Variety of electronic products, at reasonable prices. However several times I noticed that some goods were not available, empty stands or shelves. Weird...Got myself a charging station for Xbox controllers for my kids, so they wouldn't have to swap batteries every now and then when playing that often. 🎮😂👍🏻

The young man that waited on me was very helpful and most courteous. He even offered to carry my purchase out for me. I declined the offer, but I appreciated it. The store is huge.

I recently needed to buy a laptop for school and wasn't sure exactly which one would do the job. The salesman was knowledgeable and patient and went the extra mile to help. Overall it was a total team effort on their part all the way up to one of the managers on duty that was assisting my mother with filling out the order on the app..A great experience 👍

I bought 2 Samsung tablets lite s6 from Best Buy last year on October and one tablet stopped working while I was outside the countryI came to Best Buy to exchange it and they said they can't do that since more than 1 yearAnd I have to call Samsung for thisI said why I have to do this while Iam Best Buy client buying my all hardware and computer from you they said they can’t help on this since exceeding one year and why I have to deal with Samsung while I bought from Best Buy they said this is the rules.I do respect the rules for a device old like 2-3 years but not almost new device with 13 months ageThey were not helpful and they don’t want to cooperate with me while I do have a good business with themI am not buying anything from Best Buy now or on the future.See attached photo the device is almost new no damage no water and in the box

I could not get the help I was looking for. The guys I did talk to just rambled on like they new what they were talking about but had no idea about the sale that was going on. They just kept.telling me that there were no such deals.I left so frustrated. Went home and got online with no.stress of another person telling me I was wrong and no lost prevention profiling me like a weirdo. I mean come on you people only look like stalkers now days. Your so detectable. And I got a way deal then I would had in store. FYI this is an fine example of why there will be no more Brick and Morder stores in the possible near future. To much over head is not worth employees with horrible tactics of what they think customer service is. And I'm not the only persons willing to pay shipping to have my own personal shopping dome of piece of mind. All that said I would remember this ' no one comes to a store with people how are always frowning and act like I'm a bother. People in this day do not want to spend money continuously in a place of doom and gloom. They want customer care. Specially when they are there to spend 1500.00

Best Buy used to be a great store to visit, find great things, and get helpful advice. No one was in the computer department to assist, and the removal of DVD and Music is definitely a hard thing to let go for me. Store overall felt very deserted not from lack of customers, but the lack of employee's available to assist.

Ordered a Apple watch on black Friday as a gift for my daughter on Christmas. They sent the wrong color watch and band. Went to exchange it for the right color but was told they were out of stock. Got my money back and went to the Apple counter in the store and they said it was in stock, but now I'm paying more then I originally did since I got my money back instead of exchange. Do better Best Buy!

I came to Best Buy for a Geek squad appointment. The guy who assisted me was very nice and he saved me a lot of time by letting me know how Apple was handling Apple Watch software issues. I greatly appreciated the transparency. It’s great to finally have somewhere local that can service Apple products! I hope it stays this way so people don’t have to drive hours away just to drop products off.

IF I could give them 100 stars I would! I went in to get a computer and I was in a RUSH to get out b/c of not being able to drive at night. An employee told a manager, and one was helping me nearly instantly. I got what I went in for and Could NOT have asked for ANY BETTER service! They didn't push me into anything! I told the person what I was looking for and BINGO! We rather found it at the same time. Then I had to go to their Geek Squad to set it up! I thought, "Oh no! A wait?" NOPE! They got right on it knowing I can't drive at night! I was out within 2 hr. They were prompt, courteous etc. NO COMPLAINTS at All! Thanks to EVERYONE of you! I got a GREAT deal on what I went in for!

It's infrequent that I go in to look for something specific. Often when I do I always walk around to see if they have anything going on. I do find them a bit overpriced but they do have a lot of different things that you can select, analyze to see if you want to purchase. Nice quality stuff overall but expensive. I went to purchase a watch, and it was very successful. It was on sale. Galaxy watch 5 pro. The man who waited on me was the oldest man in the store. And he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

My husband and I walked around this store for over an hour and we did not get any assistance. They seem to be short handed. The store was clean and well stocked which was a plus. But it would have been nice to be able to have some assistance without having to walk towards the front for help.

Don't waste your time here, HORRIBLE service. They are slow like that sloth from Zootopia. They take their sweet time, I went there an HOUR before an appointment, thinking it would be a 10 minute trip, and ended up being 40 mins. Once again, HORRIBLE business

The Geek Squad at the Roanoke Va. store demonstrates no customer service, absolutely no customer respect, and absolutely no communication to the customer concerning repairs.I have been a Geek Squad member for years and have purchased thousands of dollars of items them and my recent experiences at the Roanoke store makes me sick and disappointed .

We went in 4 days before Christmas and not a single person around to help. The front checkout was not open to pay for things but customer service was set up to assist. The thing that was irksome was you had your ask where the heck to pay instead of maybe someone would be helpful enough to put a sign up! Duh

These guys need to have a phone option in their store. You can not call them directly. Even with the extension, they never answer. It's okay, though they make up for it with their awesome customer service in store and their price matching options. Let's go team blue.

Made an appointment for a sub/amp to be installed in my car yesterday, was told the installment would be about 2 hours, was there about 4 1/2 hours, which I didn’t mind because there was only two people working, and they were super busy! These two people did a great job on my vehicle installment. I’m super happy!

They don't care about order people in store they stand in line for help @ heek squad while they call out "anyone with an appointment come on up past the line of older people who aren't that tech savvy or didn't know how or that they needed an appointment and if you say anything to them they either ignore you or say they had an appointment rudely. I personally will never spend my money at BestBuy ever again.

Sometimes, you have to ask them for help while inside the store, but once you have team members' attention, they usually get things done!! Overall, it is a great store for the community

Quick in and out visit. Got a couple of ring doorbell cameras for my buddy and installed at his house he got a great deal on the one Camera bc. The batter was bad on the onewe bought a month before. Go to best buy for your electronic needs. They have everything you could need here. As well as nice staff to help you along the way. They are very knowledgeable in the areas they work. They can answer all your question and if not point you in the right direction. I have never had to return an item from here. I had to call the geek squad a couple of times and they helped me with my technical related issues.

Showed up to buy a new phone 20 minutes before closing, nobody at the counter - left for the day. The manager came out of the office to help me and went out of his way to help me set up my phone a full 30 minutes after closing. Wish I'd caught his name. They may be thin on staff, but they understand the importance of keeping the customer's need up front... well done!!!

I recently found out that “Best Buy” management accepts items for recycling like non-usable microwaves. The store’s recycle policy was what brought me to this location to specifically drop off a 30-year-old microwave that quit on me. Everyone I spoke with on the telephone was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The store when I went there was immaculate with spacious aisles. The retail associates I spoke with were well-groomed, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to this “Best Buy” when I need to update electronics. It is best to call ahead about recycling items. The store does not accept everything.
