I used to go here a lot. I have spent thousands on remodeling my home here. But no longer go, nor recommend this location. Find another store!!!1. Last year I purchased 3 custom blinds and paid for them to be installed. the man came out and installed one of the blinds and said he had to return 2 of them because they were cut wrong and he would contact me when they were ready to come back to install the other 2. I never herd back from anyone. about 6 months later I called the store talked to manager he WAS NO HELP!!! I had to go to the store and they finally said oh we refunded you. I said I have never herd back from you in any form. They had no proof they refunded my account nor did I ever see it in my account. They stold my money and I never received my blinds. Don't recommend this location. 2. Would be nice to have a cashier, I do not support self checkout with no other options! If I wanted to be a cashier I would apply for a job.

DO NOT USE your debit cards at this store! They will steal your money!!!!!Store stole $300 from my account by processing transactions on my card 3 times. Now my bills are not paid, fees are applied for overdraft and zero dollars on my account until bank cancels these FRAUD transactions. Manager of the store absolutely did not care.

Busy store and parking lot. My store doesn't carry as much inventory as this one and had to pick up an order. Manager was so nice. She gave me a bottle of water, cookies, and a thank you note. How unexpected!!

Home Depot is my go-to place for hardware and tools. the staff seem to be very knowledgeable and know where everything is. Always plenty of help when you need help. It's hard to have a bad experience at home Depot. Still my go to place for everything a box store has. Some of the normally stocked items are getting hard to come by.

I was in Home Depot today to buy and tool box and Daniel was the gentleman that helped me and my son...he went above and beyond for us and it was some of the best customer service we have ever had! He deserves a raise😉

Make sure you keep your receipts if you pay cash for plants. We bought almost $200 worth of plants but didn't know they would only bloom once and then die. Tried to get a refund and was told they couldn't find our purchase because it wasn't on a card and we didn't have the receipt.

Don’t go through this Home Depot for installations! They came out and measured my door Thursday 11/2 and today 11/8 I receive a call from an associate yelling at me saying I’m taking too long to make a decision. When I contacted customer care line the rep stated measurements were good for 6 months. The girl in store threatened to cancel everything if a decision was not made by Saturday 11/11.

Definitely have most everything You'll Ever Need. I was there looking for outdoor power equipment, found at least one or two other good things. I even got a new dishwasher 20% less than the other box door I usually use!

Home Depot has a full stock of all the seeds you could imagine organic and regular. Not to mention sale on their bags of assorted flowers and birdseed I got a great big 20 pound bag of bird seed for just under seven dollars that was an awesome deal.And on a totally different subject they have this product called Odo ban I have a picture below it totally illuminates the poop smell in the air when you do a number two we have some strong poopers in our house and it works great.

I prefer home Depot over Lowe's for political reasons, but they need to update their payments machines to accept payments with your phone. Let's get with the times, Home Depot. Don't lose sales because your outdated system prevents us from purchasing at your store. Lost some $$$ today.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE!!Initially we went in the store and purchased a stackable washer/dryer with the bracket. Salesperson was adamant that we needed "a 70 dollar bracket" specifically for the item we were buying. We discussed the bracket in great detail. No problem we said, add it to the order. (Turns out, the salesperson didn't add it to the order.)Delivery day was coming and we called the day prior to confirm delivery. Delivery hotline says, "yes, it will be there tomorrow". At the very last second delivery hotline says, "oh wait, the bracket is not on your order". We say, "it was added at the store". Well, turns out it wasn't. So, we quickly find the piece online at Lowes and order it for pickup the same day. In that 20 MINUTES, the delivery person has now scheduled us for 5 days later.Went in store today because an associate said we should speak with Kelly to see about delivery directly from the store. An EXTREMELY RUDE woman (not Kelly) takes my paperwork and says , "we don't control the delivery times and the bracket is not on your original order". (No **** lady, that's exactly what I just told you). She offers us "possible" compensation AFTER delivery. We are a family of 6 people, having to spend 50 dollars a week to go to the laundry mat is not in the budget.I shop at Home Depot because I'm a 20 year Navy vet and the discount they offer is appealing. I won't sacrifice customer service and honesty for a discount though. We will be cancelling this order and shopping with Lowe's for our new home as well as encouraging veterans to use Lowe's instead.

Home Depo is fully stocked with plants, both vegetable and ornamental. They all look very fresh and sturdy. They also have everything thing you need for container gardening.

I love Home Depot. They usually have what I need and their staff are good as well.A tip though, always go inside and buy. Never order online and do curbside. If I had gone inside and got what I needed, then it would have been an hour from home to the store and back. From my online order to my order being ready, going there, sitting and waiting for them to bring it out to me and back home took 3.5 hours.

It's HD what more can I say. Just brought an LED microwave light for my microwave and it works pretty good. But it will not shut off because of the electronic circuit in the microwave.

Went to this Home Depot to get some nuts and bolts for a tool I use for work, and was having a hard time finding the right size because the producer of the tool likes to use specialized sizes so that you only can order from their distributor. I spoke to an employee to have some assistance to find a smaller size bolt and nut which would work just the same and he said he was only the merchandiser but he made a call for me to get some help. 5 minutes later he comes down my isle to shelf products and he asked me if anybody came to help and made another call for me and told me to try to ask somebody in an orange apron for help if they walk by. 5 minutes later one walks right by me and I asked the orange apron guy for help, and he apologized for not knowing anything about nuts and bolts but went to customer service to get asked for assistance for me over the intercom. 10 minutes later, no help. So the 2 stars is for them trying, but at the end of the day, still no help, so if you go in this store, make sure it’s a short, sweet, and simple need.

Had a great experience at this Home Depot! I asked for some help with choosing topsoil and seed and Hal (one of the department heads) was a huge help!! He helped me choose which topsoil and seed would be best for my project and also helped me load the cart, checkout, and load everything it into my car. It’s hard to find this kind of service, I really appreciate Hal and his team at Home Depot 😊

I love shopping here for any trees or plants that I can't find at my nursery. Their plants are healthy for the most part and survive. I've even gotten a lemon and lime from here last summer and both have grown about two feet. The lemon even has some fruit on it and it was pretty small when I got it. Normally they take a few years before they set fruit. The store is clean, and the associates are friendly and professional. I've had a few go out of their way to assist me when I was looking at some products trying to decide which was best. This is our go to store for home improvement needs, and I love they give a military discount at the counter without having to register through some website like their competition. We registered at the home depot website, but it doesn't always give the discount since it links with another discount promotion.

Busy but had what I needed. Real shame that they stopped carrying Ego battery tools last year. The employees of this store are always friendly and ready to help. I also think they do a great job of keeping the store neat.
