I highly recommend Riner Animal Hospital for your fur babies' needs. Everyone from the receptionist, and the technicians to the vets is outstanding. Their services are top notch and the entire staff is friendly, compassionate, and helpful. I find their prices to be reasonable, too. I have never felt overcharged for services or products. I can always rely on Riner Animal Hospital when my senior dog needs medical assistance, a routine visit, or a nail trim. They put my mind at ease.

The staff and veterinarian at Riner Animal Hospital are amazing! They definitely go above and beyond to care for my furry babies. When my kitten became really sick, they even squeezed him in despite having a full schedule. They also are reasonably priced.

Riner Animal Clinic is the best pet clinic in the NRV. They are caring and gentle with our cat Ginger and have cared for her for almost 20 years . Ginger will be 20 in May

From doctors to staff from my first experience with them was the cared about your pet first . Very down to earth and caring. In this day and age of chain locations and the need for profit over services when it comes to your fur baby I can assure you that your baby will come first here over and above anything else. They really do look out for your pet and owners well being above profit.

I am a 71 year old man. I was raised on a farm. Coming up we used the local Vet for vaccinations and problems that we couldn't handle on our own but we always knew that when and if we needed help, that help was only a phone call away. Last Thursday evening my 11 year old Springer Spaniel began vomiting. By morning I knew that he was in serious decline. I began using Rhiner Veterinary several years ago for boarding and for routine care. It has been almost 3 years since Buster needed veterinary care but I felt confident that if he needed care help would be there. I waited until the office opened Friday morning. When I called, I explained the seriousness of the situation and that I thought Buster might need to be put down. The receptionist put me on a brief hold only to return to say that because it had been almost 3 years since our last visit the Doctor wouldn't be able to help PERIOD! Before I could find a clinic willing to assist Buster bled out on the bedroom floor. You can be the judge here, but I found the practice to be cruel and uncaring. Because of my age and the trauma of my experience, I doubt that I will ever have another dog, but if I ever change my mind Riner Animal Hospital would never care for it. The extreme lack of compassion shown there was disgusting. This is my TRUE experience. If you are a pet owner considering using this practice perhaps you should ask upfront exactly how frequently you must visit in order to obtain services in an emergency.

Very Much recommend them for all your furbabies. They are so experienced in the well being of our babies and give so much care to them and their problems. They will if needed do follow up calls to check on them. They also give great care to older furbabies has we have had to have 2 put down in the last 5 yrs. So caring and let you have your last moments with them as they cross that rainbow bridge. It gave me satisfying results in my final decision to do what was best for my babies. Give them a chance to show you what they can do for your furbabies and how much they mean to you. Recommend them for all your needs.

We've used Riner Animal Hospital for almost 25 years. We've had multiple pets over the years, and we love Riner. They treat us like family and genuinely care about our pets. They're honest, trustworthy, and caring. I saw a post about how they are over priced. That is far from the truth. They will save find ways to save you money every way they can and are MUCH less expensive than other vets. God bless Riner Animal Clinic. Thank you for your years of caring.

I’ve been going for a little over a year now and would highly recommend them. I see Dr Mabe and I’m very happy with her! I have on occasion had the services of the other doctors, they are all wonderful. I recently had to say goodbye to one of my babies. While this is always a very difficult time the staff and Dr Holman were amazing. The other veterinarians in the area could learn something with the way they do their euthanasia. Over the years I have had to do this a few times and they are by far the most compassionate and their process is the best. Thank you to the doctors and staff. You are much appreciated!

We had never visited here before but we awoke to a kitty with labored breathing. They were the only vet who said they would take her today so she wouldn't suffer. The outcome was not what we wanted as we had to put our baby to sleep but the vet, the staff, everyone there were so kind, helpful and understanding. I'd consider them full time as a vet if I didn't live so far away. Excellent people.

this group of people are amazing and really do care about the patient as well as the owners. Today I took my daughters guinea pig in that was doing really really bad. In this bad time they showed me and my daughter what true compassion feels like we want to thank you guys and girls for the love and kind words you guys showed us I was in tears when I left.
