In the past I have had a lot of issues with cvs pharmacy. However, I have had a few people now go above and beyond to help me in recent months. I have also noticed they have hired a few people who have all worked in a timely manner to help. I am hopeful all of them keep working there! Thank you.

I am not one to review, but this pharmacy is so TERRIBLE that I feel that I have to. The people who work here are the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever come into contact with. I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. I am finally switching to Kroger and getting away from this horrible pharmacy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I wish I could give them zero stars!

The drive thru was unexpectedly closed at 3:30pm on the date I visited, with a sign on the window asking customers to come into the store for pharmacy use. I chose to return at 10am the following morning, and was relieved to see the drive through pharmacy window was open. My trasaction was completed in a friendly and efficient manner by a smiling associate who was very familiar with the pharmacy protocols. All prescriptions were handled accurately.12/5/22Upon entering, there were no actual associates at the front register, but a self check out was available. I was there to pick up photos, and rang the bell in that area. Shortly an associate appeared, was very helpful and skillfully assisted me in using a gift card that continued to report an error when I "swiped" it. The associate was able to enter the card manually using the number, and did so was ease. I have used this same gift card at other CVS retailers, and check out associates seem to have a very difficult time with this particular gift card, but this associate was efficient, knowledgeable and easily carried out the needed process. Kudos CVS!12/11/22Stopped by CVS for medication pick up. There were multiple cars waiting at the drive through, but the line moved at a reasonable pace. The associate at the pick up window was all business and did not smile. When I complimented her on her skills in dealing with so many efficiently, she barely acknowledged my positivity. The medications were obtained and all was correct, but an affable interaction did not occur. Reduced to 4 stars.6/23/23Shopped in store and quickly found what I needed. Associate was friendly and helpful, and rang up my purchase quickly. Store was clean, but carpet seemed older. Nice shopping experience, rated this trip a 5!

The arrogance of the male staff here from the techs to the pharmacist is off the charts. I only say male because when I’ve had interactions with the female staff, it was a completely different experience.

Worst customer service. The staff is extremely rude, condescending, uncaring, and incredibly unhelpful and I absolutely dread having to ask a question because of the way I will be talked to. Unfortunately this is not just a one time instance that has brought me to writing this review. It has been numerous times being treated so awful that I finally had to review this terrible staff so that hopefully I can help someone else from being treated this way.

I have been a registered nurse for 43 years and I have never experienced this degree of cold uncaring detached customer service, especially in the health CARE industry! The employees do not make eye contact and reply in rehearsed phrases like robots. They do not attempt to help with problems, but advise you to call the insurance Co or Dr. They would not help expedite my pain medication after surgery and yet sent multiple texts to tell me they received the order. They told me to come back in 1- 2 hours to get 8 pain pills while I was in agony. I have had hundreds of negative experiences with this pharmacy while I was waiting to change to Kroger ( my employer had me tied in the aetna/ cvs monopoly)I am done with them now and transitioning to Kroger. FREE AT LAST!!!!

The staff at this location, Led by Melissa, are awesome!When you consider that due to Insurance contract changes ending with other stores such as Kroger and Walgreens; the daily fill count has gone from about 300 to almost 1000. All of this without an increase in hours or staff, these people are amazing!If you look through the majority of the complaints you will find that the majority of the issues are out of their control.There is zero ability to control refill requests, Prior Authorizations, Insurance changes, doctor office response time, and of course laws that apply.And yet, these people come on day after day to face abuse from people who treat them less than human.God bless these people and all that they do!

I had to switch to cvs due to my insurance. There is a young woman there with long brown hair that has an attitude every time I talk to her. There has yet to be a time that I have gone there that I haven’t ran into an issue. It got so bad that I had to call in with the doctor on the phone to get an issue resolved, after waiting on the phone for 15mins to find out that the pharmacy had cancelled my prescription and that is why there were issues. The next issue is they were out of the mg for my prescription (which was expected due to a national shortage) was advised to contact my provider and have them change the mg. This was done but needed a new prior authorization. I asked if they had contacted the provider to let them know and they told me they have been too busy to do that. I then expressed how I have had issues EVERY time and explained the situation I had with my sons medication. The lady on the phone was very rude and then proceeded to tell me that she had been there for years and that it was not their fault. I then explained that I was just on 3 way the other day and it was indeed an issue on their end. After all the headache I have had I really don’t appreciate being belittled.I work in the health insurance field and speak with pharmacists on a regular basis on behalf of my clients and this is by far the worst customer service I have dealt with.

Their pharmacy is terrible. I could right a book on the poor customer service. The girl that works during the day always has an attitude. The most recent incident she hung up on me. I was told by them that they were going to handle my refill and when I called back to ask about it, she said “we don’t do that, you need to handle it”. Then she hung up on me. I had even asked the day before if I needed to call to fix my refill and I was told by that pharmacist they they would do it for me. This is probably the third time in the last couple weeks that she has been incredibly rude unnecessarily. I understand being short handed is hard. But taking it out on your customers is just bad business. I’m going to use a different pharmacy and I highly recommend other people do the same.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I have been using CVS since I was a child, but in an other state and never had issues there like I have here. First incident was I had gone to pick up prescriptions and they suddenly didn't have my insurance on file, so I gave my insurance card and was told I needed to call them to get my prescription insurance number? I've never been asked for that I simply always just had my card and it was fine. Also I had just been there for prescriptions maybe a month or 2 before and got them at my INSURED price, so no clue how thatjust disappeared. So I've had to buy full price prescriptions despite being insured. Then a while later I had to grab another prescription, so I called it in. When doing so I was told that the doctor sent it to my OLD pharmacy states away, when it in fact was sent to this pharmacy, and I had proof of that on my MyChart app. I needed the meds that day as I needed it for a drs appt the next day before the pharmacy was open. So I went in with the MyChart showing it was sent to that pharmacy, but before I even showed them the girl working recognized my name and it was suddenly there and ready? So did she lie to me on the phone to keep me from getting MY birth control? No idea but it was really odd the way she acted when I showed in person, like she didn't expect me to. Regardless of all of that they also have horrible customer service. Always incredibly short with me and unfriendly and calling them is a hassle...

This is by no means the staffs fault in any way, they have always been great to me …but the pharmacy just closes sometimes with out warning , I called and waited 25 minutes on hold, just to be told the pharmacy was closed and “ maybe open only 2 days next week”. They are always super short staffed for how busy it is there. Don’t rely on the hours of operation on Google or posted at the store , it changes all the time. Call the store directly to verify. Also I have received the automated message my prescription was ready and drove their and was told to come back in an hour.

terrible terrible terrible. When it comes to peoples medication that they NEED for whatever reason their DR. Prescribed it for. They seem to fail to realize that people can’t go days without it. The other day my doctor called in a medication that I obviously needed…. I called and the girl said they haven’t worked on it but she told me she’d “expedite it” and to give her a hour. Ok…… fast forward to today. I call and my other medication still not ready… again she says “I’ll expedite it” funny how I heard her tell that to another patient the other day. I get there @6 to get my medication and they closed due to “staffing”’issues. I called the Towers location and got the absolute worst attitude from someone who clearly hates their job. Called electric road location and the manager there, bless his heart (brad) is legit working the whole pharmacy with a new girl BY HIMSELF. On top of dealing with the slack the other locations have left on his plate. This is AWFUL!!!!!! I won’t go into detail about my health but if I didn’t have my medication today(thanks to brad) I wouldn’t survive.

Very poorly managed pharmacy. Recently, often closed during business hrs. Over a week behind filling Rxs. After multiple attempts to pick up my Rx after waiting a week the pharmacy still had not filled it. If you try calling no one picks up the phone. Very dirty facility. Would highly recommend NOT using this pharmacy! I switched to the Kroger pharmacy across the street and so far extremely pleased with their customer service.

If I could give this CVS a zero I would. Terrible service! The Pharmacist at this location denies patients refill of legitimate prescriptions that has been filled at CVS for 21 years. CVS corporate is just as bad. After 6 phone calls, no followup or action taken. Pathetic service!

Very rude floor manager. I have been a recipient of his frustrations through the years. Under-the-breath muttering almost every time I'm there. I've actually witnessed a cringe-worthy dispute between him and another customer. This man's name is Ed, and I dread my shopping experience every single time I see him. I am not the review type, but I've been witnessing this manager's off-putting, socially-awkward, and odd mannerisms for years now. Shame on me for not saying anything before. I hope that whoever is reading this really listens. This man is "not quite right" (for lack of more expert wording). I have a feeling I'm not the only person who's lodged a complaint.

We were told our meds were ready when CVS was actually out of them. When they finally had the meds and said it is was ready again they still didn't have them packed. It seemed other customers there were misled into thinking their meds were ready too when they were not. The staff were kind, hence two stars.

Recently since changing to this Pharmacy I’ve experienced some issues with my pain mngt medicine I get filled here. I understand the guidelines of controlled substances, however, one or two of the staff members have imposed a bias reaction and judgment statement that I’m trying to abuse my meds just by me calling to see when I’m due for refills or to see when my rx will be ready. I’ve been told I’m intentionally trying to get my meds too soon while also being told I should not be out of meds a day early when I’ve called to verify refill date. For one the location of pharmacy is a 20 min drive from my residence, second I have to plan out my schedule with being a home health attendant and third I’m a new mom again, and fourth the pharmacy runs out of supply for my meds. I just think out of all the pharmacy’s I’ve dealt with this one gets too personal and judgmental. There is a good reason why I have to take this medicine since being a victim of a hit and run accident 20 years ago resulting to the car I was in getting t-boned and forced into a telephone pole with impact knocking me through windshield on passenger side while also causing severe whiplash, head lacerations, abrasions, and some post traumatic stress. The repercussions of ‘tis accident didn’t effect me til 20 years later but it’s definitely impaired my quality of life.

I'm giving this CVS a 5 star rating because of a single employee that is beyond kind & helpful. She works quite frequently and she is a joy to see. Her name is Kayla. She has gone above and beyond to help me many times and has a radiant personality. Besides that, the store is clean with great deals and new items weekly!

Some of the staff is very rude when you calll to check on your meds and to let them you have more then what they fill. If it wasn’t for my insurance I go to another store and get my meds fill.

You get text tell you your prescription is ready go to pick up it is not ready get text they can hold prescription for a few days go by to pick up pharmacy is closed sign reads open till 9.00 went by on Thursday at 7.00 closing at 6.00This pharmacy is terrible 😔

Cashier very rude! Pushed past us in the aisle muttering under his breath and when we picked up a dropped item on the floor yelled at us to leave it alone then after that when we went to leave followed us muttering horrible things.
