The same set cost a lot more at other retail outlets. The table alone would cost $500 but did not come with chairs. It was sooo easy to assemble, very high quality & absolutely beautiful! Well worth the cost & then some! If anyone is interested, the Congress in 4 boxes and fits in any SUV. I was able to los the set in a 2012 Ford Edge which is a smaller SUV.

The manager Rich was great! He was able to answer all of my questions and even went out of his way to check on the availability of an item I was interested in purchasing. I had planned to spend the majority of the day looking for furniture, but I was so impressed with the quality of the furniture and his customer service that I made my purchase immediately. He turned what could have been a tedious process into one that was quick and easy. Thank you Rich!

Only gave 5 stars because they didn’t have an option for 10. Where do I start?!, I never really visit roses stores because most of the time I am greeted with negativity. But I decided to give it one more try and Richard was extremely nice and probably the most helpful person I’ve ran into in the past few months. He went above and beyond in helping me get the furniture I fell in love with at a decent price. Whatever they’re paying him should honestly be doubled. It’s hard enough working through a pandemic (or panoramic like some of y’all like to say) but to work through it with such a positive attitude and such a passion for what he does is amazing and hard to come across these days. I wish him nothing but the best with everything he does!

The management are VERY unprofessional and very shady when it comes to their employees. The store itself could use more variety and options but the people can be helpful and friendly if not busy. As an ex-associate there, I'd recommened just shopping there unless you need an unreliable part time job. That store owner, Barbra, is rude and selfish.

My sale person was excellent!! I tried multiple times to rate him.. He went above and beyond to provide me with I desired!! Mr White was his last name Richard I think was his first name at the Mechanicsville location in Richmond

I will never buy another bed set from this location ever again.. I paid a total of $300 And some change for a bunk bed set and I went through hell from the beginning trying to get something that was never there then on top of that my son haven't had the bunk bed a year yet and the rails are popping out left and right I would love to get my money back or for them to work something out about the bed!!!

On a walker need handsfree calling. The section was messy but they were very helpful in price checking and helping sort it out. I got 2 and 3pr comfy sock on sale 2.00. My foot in a cast. Great customer service. Everybody working and not one person standing around. Good job.

Richard was extremly helpful, going above and beyond by reaching out to multiple stores to find the exact sofa we needed. He explained everything in great detail to make sure we knew what was going on with are order and we left the store with out any questions.100% coming back to this location.

The store looks like a big warehouse. Very dark and cluttered. I actually had to wash my senior mother to the restroom after our purchase, and the cashier said, "Ma'am, you can't take that back with you." U stroll today wonder why not... I head just paid, and had my receipt. I thought that was strange. Also, one cashier actively working. We must have waited in line 20 minutes. I would have left head it not been for my mother purchasing something that she can't find a other stores, and she was at my house visiting.Horrible experience

This was my first time at this location... It was clean and the employees were friendly. Most of all, I was absolutely blown away by the prices of EVERYTHING!! Clothes, handbags, trash cans, school supplies, cleaning supplies, socks....... you name it, they had it for an amazing price, then on half the stuff that was discounted....they had an additional sale on top of that one!!! Funny thing was..... I thought I was being Punk'd and had to keep telling myself that I was gonna catch a fly if I didn't close my mouth from"sticker shock" LOLOL 😂😂😂.

Roses has really nice household items at affordable prices. Things for the yard are really cute and unique. I love their clothes. They have really nice dresses for women from small to 3x and the clothes are stylish and comfortable. They also have layaway options because things are so affordable you can get carried away and buy more than you can afford so it's great to have that option. I recommend you to go in there and see this place for yourself.

It was fine for quick purchases with no wait time to slow your day. Easy big parking lot & no crowds. Good experience compared to hassle parking & 11 deep in a line.

Great for cheap wall art, curtains, etc., but this store is DIRTY. I've been living here a year and have only been there twice because of the trash. I went last time for an arm chair and 4 employees walked past, looked at me and turned away ... I left without the chair, won't be back.

A lot of items to choose from. Very busy around holiday time. A lot of trash on the floor and in the parking lot. Couldn't blame the staff because everyone was occupied with checking customers out. Overall, great visit

Organization is haphazard, most of the packages of socks were ripped open and many were missing pairs, but most of the prices were also pretty good so you win some you lose some. A few things were more expensive than Wal-Mart, but many other things were cheaper.

Roses on mechanisville turnpike ...there store manager barber was very rude and unprofessional i asked her a question about a product she got smart with me like i was asking 50 questions and one of the products i was asking about was broken at the top i informed her about it she told him well what you want me to do i dont get paid to clean shelves or throw stuff away i just left my items where i stood and walked out the store ..she need to be fired very disappointed and she suppose to be a store manager huh...never again will i go to that store
