This was one of my favorite parts about driving school bus on Bent Mountain cause I’d hook myself up with a treat after the kids were home and I was on the way back to Salem. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Once the grill was shut down and I had wanted a burger but they offered me a BLT and it was great. Good prices and good service every time I have stopped here. I appreciate the people and am glad they are here in our community. Stop in and tell them hello sometime!

I have been living in this area now for about 7 years, and going to the Country Way store often. The people who work there including the owner are always kind, curtios, and helpful.

When we first moved here 5 years ago, I visited this place quite often. A few years ago it was sold off, and has now degraded from comfy, locally owned corner store to inner-city lotto & beer shack. Between the obese redneck "cook" spitting in your food, clerks that barely speak English, filthy bathrooms, and the stale shelf stock that has dwindled down to nearly nothing, I don't see the point anymore.

Went to get gas on the way to the emergency vet and the woman had decided to close the store an hour early and hangout with her boyfriend at the counter. Gave us attitude and obviously didn’t help. I hope the owner does something about her or frankly you’ve lost several customers.

Owner has the place running like clockwork. Shelves are well stocked and the place is cleanest now that I’ve ever seen it since I’ve been here these past 7 years.
