This store was excellent. Items were properly placed at their designated location, so they were easily accessible and looked appealing. I truly enjoyed shopping there.

Went to Dollar Tree , Valley View Blvd. On 12/19/22. The Manager Josh said to a cashier : I don't care who comes in here with an attitude because I will give an attitude right back. Also, the Cashier Lillie said, to the other cashier, girl, you better hope your drawer is right. Josh is on a war path because my drawer was two cents over. All this took place while I was waiting in line. The Cashier , Angela waiting on me was very polite and apologized. A cashier should not have to apologize for a Manager. I called main headquarters in Chesapeake, Va and was advised, District Manager would 📞 me back. Eleven days and no call back. I will not visit this store again. Seems this must be professional behavior from the Manager since no call back. 🤔

.Not a good experienceOn 11/28/2022 at Between 10am and 11am I took my 82 year old mother to the Dollar Store to look for Christmas Decorations. Two Caucasian female employees followed my mother and I so close we could feel their breath on our necks. We never made it down any isle. Being two women of color . I could only hope this wasn’t going to be a Ahmad Arbery moment. Worried and fearful that these two women are crazy nuts .I told my mother let’s go. We left. Ridiculous in 2022 .People of color Beware.WOW Roanoke Really.

Lots of Christmas decor and snowmen things that I love. Looked like a lot of craft things were out of stock, but their was a guy their putting up stock while we were there. Employees were very nice. Glad there is a store near the mall.

Enjoyed finding bargains often for items I didn't even know I needed. But the store like many needs more staff. One employee was stocking, checking out customers. Appeared to be a one man show.

I love coming into this new location, very friendly and great customer service, the Ferncliff location has really went downhill, store is always clean and staff is always stocking and putting up new merchandise. Love shopping at the dollar tree.

Honestly it was one of the best experiences I've had. This particular store was fully stocked with everything I needed n more. Not every item is of the best quality but thankfully all the ones I needed were..😁

Huge Selection for $1.25. Some Dollar Tree Locations are better stocked than others. The $5 area has some interesting items as well.
