It's been several months since I've been to this location and WOW what a difference!! Just a few months ago this location had trash everywhere outside in the parking lot and inside was disorganized, messy and just dirty. First thing I noticed tonight was the parking lot was completely clean. Then I went inside and everything was very neat, organized and clean! Kudos to the new management and employees!! I just can't believe the difference, it's like a new store! I will definitely return.

My last shopping trip to Dollar Tree I experienced many aisles blocked or cluttered with unpacked goods and big carts filled with boxes of goods to be shelved, making it a little difficult to get around. Some aisles were organized, but several were very disorganized and cluttered with unrelated goods. The store was busy and I noted no one wearing masks or social distancing. I asked one associate for the location of a product and she looked at me puzzled, paused and then named an aisle number. The product was not found in that aisle, and I found it in my own. The store was busy, but the check out moved fast, and was accurate. I always seem to get a cart that is uncooperative, and I think all of them at the Brandon Road location are unruly!Updated 8/3/22Store was definitely understaffed, with one associate trying to check out customers and stock shelves from the many large boxes of goods in the aisles around the store. I asked if she was running the store alone, and she referenced another staff who was busy. I asked the same associate for the location of an item and she accurately gave me the aisle number, but was very hurried. One aisle was partially blocked off due to a ceiling water leak. The organization in the store was non existent, as the photos attest. Products were in the floor, and the majority of the shelves were sparse or in a jumble. Dollar Tree definitely needs more staff.

I shop at this store all the time but after today I will find a new dollar tree to shop at. I went through the line with all my items and paid the cashier. When I got home I noticed it was three items in my bag that where not mines. I looked at my Receipt and sure enough I paid for the ladies items that was behind me. So I call the store and explain to the cashier what happened and she said, yeah I am sorry about that I noticed that when the lady asked about her stuff. So she explains to her manager what happened, and the manager told her that they can not give me my money back. But I can come get items out the store. I told the cashier it was her fault and I don’t need anything else out the store but I do need my money back. I told her to put the manager on the phone. The cashier told her I wanted to speak to her. But guess what, why I am on hold the manager never came to the phone, the whole time I am on hold I am being drove to the store which I only live 8 minutes from. When I walk in the store the manager is not doing anything. So I was wondering why she could not get on the phone. So I explained to her everything again and told her I just need my money it was your cashier fault and I should not have to pay for her mistake. The minute the cashier knew she made an mistake she had time enough to run outside to let me know. I sat in my car for 4 minutes before I pulled off. Also I asked her for Corporates number and she told me that they don’t give out numbers. I asked the manager her name cause she had her name tag turn around backwards. She told me her name was Warda. I don’t know if it is or not. But I will be contacting Corporate.

They always have what I'm looking for. I buy sunglasses here because I'm bad about loosing, sitting on, forgetting them at places or the dog gets them. So I buy cheap ones. I always find good ones there. Always friendly people working there too.

Every time I go into this store the customer service by most employees are horrible! Last time I was in there was a line backed up and one employee on the register. She called for help on another register and the ladies in the "office" said okay. 5 minutes later they still weren't out so she called again and they yelled out "coming!" Probably 5 mins later they still weren't there and the poor lady at the register was so apologetic. She was super sweet and it was clear that this wasn't just a one time ordeal. Today I pulled up around 8:57 and there were employees outside all around the door smoking. I got out to go in as Google said hours were from 8am-9pm and one of the ladies threw her cigarette in the parking lot and yelled "we don't open until 9!" I'm pretty sure it was one of the same ladies that were rude last time. Clearly these people need a customer service training or a new job. I've seen many complaints on the same subject and there are still many problems. Unfortunately a lot of customers will be lost if it keeps up like this.

The store is always stocked but the short blonde lady that works here is the rudest cashier I’ve ever come in contact with!!! She’s cussed on multiple occasions about other employees and stores. I was perusing the cards and she walked up to me and put her face in mine. I seriously thought she was mentally unstable. Another employee said she was mad about another store’s employees coming in there but that does not excuse her treating customers that way. I really wish the Manager would curb her behavior.

I understand the mask rule & obviously, I’m all for it. I simply walked in and forgot to put mine on. When I walked in, someone at the register said “in order to checkout, you have to have a mask on”, and as I went to put it on and looked up, I see that the employee (woman) was NOT even wearing one. If you’re going to enforce the mask mandate, maybe the employees should wear there’s too.

I've always liked the store on Brandon, and they still seem to have a better selection than some, but it's been so messy. Actually, I feel all of the stores have been a mess since they made them all Plus stores.

So this store has gone from cleanest, nicest, well stocked and excellent staff to the rudest, dirty, boxes all over the floor and the manager smelling like she was drunk @ work and cussed me out. I asked her, her name and said I have no name. Well Gail/Sheree, you are the rudest, redicilous excuse of employee let alone a manager. I'll never go here again and suggest you do not either

I was surprised to see a lady go in with her small dog (on a leash). The dog did not have a service vest. No, there is not open food at the store. I understand some people need an animals for emotional support. I do not understand taking a pet into any store other than a pet store where animals are welcomed in.

Nice store with many options. Everything for dollar who can't beat that. I am glad to see that Dollar Tree has taken the initiative to reduce their carbon footprint by suggesting customers bring reusable bags and or charging $0.01 for their plastic bags

I just left this store. No manager on duty. Customer problem that included a lot or arguing between cashier and customer. Cashier called 911, said they were robbed. Crates and boxes of unpacked merchandise so it was near impossible to get a cart through. Cashier card system down. Couldn't pay for anything. Customers putting down their items and leaving. With no manager and little help this store is in dire need of better supervision.

Its more convenient for me to go to this dollar tree because it is literally down the street (walking distance). Even though they had just opened they have the most unproductive, unprofessional, unfriendly staff I've even seen. Most of them are on their cell phones, one woman never and I mean NEVER greets any of the customers she just flat out rude! They need to upgrade on their customer service skills and hire new employees, seriously! If you have a choice to go to this dollar tree or the one at towers? Go to towers! They are so much more friendly.If I could i wouldn't give this place any stars because of their terrible customer service.

They are almost always well stocked. I got 4 8 oz of hand sanitizer. One dollar each. There was no limit on them and of course. Everywhere else the bottles are around 2 oz. For way more than a dollar. I GOT 3 different things of glue. Dollar tree has so many items. Its a $. I love this store.here is one that I love. I got a 3 pack of hair bands for $1. This would be somewhere between 3 and 5 dollars. Price gauging is bad in this country. Kroger has gauged on almost every item i. The store. There was a shortage of beef in the beginning of this virus. For 12oz of bacon at 3.99, went to $8 something. Bacon isnt even beef. All stores did this, with kroger being the worst. I shop kroger, Walmart, sams, and food lion. Hamburger went sky high also. Its still high for a pound. It did go back down some and so did bacon. But not where it was before the virus.

Everything in the store is a $1. What's not to like. You can get some really great deals there. I don't see how how they can do it on some items, but I'm sure glad that they do. Well worth the visit.

Dollar tree is stepping up.. Surprised at something's you can find for 1$. Off brand or not!! This location is always clean, organized, and friendly staff. Just wish they sold news paper.

Workers there are very rude and seemed annoyed to ring up items being purchased by all customers. Employee even stated she didn't wanna have to ring up customers hopefully management can work with the employee

One of the cleanest neatest dollar trees that I've been in. Too bad they don't have a public restroom- signs were a good idea but poorly done. Why not print them out?

Very rude employees, always a dirty store and and poor customer service. They have items out on the floor that are not for sale and when I went to check out she threw the item in the trash right in front of my autistic child. This making him very upset. Will not be going back to this location. Very disrespectful. If I could give no stars I would.

This place is pretty good in my book. Staff was friendly and respectful. It gets five stars because it operated exactly as I would want and expect it to.
