Had a scheduled interview. I understand these types of interviews are automated via A.I. but.... Management and Supervision do indeed have the information sent directly to them! I asked the cashiers up front how I could speak to the store manager for my interview. One employee phoned the manager. Then.. I was told the manager was already with someone in an interview and I could browse around until management was free. I did so. But while I browsed, I noticed the office door open. Manager was sitting there piddling with a computer ALONE with NO ONE else in the office. He LIED and gave false word to employees . They , of course, relayed the lies to me. I will certainly not suggest anyone shop here. Prices are insane and if management lies to potential employees, they will lie to you too! You low life p.o.s. you will never have my hard work and knowledge. Ever. I see this store tanking within a year. Lying maggots!

Medium sized hardware store without a lumber yard. Specializes in hard to find products; especially nuts, bolts, and other hardware. Fresh off a complete remodel from a True Value to an ACE; every ailse, bay, and product has been moved in the last month. We now carry all kinds of new product we could never carry before, leading the pack is Craftsman brand had tool, along with power tools and other accessories. Expanded pressure washers, tool chest, power tools and grills; including Traeger and Blackstone.On the other hand we have a large gift center with Hallmark as its base as well as Willow Tree figurines, puzzles, playing cards, pocket and sheath knives available for collectors and for every day buyers as well.

They did not have what I needed but the staff were very helpful. Outside they were grilling hotdogs and hamburgers for customers. Nice gesture. I will be back as it's a very diverse store.

Just a quick stop for a RV propane refill. The gentleman who filled our tank was extremely competent and friendly; as was the cashier.

A lot going on in this hardware store and I mean that in a good way. Had exactly what I was looking for when other stores in the area did not have what I was after. They definitely have a variety of goods for sale here. Something for everyone. Will return.

Great place to pop in. Folks are always nice. I pay a little more but these stores are important to our economy and they don't have the buying power of a big box store. Chris is a great guy, glad their have him as their manager.

Absolutely love this store especially puzzles my 89 yr old mom can do!!! The staff so pleasant and helpful. Clean and we'll stocked. Love the extra Hallmark thing and gifts cards too!!!

I love this Ace Hardware, they have lots more than just hardware. My husband bought me the cutest little Ball Mason jars, perfect for my flower seed collecting this fall. Lots of other unusual things. I cant wait to go back.

Keys copied here at a very low price, lower than walmart! More than just a hardware store you really should check it out. I get Hallmark ornaments here every year as its harder and harder to find those stores. And the cute selection of inexpensive kids toys near the checkout is great! Very friendly helpful staff. Always love coming here!!

This time I have to give a 1 star review. This is due to the managers laziness. I did place an order online to pick up in the store. Manager could have done a little work to apply the coupon I had, but said Nah, just use it next time. I wasnt ugly or insistent. I was just hoping for good customer service.

Just okay. Plenty of workers and small enough to get in and out fairly quickly"No Veterans Discount!" So large purchases are better made at Lowe's or Home Depot.

This store has been a great addition to the Ridgeway area. The staff is always very helpful, courteous and friendly. Excellent selection of items in the store. Prices tend to be a little bit on the high side, but the convenience and the quality staff more than make up for it.

I like the new small ACE stores. I had gotten to where I would never stop at an ACE. After the 2 local vacuum cleaner stores closed found that ACE has one of the best bag selections and was the only option other than ordering online. The grass seed blinded for Southside is great, only seed I buy now. The best thing about this location might be Hallmark corner. I miss the Hallmark's in the region not only for the cards but the ornaments and collectables. And good air filter selection has me driving from Martinsville to the Ridgeway ACE at least once a month.

I'm only giving them a 1 bcuz I can't give them 0-The store was dirty,the cashier wasn't nice or would help us, the restroom had no TP, toilet broken-& they sell the parts! I'll never step into that store again😡
