Great job explaining the pros and cons of the dog fence. Flexible in coming out and installing then coming back after receiving our new pup to show how to properly introduce the system to the puppy. I also loved the fact he didn’t tear up my yard which is what I most afraid of. Installed a nice metal sign in the front and keeps the line of communication open. Definitely a 5 star service! Would recommend!

Great customer service! Have had the fence system for almost 2 years with no installation or hardware issues. Had a break in the wire from some yard work and Dave came out the next morning to fix right away. Also accommodated a change to our setup by adding a division between our front and back yards. Great system, great local company, great customer service!

Dave has done phenomenal work for us. The fence is easy to work with and has helped immensely with our dogs and their yard boundaries. We've had several issues with our landscapers damaging the line and he's always made time to come out and fix the issue. I can't recommend him enough!

David runs a tight ship. Contacted him and he got back to me quickly. He explained everything that I could expect when getting an invisible dog fence from his company. Great price and great service. The part I loved the most was he bought his son to help him install the invisible fence. It is great seeing parents teaching their kids the value of hard work. They installed the invisible fence on my property in no time and showed me how to work the product. It has been only four days since having the product, but so far I like it. The customer service David provided was amazing!

Great customer service. After struggling with our Invisible Fence wire for several years with constant breaks, I reached out to David at Superior Dog Fence for help. He came and gave recommendations to relay the wire (I'll note that our Invisible Fence system is less than 3 years old and the wire has been repaired over 25 times and that I had to wait at least a week for a repair to be completed...that's a long time to wait with two dogs not able to run freely). I'd have purchased his whole system had our system not been so new. It's been a few weeks and our fence is working perfectly.He was extremely professional in all interactions. I could tell that he believed strongly, as the business owner, that his word was his bond and that his service reflected himself personally. I have a strong belief that he will stand behind his product. I would recommend Superior Dog Fence without hesitation.

I just had Dave come out and install our fence this past weekend and so far I'm loving everything about it! I love how easy it is to use and how we can adjust the settings on our own without having to call and get someone to come out to do it for us (unlike other companies). Dave made it a point to put customer service a priority from the initial consultation until the installation was complete. He even had an in depth conversation with me and my husband after my kids were in bed (~8pm) in order to answer all of our questions. If you are looking to get an electric fence, Superior Dog Fence is the way to go!

We got our 4 acre fence installed about a month ago to contain our 2 dogs. We hesitated for quite a while having an invisible fence installed but our two Golden Retrievers decided they wanted to visit every dog in the neighborhood and not everyone was appreciative of that. From my first conversation with David to the installation by Bryan, it could not have been easier. Bryan took his time walking the property to see where we wanted the boundaries installed and I was surprised by the amount of area the dogs have to run and play. After installation, Bryan helped me to introduce our dogs to the boundaries, offered helpful tips and feedback, and said to not hesitate calling him if anything else was needed.
