This store has awesome employees. The tall gentleman, think he’s a manager, loaded 20 big bags of dirt for me. While we laughed and carried on about dogs. He is always helpful, friendly, and smiling. I would drive past every other tractor supply store to go to this one. Highly recommend for those that appreciate customer service that is top notch. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

After an extremely cold night. My wife and I realized we needed propane for our RV tanks. We arrived at tractor supply for propane Refill at approximately 12:10 P.m. after a 20 minute wait, an associate came out and informed us that the only person in the store that could fill propane was busy unloading a truck. We left the store without propane in search of someone that would help us. I’m glad to know the associates at Rural King were able to prioritize my family over unloading a truck.

The customer service stinks. Went in and waited for a cashier, I finally went looking for one. An off duty employee came up to check us out. We purchased 2 -200# tubs. Went to the parking lot to wait to be loaded, and no one came to assist. Went back inside only to find out the tow motor was broken down and no one was coming to load. Got a refund and asked to speak to the manager, and she never came up front. Rural King is less than 5 minutes away, so I am taking my business there.

Love shopping here to get all of my farm needs! They have a wide variety of items, and even more online you can order in to the store with free shipping. They constantly have sales, and tons of items on clearance to shop.

I need some information on a previous trailer purchase, which was like 7 months old. The manager was absolutely amazing and was willing to help me as much as she could and spent a lot of time on the phone to get what I needed from customer service. She was also covering her other duties while doing this which was absolutely great. The world needs more hard working people who are dedicated to their jobs like you.

My husband and I just made it in the store just before closing. We were 3 hours from home and the lights on our horse trailer wouldn't work and the battery on our truck went dead. The store manger was so gracious to help us and even came back out to help with the lights after he closed the store. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. It was hot and humid and very aggravating, but I never heard him complain. He was off work after a long day I'm sure, and was ready to go home but he still helped us. We are so appreciative for all his help. Talk about a top notch store manager. I wanted to brag on him just a little because it's so rare to run into people like that.

Male cashier was rude. In the middle of a pandemic and he didn't acknowledge me or even attempt to bag my items and when asked to bag items, he seemed like he could careless. And when he handed me my receipt, asked to have a nice day and nothing. If he was mute, hey understandable but he didn't seem to have a problem speaking to the gentleman who checked out on front of me.

Joe made sure products for my flock of sheep were in-stock and on-hand when I needed them (both common and uncommon products). This place deserves 10-stars if they had them: staff is always friendly and helpful; and managers work hard to keep products in-stock which is why I travel 40-miles round-trip for all of my supplies at this location! Thanks guys! Thumbs-up!!

I love the C. E. Schmidt clothes. I have been wearing them several years now and buy more every year. It holds up well to goats, fences and farm life in general. My daughter wore her boots for years before they fell apart and she had the same gloves for years. She loved them so much that when they disappeared, she bought the same pair.

The store is very clean and kept in an orderly manner. The employees are nice and very helpful. The prices are reasonable on most things. You can take ur pet inside. They have alot of things for ur "farming" needs such as feed for horses,chickens and cattle,fencing,parasite medicines etc... They also carry dog,cat and rabit supplies. Just a great store.

If you're looking for anything specific... They'll be waiting for their next truck to come in. They've recently had a change over of employees that seem to want to be way more helpful than the previous employees, bit that doesn't do any good when the shelves aren't stocked.

I like going to Tractor Supply when I need an item I know I'll never find it anywhere else. The store is layed out so things are easy to find and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are pretty good also.

New tractor supply in Stuart is great has about everything I need for my company and has dog wash room where you can wash your dog for a small fee dog shampoo included in price with towels an blow dryer for your pet thank you tractor supply

Deplete their stock in the middle of a season so can't get any parts you need. Out of gas heaters in the coldest part of the year and few accessories left. During mowing season they ran out of parts and so I placed a special order and after 3 months parts have not come in.
