This place has really went downhill. The staff are almost nonexistent when you go in there to get something they shout at you to use the self checkout and there’s no one there to help. I’m calling them now because my job I work at suggests we use CVS to get more discounts on prescriptions but I’ve been on hold right now for 35 minutes. I’m going back to Walgreens. I might have to pay a few extra dollars but at least I get some kind of service there.

I wish I could give this pharmacy -1 star. That pharmacy manager Tammy so damn rude. I don’t see how CVS has somebody who’s so unprofessional in a management role.

In recent 2 months in my best estimation the store is more clean , organized , better stocked, Jarrett is very helpful and knowledgeable. He handles the locals with honor and respect. We live in a neighborhood of people who are not so easy to get along with. You can tell he takes pride in representing the CVS family and its customers.

How do you close down a pharmacy when you have patients waiting on their medications to be pick up. With out calling the patient informing them your closing early due to the pharmacist not showing up for work? The nice thing would have been calling the patient to inform. And no it can't be picked up from another store due to being already in process at the original store. Very inconvenient!

*updated* I wish I could give them no stars. I picked up my prescription this morning, I asked why it took so long to get my prescription and the man behind the counter had nothing to say. When I told them this lapse in my medication could've cost me my job, he only offered excuses. Not even an apology. My life has been tossed on its head and he could've cared less. I've never been treated so poorly at a CVS. Meanwhile the pharmacy staff were complaining about their jobs loudly, their poor standards very well cost me my job. AVOID THIS LOCATION, DO NOT GO HERE!!I haven't even picked up my prescription yet but on the phone the guy pretty much told me that my prescription wasn't that important because they're "backed up". I NEED my medication so I don't lose my job and everything I've worked so hard for. I felt really disrespected by that..I've never been to a CVS that treated me like that, or who seemingly made up their own arbitrary pharmacy hours. I've been without my medication for 3 days now and I've already started dealing with the incredibly negative impacts of that. Once I pick up my prescription, I'm never using this location again and I know the pharmacy employees don't care, that's painfully obvious, but the general manager and district manager SHOULD care. Your employees and business practices are impacting people's lives. I've never been this angry at a pharmacy before, let alone a CVS!!!

Nagham and Jared up front are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Also, pharmacist Brandon is extremely helpful, he is very attentive and always willing to help. I love going to this CVS because of them.

Best Pharmacist I have ever met...I think his name is Brendan. He was polite, attentive, made getting a booster shot fun, seemed genuinely interested in my well-being, helped me find something in the aisles, and seemed to really enjoy his work. Customer service matters.

We have been CVS customers for over 12 years. My son is a cancer patient who takes thousands of dollars in meds every month. We moved here from Richmond VA 3 months ago. Customer service has rapidly declined at all CVS locations in the past couple of years. You walk in, go to the counter and are ignored most of the time. I picked up 3 presciptions a couple of days ago. The pharmacist, a young blond guy, was on a personal phone call( I could hear every word he was saying) one young man working the window and I waited over 10 minutes while the pharmacist finished his phone call THEN came over to help me! Today, the pharmacy was closed inside forcing everyone to use drive thru. Their excuse? We are short staffed!!!!!! I will be moving all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy!

On October 22, 2021 I went inside this CVS location (#7577) to purchase ONE item. A female customer yelled at me to help her with the photo scanning equipment. I politely stated that I am wearing a black shirt--I don't work here and laughed. This should be on your in-store video cameras. There was a male customer standing next to me who stated to me with Biden doing what he is doing no wonder no one wants to work. I found an item to purchase and went back to the checkout counter. I pushed the button to get a CVS Associate to the checkout counter. The same female customer said I already tried that. I walked out without my item stating I am not talking politics with anyone. Again this should be on your in-store video cameras. I doubt CVS has AUDIO. I went to my car for a few minutes. Then I noticed the Brinks truck was in the parking lot. I went back inside the store to purchase one item so I could get cash back. Julia was the Associate who rang up my purchase while the Store Manager, Troy Wilson, and a Female employee were standing like statues inside the front door and watching me. I started my car and was about to leave the handicapped parking space when Troy Wilson and the other CVS Associate came out in the parking lot. I calmly asked if either of them was the Manager. Troy Wilson said he was and gave me his name. I yelled at him from inside my car that I had been in there a few minutes ago. I asked him are you all intentionally leaving the front of the store unattended? At this time I let Troy know that I had noticed the Brink's truck. Troy yelled at me that today was his first day back. I yelled back at him letting him know about the female customer asking me to help her with the photo scanning equipment. At this time Troy accused me, the CUSTOMER, of harrassing him. Troy has done something similar to me before. Several months ago I stopped by this CVS location to purchase an item. Troy was helping an elderly customer use the self checkout. Troy never acknowledged me verbally when I was in line although he did notice I was standing in line. After waiting a few minutes without saying anything I put the item back and walked out the door. Another day after this happened I stopped by this CVS location to purchase one item. There was a female employee at the register. I paid for my item and got cash back. All went well. On October 22, 2021, I decided to take up for myself and yell at Troy Wilson in the parking lot. The way I saw it Troy was harrassing me--the customer. I backed up my car and exited the parking lot. When I returned to my house, I took the survey re Julia. On that survey, I asked for the DM to call me. I also called this CVS location and asked to speak with Troy. When I spoke to Troy on the phone, I asked for the DM Justin Hunt to call me. Troy FINALLY took my name and phone number. It seems to me that Troy has a problem dealing with customers, especially me. I HAVE NO PLANS TO EVER RETURN TO THIS CVS LOCATION.

Really bad. Would try to get all new workers. Pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever experience at any CVS. Felt very unprofessional. Waited almost 40 minutes in the drive-through for a COVID-19 test. I ended up leaving because they weren’t even acknowledging that I was there for the first 30 minutes.

I use this store almost weekly. The employees are always helpful and kind (and they are always working). When I order photo prints, they are ready before the pick-up time. The store is clean and tidy. I also like/use self check out when possible.

Not really sure what’s going on with this store on Plantation Rd. But after Our Swéet Steve left this store we only had Miss McKenzie left. And then the store went too Heck in a hand basket when My Sweet Girl McKenzie left. The store just isn’t the same without those Two. All I can say is that them 2 were the Greatest employees that any store could have. You can go in this store now and have too just stand there for 10 or 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that you are there. I’ve seen this with my own eyes. And that’s with 4 employees and the Pharmacist back there. Hopefully it will get better soon. But kinda doubt that.

Very disappointed in the unprofessional and verbally abusive pharmacy manager, Jason. I have never reported anyone before, but 36 years into my life on this earth I have never been spoken to the way he spoke to me today; I was in tears I was so upset. I had simply asked why my prescription refill needed to be transferred from my primary pharmacy when another CVS location refilled an rx without this step when he became extremely defensive saying things like "that's the LAW!" and "I am not going to stand here and argue with you about this." and "You're trying to tell me what the law is..." When I calmly tried to explain myself, he interrupted me with more nastiness so I asked to speak with his manager to which he loudly barked "I AM the MANAGER!" I have thus never been treated so poorly by a supposed professional leader. I myself am a department manager and would never speak to someone the way he spoke to me. Very unfortunate behavior. After the unfortunate incident at the Plantation Road location, I immediately went to the Daleville, Va location and conducted myself exactly the same way, asking the same questions and looking for clarification on why I was able to have an rx filled without need for a transfer from my main pharmacy. I was met with a completely different disposition. The pharmacist also explained she would need to transfer my rx from my main pharmacy and when I asked why I was able to have a different rx filled without this step, she kindly explained that what I handed her was a product with a pharmacy label indicating I had refills remaining, but it was not an actual hard copy prescription which was why I was previously able to get an rx filled there without need for a transfer over the phone. Made perfect sense. Instead of kindly explaining this to me, Jason, the Plantation Road pharmacy "manager" chose to be rude an confrontational. Kindness and simple clarification when I needed it was all that was necessary. Jason needs to remember he is dealing with real people who are not CVS pharmacists and he is no better than anyone else.

I dont like the fact as I'm typing this me and other customers are sitting in drive thru while they allow someone who has a prescription to wait instead of dropping it off,sitting there for a half hr.2 this has been an ongoing issue with this particular issue involving cvs. Isnt it my understanding that if they are dropping off they are not supposed to wait in drive thru due to other customers.Why is it even a rule then if cvs employees break their rules of conduct WOW

The most ghetto CVS I've ever been to. After 5 visits and 5 bad experiences I've seen enough. This must be where they send all of their rejects because the customer service is comically bad. Take the time and go a few miles north to the other CVS on Plantation.

There was a black girl working there her name started with an R only colored girl working there , i came in to pick up my medicine and the pharmacist was rude to me seem like she was having a bad day anthoer working walked passed me like i wasn’t even there but i seen the girl R noticed and came up to me apologized for there actions and began to help me , she multitask helping a person at the drive through along with helping me on the inside i think this girl deserves a bonus because she was the only one who was nice to me i was very frustrated but she allowed me to leave happy with HER service !!!! Every time i come in i see her going above and beyond for people !!

It takes multiple bad experiences for me to leave a bad review. I understand a place like CVS you'll sometimes have to wait to be checked out, but to be treated like a complete and total hindrance is uncalled for.

Honestly I wish I could also give them 0 stars. They are extremely rude and they hung up on me when I tried to check up on my prescription. This location has gone downhill significantly and it often takes them 30 minutes to service 5 people. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
