Very helpful associate which unfortunately is not common in this type of store. They answered my question and showed me exactly where the product I needed would be. I usually go by other location because this one is so difficult to get checked out of but I had to pick up something while i was on work which left me with little choice. Happy i went when i did. I haven't been there in months. Maybe they have changed or maybe i just hit it at the right moment in time but it was perfect. I may even chance my luck and try going there again soon.

Every time I come here the employees are really nice and friendly. Although, the store is a mess and stock is left everywhere. They were out of my products the past two times I’ve been here and had expired milk from a week ago on the shelves. I think the store is either understaffed or needs better management.

Very friendly , prompt service, this store has come a long way , The Manager is such a driven helpful, courteous nice young man . Always professional, store is clean and has come so far in the last 2 yrs. I shop here at least 5 times a week . I always see hard working employees there, except there is an older lady that doesn't seem to know how to perform alot of the things she should know . I know she's worked with Dollar General a long time , but to be honest , I'd say it time for her to retire, becuz she seems out of the loop sometimes, like if you ask to put money on cash app , she doesn't know how . I believe her age is now a factor. She forgets alot . Sorry but its true .

Great prices and merchandise. Much better selection than Walmart. A person would never know the great selection of items offered at Dollar General unless you stop by. I tried them by accident and was “impressed”.The only reason for not getting 5 stars; a lot of times I have frequent this store, the clerk is stocking shelves and you must wait for them to come to the register. As soon as that door is opened the clerk should be up front. Not only for customer service, but for safety and security measures.

The folks that work in these stores do a great job, that is why they get the 4 stars, not because of the love of General Dollar. These employees need help, not more stores. The Dollar General revolving door would slow down if you increased you employee count by just 1 in each store. You have them all over the store doing everything and that takes away from their positive mental thinking and Customer care. You can't move beside a old country store and steal their business if you don't offer the old country store personal attention.

Best shopping experience ever. My cashier which was the short older lady with the platinum hair, she was awesome! I love it when people get excited about my savings with me! 😁 Will definitely be revisiting soon!

Talk about TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, EMBARRASSMENT!! I visited this particular location as my husband, our 4 year old son and myself have done for at least the past 3 years. On this particular visit we bought several items both food and non food products. I used my EBT card for food items and we had anywhere btwn 20-25 items, both registers open, fairly steady customers in the store. We finally get to check out, well a guy name Michael was the boy whom checked us out. He acted/pretended to be nice and as I paid ebt for the food items and then used a card for partial purchase for non food items, waited for the remaining balance to pay in cash. He started seeming to be annoyed, I repeatedly apologized and thanked him for his patience, and even apologized to the lady behind me. As I proceeded to walk off, I heard me Michael laughing and muttering, however before I got to far I looked back at him one last time and seen him make a face and roll his eyes. Are you really serious? Like are you kidding me? Before I exited the store I stopped at the lady employee at the other register and waited patiently for her to finish up with her customer before saying excuse me, may I ask what his name is? And she answered Michael! I walked out. I'd love to hear dollar general reach out to me about this matter. I've done tons of business with them and get treated like this? Hell no. If I don't get a response I will do my homework and find out a cooperate number for this particular location.

Very horrible service, I mean they know what the most popular times are so why not have 2 cashiers to checkout customers every single time I come here the line is to the back of the store only one cashier. I've even seen 3 employees at a time but still only one checks out and I agree the aisle' are very cluttered. I can never go in Dollar General and come back out in less than 30 minutes real talk it's ridiculous!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star st this location

Certain employees make bein there wonderful cause they let us bring our puppy Jake From State Farm in and give him treats and much Love. Very cool employees there and quick check out.

NASTY. Ransacked looking place! Very depressing store. Why bother to build these stores if management cant keep them looking nice and decent? This is the worst around here. Hateful cashiers , as expected. Gross place.

I always love shopping at any and all Dollar general stores. Great deals, great selection and variety of things that I am looking for. However this particular dollar general in Ridgeway Virginia was amazing....I love how clean and organized this store was tonight when I stopped in to buy luvs diapers for my son. And the cashier tonight Friday January 18th-2019 was absolutely amazing and friendly and helpful soooo much. I truly and greatly appreciate her for everything. I cant remember her name but if y'all can look up today's date and the night shift you should know who im talking about. the young ladies name is Tammy. So thank you so much for miss Tammy. You are awesome and so very sweet and helpful. I will most definitely be back to visit this store and recommend this store to any and everyone I know. I ask an employee to help me find what I was looking for in the store he said that he didn't have time he was getting ready to leave.He was very rude to me.So I asked his name and he said none of my business..He had red hair and was wearing a stocking cap.I won't be coming back to this store again.I am very unhappy with the way I was treated.

Worst store in Reidsvile. Dirty, unfriendly staff, no stock, no one wants to help you. If it's 9pm or close then don't bother going because they turned me away! I'm just saying!!

I've found that a lot of there items are not priced. No tag on the shelf at all. I also bought a gallon of Clorox paid for it forgot to grab it went back the next day and they would not give me another bottle. I shop there on a regular basis.

It's a dump. No room to move, some aisle are just has boxes blocking every aisle, shelfs empty. Parking lot has trash every where looks like an abandoned building

The store is always full of stock on floor,shelves are empty for weeks, one cashier with 15 people is constant, and employees are in office with their kids running amuk, so how can this store prosper with lack of help and merchandise

This store's shelves are empty, because all of the stock is just sitting in the isles of the store. You can't tell who works there because no one is on the sales floor 😠
