I'm a CVS EXTRA CARE MEMBER so I shop at most all CVS Stores. ALL locations I have visited are Clean, Well Stocked & laid out for easy shopping. I CONSTANTLY SAVE $$ by using their coupons.

Worst pharmacy. Avoid.Day 1: doctor sends prescription at about 10am. I go to the pharmacy at about 4pm. Not ready.Day 2: stop by after work. There are about ten people in line, line is going nowhere. Drive thru is closed. I just leave.Day 3: go again. Drive thru is open, but there is a long line. Get to the window, prescription still not filled. Told to wait 20 minutes. It's actually been about a week by now since the prescription was sent.Edit: All that was written while I was in line in the store.I ended up only getting 1 of my 2 prescriptions.So, 3 trips, 4 times standing in line and they didn't even get my order right.I tried to transfer my prescriptions to a different CVS, but the app says that they've already been filled at this CVS. I'm done trying to sort it out here. Going to have to call my doctor and explain the situation and have them send a new prescription somewhere else.

I am giving this CVS three stars only because they used to be great. Before this past year I did not have any issues. My first issue was I had a sinus infection and my doctor put in a prescription for me with this CVS. I went by after my appointment and was told my prescription would not be ready until the next day. So the next morning I called and asked if it was ready. It was not. I let them know I would be there in 30 to 45 minutes to pick it up. It luckily was ready and the pharmacist said we know how important antibiotics are and expedited this for you. One of the techs in the back said "no she called this morning and said she would be here in 30 to 45 minutes to pick it up." What a mess. I have regular medications that I have to get and they are automatically filled or at least they are supposed to be. I normally have to call before I go or when I show up to pick them up because I am out I have to wait for one to two hours. I haven't had anyone be rude to me. It is just frustrating due to them not having things ready when they should. My doctor ordered me an Epi pen for my allergies and this was last Friday. I did not get any notification until the following Thursday that it was ready. This is very concerning since this is a life saving device. This CVS is right down the road and that is the only reason I have not switched yet, but with the Epi Pen delay with no calls or explanation is very concerning.

Called in a refill around 1pm, went to pick it up around 6, waited in line for 40 minutes (I understand their understaffed so I have no problem being patient about it). When I walked up to the counter the lady was having a mental breakdown and didn't even acknowledge me or so hello, when I asked if my prescription was ready she said no, come back tomorrow. Came back the next day after calling again that morning to refill and once again not ready. If it's to stressful working there, then don't!!, But don't be an ahole just because people expect you to do your job.

Pharmacists are supposed to be kind and caring no matter what “MEDICINE” you are taking. The looks and comments from the staff here were extremely judgmental and snide. I never had these issues at Kroger.

I have gone to this cvs for years, but lately, I dread having to deal with them. I get that they are short staffed, but then don’t send confirmations that prescriptions are ready when they are not! I heard at least 4 other people in the 20 min line say they had a confirmation that their prescription was ready, only to get up the counter and find out they were not. The worker at the counter then “expedited” the order, but that meant another 30 min wait plus having to get back in the huge line. I feel like the system is automated, so what’s happening that makes it send confirmations for things that aren’t ready? I just don’t believe it’s a purely technical issue…

Usually in and out of this location quickly. I do utilize the self check-out, so this does minimize wait time. Store is fairy clean and orderly. Early mornings are certainly the best time of day to shop at this location.

Waited in line at the drive through for 20 minutes to get to the window. Sign on the window that the drive through is for covid testing only. Don't plan on going through the drive through at all.Update an error in their system caused an additional delay in witch they made me get back in line after already waiting......If I had the option I'd never return to this place.Over an hour to pick up a prescription that should have been ready......Wish I could leave 0 stars

Don't even think it rates a 1. Been on hold for 27 minutes after going to the store 2 times to get script that they swear they don't have and I have confirmation. I usually go to CVS Ridgewood Farms, thought this be easier since it's closer to where I was. Man was I wrong. WORSE PHARMACY EVER AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UGH! I know everyone is shorthanded right now but the employee they do have should know how to do the job

Went to get my Covid vaccine the pharmacist that gave it to me did not have the experience he needed to give shots. My arm is bruised where he solved the needle in my arm so roughly. It's been 4 days and my arm is so sore everytime I move it. I am going to a different location for my next shot noway I am going to go through that again.

I get monthly refills for meds for last 3 months. Will not be going back, Walgreens is my destination from here on out. Dropped my script off yesterday was told it was a day early and they couldn't keep my script and fill it first thing this morning since I get of off work at 9 am, wouldve been helpful. That's weird but fine, drop it off at 9 am this morning, was told they are behind and it would be 11 before it's done. Go back at 1130, there was an issue, no phone call or anything. Told it would be 15 more minutes. 20 minutes later finally finished. Total time script at pharmacy, 2 hours and 50 minutes. Stay away if you have anything else to do in your life.

Today I went to pick up my medicine. I ask if I can use your bathroom. So they let me use the bathroom. When I walk in the bathroom I was shock to see how nasty that bathroom was. It looks like they haven't clean that bathroom in days or weeks. Number 2 all around the rim of the toilet. Unrine on the sit and a stink bug was there. I didn't think to take a picture of it. It was horrible. I can't believe they will let a customer use the bathroom in that condition.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Has "forgotten" to order my families life or death medication on more then one occasion. Has been rude to me when I've requested to count pills after they have only given us half the medication required for a month. Staff hate their jobs will tell you how much corporate CVS sucks. They cut their hours, and under pay them. It reflects in their work ethic. Do not go to CVS.

Pharmacy is severely understaffed. Wait times go for 30-45 minutes for a prescription. No fault on the staff, company just needs to hire more and pay more to the pharmacy.

dont plan on the store being open at 8am as advertised. I waited at 8am at the door for 5 min. before a person unlocked it, only to walk back to the pharmacy to see it closed, with employees sitting on the floor outside the pharmacy door like they were at a campfire or something. I waited until 19 after a 8am, and no sigh of it opening any time soon. I wasted time and gas to make a special trip to get some meds. CHANGING DRUG STORES TODAY! DONT USE THEM

It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, ever. The pharmacy closes much earlier now (7pm) and they close for lunch. I assume they are understaffed but to not answer the phone no matter what time someone calls is absurd. Trying to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy.

Pathetic is the best description I have for this store. on more than one occasion the employees have been rude to me and my family. today I called to simply find out if they sold tennis balls for walkers and the front desk instead of finding that out just transferred me to the pharmacy which would obviously be extremely busy this time of the day unable to answer my call. So I was on hold for at least 10 minutes before I gave up will be taking my business elsewhere obviously

The hours posted on Google are wrong. They close at least an hour earlier. They have a sign posted outside the store with thier store hours. How hard is it to update Google? 5 minute fix.
