a line around the store an other employee's there but choose not to help with the line.

I'm a regular customer there, I buy the same thing every time. new cashier and she was very rude basically she told me I had to deal with the way she was ringing things up. had to pay for plastic even though I did not use the plastic bags ,this store is very clean, it's very nice... the normal cashiers are great!! for a Dollar Tree this is the best one in Roanoke !!though I think somebody needs a little customer service training, sorry.!

Good selection as usual, however it was quite crowded and there was only one register open, making for a really long line and extremely aggravated shoppers. If you're only going to have one register open during the busiest season, I suggest a self checkout.

Friendly staff, clean and neat. They were stocking what needed stocking but still willing to take time to help. Over all very pleasant experience and I didn't ask "How much is this? " a single time.

This Dollar Tree Location is scheduled to close on July 12 2020 and reopen in September for remolding according to the sign on the door and the manager of the store. This location is going to be expanded to be a larger store. I really like this store and look forward to the reopening.

Kinda sloppy store.but they got just about anything from toilet paper to batteries to shower speakers cleaning supplies.but everytime i go in there the shelves are being stocked and they’res boxs everywhere

Not my favorite Dollar Tree; not even #2 favorite. Extremely difficult to get in and out of parking lot and not much of a selection of seasonal fun stuff that you go to a dollar store for. They are transitioning into a "dollar general" approach with $3, $5 items which is probably why.

Went in and the item I needed wasn't in stock. The employee there was rude to me when I asked for the item. The place is a mess and not worth spending your money on cheap items.

Nice and clean store. Staff were kind. Found several things I was looking for and more. I like how they ask if you need a receipt. Less waste of paper and less garbage to go into landfill. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

You cant beat the dollar tree its where I get my albacore tuna in water for a dollar a can . With all the stuff in the store you can pick up what you need at a reasonable price.

They always have a great selection of things. For those that don't know the dollar store is now the $1.25 store and they have a $10 isle. Just like dollar general

There is a grand amount of children's toys here all at very cheap prices. Overall, this specific dollar tree is really organized and has family friendly service.

I used to work here and thought this was the best stocked dollar tree in the Roanoke area. The management takes the time to help with online orders and gets shipments out quickly. It is sad that this location closed.

Just slow service .. people come in to get in and out. Great customer service involves acknowledgement of the customer standing in front of you and a little bit of of urgency to get the customer taken care of.. instead of taking your time and taking even longer because you know it's irritating the customer that is not good service....work on that

The store off of Rte 220 South is the nicest store in Roanoke. Neat, clean and well stocked. Worth the drive!
