Decided to stop 6/29/23 to grab some snacks for our vacation trip this weekend, I was highly disappointed. The whole entire freezer was empty besides some Donald duck juice, the shelves wasn't much better. I did manage to get almost 20$ worth of various things we needed, the cashier that rang me up was I credibly rude. She's a older black lady / black hair , wears gloves and a face mask. She repeatedly kept asking if I needed a plastic bag when I told her yes I obviously I do not have another way to carry my items. Not to mention kept saying it's going to be 5 cents and then tried to only add like 3 things to each bag to make me pay the bag tax several times, I had to inform her all my items are small an can fit in one bag.. not only did she hassle me about bags she also snickered when she saw me slip and almost fall on some kind of spilled liquid in her isle and then act like she can't do nothing about it

You can find items/products at a reasonable price. ($1-5) every day. Even some of the dollar trees has items/products that the other dollar trees don't have in stock. Each store is different.

Came here on 5/18/2023 the black lady working wearing a facemask at about 7:30 was incredibly rude to us and when I made a joke about it clearly she didnt like that I pointed out her rudeness. When we came home and went to put the stuff away that she had bagged it was noticed that she crammed her finger into our cheese dip busting the package so it was unusable. She kept asking if we needed a bag when we had 40 dollars worth of stuff and no bag to carry it out in. I could care less about having to pay 5 cent for a bag it's pretty obvious I cant carry out 40 dollars worth of stuff with no bag. I will be contacting management about this issue attached is pictures of my finger holes cheese dip. How professional that was let me tell you. Keep up the professional work at your minimum wage job. We the people thank you, for your true professionalism.

Dollar Tree has been the Dollar & Twenty Five cents store since the beginning of the year. Of course, there has been no increase in the quality of the products, but I guess everything goes up when needed. Dollar Tree has also added a selection of $5 products, some a good deal, some not. The store on Orange Avenue was not very busy, and nicely organized, better than some I've seen. They also charge the 5 cent bag tax, but do ask you first if you need a bag, and most shoppers declined. The staffing was a little sparce, and I noted help wanted signs. All staff noted were working hard in stocking, cleaning, or helping-checking out customers. Always a great place to go for some specific products. I can always find something seasonal to make for the front door, colorful paper/party goods, and now they have planters and garden goods for spring.

Brand new Dollar Tree @Valley View Mall. Located right across the street from Ollie's. Open 7 days a week. Large, Clean, VERY Well stocked store. They offer freezer & refrigerator sections. Knowledgeable, Helpful, FRIENDLY Employees make for a pleasant shopping experience. Their bargain prices run $1.25 up to $5.00. REMEMBER to bring your own bags. But If you forget your bag, grab a trashcan, laundry basket or storage bin to use instead of a plastic bag.

I had a blast here! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Sorry ladies but I don't remember your names! One employee even gave me a great recommendation on a good place to eat within the same plaza. So come on down to the Dollar Tree behind Dunkin Donuts on 460 and say hi to these wonderful ladies!

I will not recommend this place, theirs a mother and daughter Infront of me and the teenager girl she's nonverbal autistic. And the cashier was very rude to this girl she made a terrible comment about that girl after they left store. I made this poor comment because I'm a mom of an autistic nonverbal son. Who ever shopped in the store with disability they should be treated with respect. That hurts me hearing someone saying hurtful things so someone with disabilities!!! I will not come back here!!!

This Dollar Tree similar to many other Dollar Trees. It has a decent selection merchandise, and it's usually fairly well organized. I have deducted one star only because getting in and out of this Dollar Tree can sometimes be tricky depending on which direction you are trying to go. There is not a stop light, so sometimes traffic is a difficult thing to deal with.

It is a great place can you get things that you need cheap and fast better go to the Dollar Tree and get your stuff that you can possibly get at the Dollar Tree but if you see something there you better get it because next time you go it won't be there they run out and it takes awhile to get it back in stock so get it while you got a chance to get it the first time

It's very convenient and I always buy from Dollar Tree on items I use for household or small items for my husband's lunch. Shelves were being cleared out due holiday. Understandable.

WOULD LEAVE NO STARS IF I COULDGot the police called on us because we decided to go into Dollar Tree on Orange Ave in Roanoke, VA. My niece laid her cup down inside this location, we noticed she did not have the cup as we were loading the car. We went back up to the door to inform the employee who stated she would look for it. Meanwhile I’m sure the ladies were just doing the normal procedure closing the store since we entered at 8:51 pm and they closed at 9 pm and not looking for my nieces cup. Well unfortunately she will not sleep without that cup so we didn’t have any option besides getting the cup back. LONG STORY SHORT; INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING US THE CUP THEY CALLED THE POLICE. Thank god the officer was very understanding and was able to get the cup 30 minutes after standing waiting at the door for the employee to come back. Would never return to a Dollar Tree if you all wasn’t so damn cheap 🤣 However very UPSET with the customer service the two ladies decided to give their customer 7/19/19. 3429 Orange Ave NE. Roanoke, VA. I will be calling corporate ladies 😉

When this dollar tree first opened it was amazing, now it seems like they don’t have enough time to put most of the merchandise up. Half of the items are in boxes sit that in every isle.

Been here numerous times. The problem with going here is that there is always one person on a register and at the minimum in the afternoon to the evening 7:00 to 10:00 people in line. When there are approximately 3:00 to 5:00 people on shift.
