Waymon is one of the nicest, friendliest people I've ever met and his presence, along with his associates, is what makes this location shine.

5/5/2023Dollar Tree on Williamson Road is much like other Dollar Trees in the area. Not enough staff, empty shelves with unopened boxes of merchandise everywhere. The few staff are definitely spread too thin and expected to work miracles in stocking, while also working the register, helping customers, and countless other tasks while staying within the work time allocated by corporate. Photos show the countless boxes of goods in mostly every aisle. It's sad to see.😝There also might be fire code or ADA infractions, due to excessive boxes in the aisles.

I went to this Dollar Tree on Williamson Road,Was charged for a bag,and the cashier didn't ASKED if I wanted it,charged me for it, when I asked she said that people usually will tell her if they want a bag,.When I visit other Dollar Tree Stores, I'm asked by the cashier if I want any bag .So I suggest to you that if you don't want or need a bag, BY ALL MEANS make it plain before she assumes you want one. As cheaply as they are made, they should give it to you

The black lady with a dark t shirt on a long with her ponytail her hair is light brown as well tonight I ask her nicely to open the box for me so I could buy some hats she was rude and said no to me she refused and bad talk about me behind my back so I'm taking my business else where I didn't spend nothing in that store

My usual location has been closed for maintenance for a few days so I went to another down the street.Melting candy on one of the shelves as soon as I walked in.Cashier was super nice and apparently the only associate working in the store.Flowering trees in parking lot were in full bloom and beautiful.

This place is an absolute dump. Went in today and the cooler had flooded the floor. No wet floor sign. Employees playing on their phones up front at the register. Trash all in the floor and all over the parking lot. Empty shelves stuff all over the place nothing organized. It is an absolute train wreck. Basically the crackhead dollar tree. By far the worst of all the dollar trees around.

The store on Williamson rd is the nastiest place I have ever seen! Both inside and outside is trashed. The freezer section is really nasty! Stuff spilled inside and stuff opened. Not sure if there was anything in the open boxes as I didn't touch any of it!

It's not 🚭 the Dollar 💰 Tree, it's the buck and a quarter tree 🎄. But worth every penny. I have bought over a hundred pair of reading glasses and could afford to break or lose them. Walgreens charges $18-25 for the same results.

Cashier's are super friendly and great tho management treats them horribly and needs to learn how to properly take stock n inventory and do truck orders because they'll be weeks out of toothpaste or some other items commonly used. Parking lot is a disaster but lack of help keeps cashier's ungodly busy. Variety could be better but as far as dollar trees go I've been in worse.

It was so nasty and dirty that was the first time I had been too the Dollar tree on Williamson R.d Roanoke va .junkie stuff all in the in the way .and very Bad customer service!!!!!

This Dollar Tree is unfortunately in a rather unsavory part of Williamson Rd, so yes, there are some odd people there. Sometimes in the parking lot asking for money or a cigarette, but I believe for the most part they're harmless. That being said, I don't think I would go at night. As far as the store goes, it's rather nice. It's a relatively new building and they're always stocked & don't have the big racks with inventory on them waiting to be put out like a lot of other Dollar Tree's I've been to. I've never had an issue with waiting in line or employees either.

Not a good customer care representative, return with receipt from other Doller Tree store was not accepted due to that the specific product finished in their store and they are not sure if they will continue selling it in future. Item is Cool Scents which is their own product line and I wanted to exchange it with other product in the store.Went to other branch and Accepted mo questions asked

Horrible. Went there to pick up some things and use the restroom at 2:45 on a weekday and the store was locked and closed. What kind of department store is closed mid afternoon? FedEx delivery note on the door, they missed him too I guess.

Today I stopped by to get a few things after work. The cashier was up front talking to her relative I believe when I came to ring out... No hello no did you find everything no thank you when I left... Just continued to speak to lady at counter about how angry she was because she couldn't use the bathroom because someone was in there talking on cell phone. This bothers me because I wasn't the only one in line . I have been in customer service for over 30 years and just feel as though she could have been friendly. I don't believe I will ever go back... Please train employees better.

There is alot I like about this Dollar store however the biggest thing I HATE about it is there is never enough workers. They only have 1 line opened all the time the line will get 6+ customer deep. The managers will walk by look over and either walk all the way to the back stock room or go in the managers office. Maybe Just Maybe if the cashier finally calls for help they may come open a register. (you can tell the Cashier is fearful to even call them) I even witnessed a manager one time page himself to the stock room. I continue to shop here because it is the closest to my house but I wish they would hire some more people to help with the lines.

This store was so neat and organized and new management has completely ruined it. Boxes everywhere and makes it harder to maneuver through the store. RIDICULOUS!

I'm not sure why this DT is literally so frikkin HOT. With extreme Temps reaching and excessive 90+ degrees INSIDE of shopping area, this IS AN UNSAFE working/ shopping environment. How has noone reported such issues. The store sees hundreds of bodies a day and yet not a single entity HAS ACKNOWLEDGED, said ANY thing, reported it or better yet, complained. I guess once someone really does contract something due to lack of cleaning supplies as well....and the extreme heat with it being SUMMER, then I pity the self inflicted situation and the LACK OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT mgmt has on any worker or vendor. Good luck with that sh@t show.

I usually don't go to this Dollar Tree if I don't have to they are very disrespectful and when I tell you I'm not lying I'm not lying I was in there earlier the line was backed up all the way down the other Ale she refused to call for help and all I had was like three or four items this is the worst Dollar Tree I have ever had to go to I usually go to the one at the end of Williamson Road but today I was in a hurry I had walked in there and got a drink and two other items that's it the lady was very disrespectful towards a lot of people not just me you could be nice to people and they are still disrespectful to you so sometimes I come out my character I don't want to but my granny always told me don't ever let nobody disrespect you and I'm not so when she got smart I didn't cuss her I just kindly told her off a little bit and then I asked her for her supervisors phone number she refused to give it to me cuz she knew she was in the wrong so yeah I will be calling her supervisor but some of y'all may have experienced different stuff than I have in that Dollar Tree and I usually tried to dodge the Dollar Tree if I can cuz I don't like the workers it's like I just came in there to get my stuff I don't know what made the lady mad may be coming into work made her mad but don't take that out on me I'm just here to get my drink and stuff and get out of here and for that you get one star I mean I would give you 0 stars but you got at least give one star so you get one from me and your supervisor will know they probably don't care but I just know never to go back to this Dollar Tree ever again and this is just my experience don't have to agree with me everybody is entitled to their own opinion and that is mine have a good day!

I really love this store and about 90% of the merchandise that they carry ....one little small problem..... the stock is not being put up fast enough. If you're running out of ibuprofen every third day....expand the space and add more ....the end
