This is by far the worst service from a pharmacy I have ever had. A few of the people who work in the pharmacy are good but overall it is horrible. If you value your time at all Drive 45 minutes across town to a different Pharmacy

I have been a customer at this CVS for 20 years. The staff always takes care of me. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and the pharmacy technicians are friendly. They have assisted me many times with ways to get my prescriptions cheaper. The store is always clean and the staff is courteous and kind.

I went to get my prescription waited 20 minutes and no one acknowledged I was there. I paid for my purchase up front after someone came to help. I left drove to the outside pickup. The right lane said drop-off and the left said full service so I went to left. After waiting the guy said "are you here for testing" I said a pickup and he said would you mind going to the right lane. I said "no" and left. I will take my prescriptions elsewhere r r.
