Angels of Assisi's is a very great place to take your pets for all their needs. I took my 1 yr old cat Outlaw there and was very satisfied with the way they took care of him. The doctor called before proceeding with anything else that needed to be done and also let me know he was doing good and had no problems. The price for everything that had done was a lot cheaper than any of the other places I was trying to go to. I checked several other places and they wanted more than$800 for what I had done. The doctor's and nurses were very nice and made sure Outlaw was taken care of till he went home and checked on him afterwards. I will take all my pets there from now on. Thank you for all you have done for my pet.

It is very hard to find! They need better signs. Once you find it, it is so worth the journey. They have the cutest and sweetest cats, and they, or she(I saw 1 worker), keep that place clean. No odor or smells at all that tells me these cats are well taken care of. I WILL visit again until I find a kitten that needs its furever home.

My family is on a tight budget and I scraped up enough to take my old dog to be seen by the vet. The process ate very affordable. Everyone there was amazing and really eased my mind, worked with my budget and offered support in the event of an emergency. Thank you for letting me know my dog is ok.

Went there in search of a cat to adopt. We looked at all the super-friendly upstairs cats, but we needed one who could hold their own against our other cat, who was a bit of a terror. They took us downstairs to the cats in cages. We found a kitty that had some feistiness of her own. The vet stayed late so we could take her home. That was 16 years ago and she just passed away a few weeks ago. She was seriously the best cat -- the perfect cat for our family. Thank you for 16 wonderful years.

Brought my new best friend to finalize his adoption and have him neutered. The staff here greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. Drop off and pick up went smoothly just as his surgery. No swelling or negative reactions. This was my first time adopting a foster dog and I would strongly recommend angels. Remi and I thank you guys. I took my Corgi to Angel's of Assisi to get his teeth cleaned. They did an awesome job! Cleaned, polished and clipped his toenails! I was more than pleased. Today a lady in front of us at Lowes commented on his teeth! I told her all about our experience. Your company is so good to my pup. I am switching all my business to you! Thank you ALL so much!! I took my dog here to get him a checkup and to get him fixed. The staff here has been wonderful and super helpful and friendly. He seems to be healing well. I highly recommend them for vet help and as a spay/neuter clinic. Thank you Angels for all you do to keep our pets healthy and happy! I appreciate you!

The staff of Angels of Assisi were courteous, friendly & easy to talk with. This was our first visit with our dog, Spike. They came out to us and explained everything. We were very satisfied, & will be returning to them in the future with our other dog 🐶🐶. You can TRUST Angels of Assisi with your pets.

Great place for adopting, not for a vet. Although their vet services are cheap, they’re cheap for a reason. Brought in a pet for a problem, they fixed it for a great price but it didn’t last. Long story short, spent money here on a solution, the solution was short lived. They told us to put our pet down, no quality of life. Took pet to a new vet where she was helped & lived another year. Ended up having to put our sweet baby down today. Would also like to add our pet was discharged from angels after a surgery with blood & fluid still caked to her. They didn’t clean her off after her surgery.

I have taken my baby to Angels of Assisi for sick appointments, shots, and surgery for awhile now. They have always been very nice and treated my baby very well. Usually they are scared of the Vet Hospital after surgery but my Olivia isn’t scared of them at all. I will continue to go there with my girl! Thank you for loving my girl like I do.

I really like this place. My dog has always been treated very well. He always comes out wagging his tail and very conformable with the staff. The staff I've always dealt with has always been very nice. Just left there today with my pupper.

I adopted my cat from this rescue last month and was very pleased with the experience through their adoption process. I was also originally offered a complimentary blood work appointment at a later date. I would rate the adoption process 5 stars. Now for the appointment, there were some issues. I arrived to the facility at the scheduled time and the parking was a mess to say the least (I understand the lot is small and do not blame them for this), but was advised by a staff member upon arrival to park in a 'no parking zone' across the street. I ended up waiting roughly 45 minutes only to be told that 1.) I could not accompany my pet in the exam room and 2.) That there would be an $85 to $125 charge. As a first time client to their veterinary services, I felt deceived. The majority of veterinary clinics (at least that I have experienced) allow pet-parents to be present for their appointments, and those that don't have the courtesy to inform clients otherwise before the appointment. Therefore, I think this was a fair assumption to have. Being rudely told off 'well that is just how it's always been' was upsetting, not to mention being originally told about the fee being waived only to be told the opposite upon arrival. Thankfully, I was able to express my concerns to Lisa O'Neill, as mentioned in another review, the following day. She admitted that there was even a note on their end that the service fee should have been waived and was unsure about why it was not honored, but remained firm on 'well that is just how it is' on pet-parents unable to be with their pets. I had taken a 1.5 hour round trip for this anticipated appointment with great expectations based on my wonderful experience with the adoption process only to be let down. I am not writing this review to deter people from this facility, but rather to encourage accountability and upfront honesty from them in the future.

Reasonable prices. Parking is a nightmare! Someone greets you at your car and takes your particulars. Someone comes and takes your pet. Good set up but I would like to take him inside myself. They all seem caring and kind. I will use them for all our needs. Only 4 stars because of the parking situation.

Unfortunately, my dear buddy, Chico died 2 days after taking him in for his unexplained lethargy, lack of eating and drinking alot of water and no interest in any of his favorite activities.Angels of Assis took blood work and examined Chico provided me with their diagnosis. Chico seemed to have discomfort in his stomach, according to the exam and his kidney levels were elevated. They suggested a renal diet and classified him as a sr dog (6 years old), they also gave me a sample anti nausia medication and advised me if there was no change, to contact them for a no charge re check.The next night, I called and left a message for a emergency appt because Chico was getting worse, he stopped urinating, no bowl movement and no food since his initial exam.I have yet to receive a call back from Angels,of Assisi now 2 days after Chicos death.RIP my dear, loyal and cherished friend, Chico, we miss you.

My cat was brought in for a Rabies vaccine and bloodwork to make sure he was a good candidate for anesthesia. Everything came back normal, but after that visit he stopped eating. I called to see about bringing him back in and they said the soonest they could see him is Thursday, which is a WEEK after his last visit when he completely stopped eating. Later that night i left a voicemail for them to call me back asking to see him sooner, as they were the last clinic to see my cat and waiting a week to see an animal for not eating isn’t appropriate, but they never called back. They don’t seem to care about the fact that my cat hasn’t eaten since THEY last saw him. I’m sure the receptionist just didn’t see this as big issue or understand the importance of anorexia, but i’m sure if a doctor was aware of a patient who they just saw and isn't eating since seeing them, they’d want them to come back in. Not bringing any pet here again and don’t recommend others do so if you want to seek professional and compassionate care. You also aren’t allowed to go into the building during the appointment.

I adopted Skye 3 years ago at Angels of Assisi. Last Friday we had an appointment to check out a new baby for Skye. We found Marg. She is 3 years old and very shy. We were offered to foster her to see how Skye and her would get along. 5 days into the foster Skye and Rose (was Marg) are really doing very well. Both of these babies were very shy and nervous at first. My husband Ken, and Rose are bonding. I'll have to say it's looks like Rose 🌹 has a new home.

I contacted Angels of Assisi and they never replied to me. I am a shut in and have a female cat that needs to be spayed. I can't drive anymore and asked if they would come and pick her up. I am willing to pay for the operation. They didn't bother to get back to me.

I rescued my best friend a few weeks ago and they were more than helpful getting us in as quick as possible. The wait time wasn’t bad once arrived (evening appointment) they were thorough and they did everything they could’ve for him. Found out he had heart worms and they were very detailed with explaining treatment and payment options.

My adopted baby (from angel’s), Bark Twain, is really good at everything except getting his nails cut! The staff at Angels are always so gracious about it and are wonderful with him and me. Bark gets really scared when we go back for vet care, I think he thinks he’s gonna have to stay, but I know the staff is taking incredible care of him. He is one of the biggest success stories! From a hoarding situation to service dog in training in 2 years!
