Every Pepsi I have purchased in the last month has been flat or taste like cleaning products. I check the dates and none of them are out of date. If you are storing your drinks near your mop water please stop. If you have dropped the drinks repeatedly they are no good. They don't even make a sound when you open them. (I was really thirsty tonight lol ) That isn't my only complaint with this store though, however, I'll just start going to Go mart after 10 years of going to the exact same place 🙄

A employee was rude. We were paying for our stuff and the card wasn’t going through. So we tried another card and that card doesn’t have a pin for it. But the women didn’t even try to help us. She just stood there and making an annoyed face at us. After another employee came and helped us. THANK YOU to the nice man that helped us.

Staff here is functional, not friendly. If you accidentally miss it driving by, don't fret, there's another Couple blocks down on the opposite side! However, at this 711, both the Coke and cherry flavor slurpees are always working, which is the most important aspect for me. They also have gas pumps. And there is a Redbox, so there's that.

Today I walked in 7-Eleven in search of an afternoon treat, so, as I am browsing I see a promotion on planters peanuts. The promotion was three for $1.19. I get up to the register to check out and the store manager says this is an old promotion, I point him in the direction of the sign. He refuses to go look at it, then says I will just give you the promotion price.Do better with changing out promotions to prevent confused customers.

Still rude employees.Making fun of my disability.You need to go to any other store than this place.They have the worst rude employees that can’t get lottery correct even if their lives depended on it. Instead of doing what's needed, the play dumb and don't do it. Also they like to keep lotto winningsEven the manager has an attitude.What do you want to know? It sounds correct. Your store sucks big green ones.

Polite staff who gave excellent customer service. Awesome collection of goods and services. Great prices on most products. Definitely a place to visit if you're nearby and have to make a quick stop for something.

The older white dude at this Williamson road 711 needs to take a chill pill. I handed him a $100 bill to pay for $51 worth of items. He grumbled and asked why I carry big money around. I asked him if a $100 bill is considered “big money”? He said “You’re trying to be flashy.” Then he said “Next time I’m going to refuse you service if you try to pay with a $100 bill.” I told him that’s fine, if I stop there again, I’ll pay with my card. He grumbled something and threw my change on the counter! Did not say “thank you” or anything. On my way out I heard him say something about my car. I don’t know if he’s jealous or what but he’s very rude. I called the store later that day. Manager said they will never refuse me service, they have had numerous complaints about him and will speak to him. If you’ve had numerous complaints, why is he still there? They didn’t have an answer when I asked them that. They just repeated that they will speak to him.

I went there to get gas and a pizza And uh gas pump time out So I didn't get my gas but a very nice employee paid for me I said to go ahead and charge me but she insisted Have you read in this thank you so much? I hope this review helps pay you back

Terrible service, a fat older white man looked at me and refused to spilt up my transactions. Accused me of fraud and wouldn't let me pull 20$ out. Very rude and he doesn't deserve to have that job. Called store to get names and got hung on because after that tried to be nice. Everyone at that store needs to learn manners

7-Eleven is the epitome of how to price gouging for convenience. I don't mind paying a little more than a Walmart, but 7- Eleven cuts no slack. If you have the money 💰💰 > great. I shop at the 7-11 at 39th St and 8th Ave across from the New York Times. > 70 story news 🗞️📰 paper, the most read News around the world 🌎🌍.

7-Eleven is great and they always have everything that I need out of a convenience store. It's not the best place to get a family dinner or anything but a quick snack is great their pizza is good especially if you pre-order and most 7-Elevens do deliver...

Poorly kept, poor appearance, they allow meth heads and drunks to wander parking lot asking for change or acting crazy . Had a female solicit her services to me in parking lot, while cracked out of her mind . Seen multiple drug deals in parking lot on several occasions management ignores it . The gas pumps have bullet holes in them as well as the overhead awning, been several shootings in parking lot , not a place Id have any kids in the car with me, nor take them inside. This is a one star rating for having to fear getting hit with a stray bullet while grabbing a coffee or gas . Not the stores fault for the goings on in community , but at fault for complete lack of any type of security .

My biggest complaint about this 7-11 is how poorly kept it is. The coffee counters were covered in dried creamer, spilled coffee, and other drops of goo. The coffee was sour... as if it had been sitting for more than a few days. When I mentioned it, no one seemed concerned.I've given this place a few chances. Not again.

I’m seriously allergic to tobacco smoke and the employees smoke right beside the door at any given time. Sometimes all of them are outside smoking at the same time and I’ve had to wait until they are finished before I can even get out of my car to go inside. Not that it matters much because the smoke just rolls right into the open door. They might as well fire one up at the register.

Could not add cash to my cash app so I could call an Uber. Ended up having to walk the entire length of Williamson from Hershberger to orange avenue and back in 25 degree weather because of it. Not cool bro, not cool!!!!
