It's been years since I've been back in the lands of 7-11, having lived further south where they're sparse.Since I've moved to Roanoke in at this location often. Stop by for a drink while strolling, stop in for a quick snack, or get a whole pizza late night after the bar.I've gotten to know the employees and they're pretty great people. Kind, friendly, and personable but also folks you'd catch a drink with.Thanks to you all for all that you do!

Great spot that's convenient, with great customer service and local knowledge. Good for running into familiar friends and faces while taking a few to catch up with a respectful, pleasant, "no rush" attitude vibe from employees.Definitely considered a fixed, long standing landmark for any local who happens to be in the Grandin/Wasena area with a few minutes to grab some day travel needs, good food, or run into someone they know, while in a relaxed environment.

This place is always busy and the staff keeps up, and remains friendly and attentive. The space in the store is tight but that seems like it makes it more fun. I like to bike here with the kids and reward them with a slushy and a snack.

Now...this is a nice 7-Eleven! Super friendly, efficient employees. Clean and neat interior and exterior. The other customers were also curtious and not scary.

Most times I come in here and get good efficient workers, never bad service. Unfortunatly I didn't check their name tags tonight, the people working had a good banter going and made me feel extra welcome.. even suggested certain items. Keep them if you can. It was a small interaction but it was my favorite.

Sometimes both customer facing employees working are wearing masks. More often only one is, or neither. Most customers in the times I’ve been haven't been wearing (and haven’t been asked to wear) masks. Very disappointed.If this wasn’t a pandemic I’d give this 7-11 5 stars for how friendly they have always been.

The food and drink supplies are good, except the employees there are not doing the safety regulations, especially with outbreaks, sure they got facemasks...but not wearing it and hanging around by the neck when engaging customers. Its why 2 stars are knocked off rather than 5. Still wish they can fix the app too.

Not only is it poor customer service, but who allows two completely wasted outsiders to come in and knock stuff over and smoke a cigarette inside of the store? And another thing I might add is how when you show them your ID they can’t sell to you? I’m 21??? They also spread rumors saying customers aren’t anything and talking about customers who buy cigarettes and other items

Why is all your food lava spicy or taste like funky fryer....im completely over getting steakTaquitos and having my mouth burnt off or mozzy sticks and they taste like a landfill this is bullshit step it up 😡
