While on a work trip, a little buddy of mine became stricken with a serious case of thunder down under. Lucky for him, the Blue Ridge Mini Mart was just over the hill. As we pulled in we could all see the concern and pain written all over his face. The sweat and tears showed as he struggled to exit our vehicle without unleashing what we knew would be a liquid explosion of lava and embarrassment. As he waddled to the front door, we all became concerned as to whether he would make it to the restroom in time. We decided to go in as back up just in case. We entered the facility and, to our amazement, discovered that he made it and was successfully depositing whatever that smell was. The clerk working noticed the looks of concern and offered to conduct a wellness check on our comrade in distress. She approached the door and asked if he was ok and made sure he heard her with a clear, loud voice. If thats not good customer service, I dont know what is. As he exited the now wrecked bathroom, she then made sure he was ok and thanked him for stopping by. 5 stars in my book!!!!!
