My comment is two-fold. I am a hospice provider and have noted several mistakes on patients prescriptions. CVS, in general, has been denying hospice patient’s use of the PBM that covers the hospice covered medications. It is not a discount card! Lastly, I cannot even get my own medications filled timely! When you are in need of a steroid and inhaler and can’t breathe… don’t send the scripts here!!!

I ordered pills this week and I went to pick them up and I was having trouble with my insurance so I told the guy that waited on I told him I would be back the next day but they were closed so I went to pick it up the next day but they had to already put it away so I had to re order them again. Why didn't the guy put a note on the computer so they would not put them away it wasn't even a week and they did that. I am done with CVS.

The pharmacy here is absolutely abysmal. I cannot stand them, and I actually refuse to now. On several occasions they have texted me that my medicine was ready and when I arrived, it was not. They have tried to deny me my medication that I have been on for nearly a decade because the dose was “too high,” and they didn’t feel comfortable prescribing it, and have routinely been incredibly rude and disrespectful.
