We absolutely LOVE the ladies at Pet Magic!!! They treat us like family and do an excellent job at grooming my super fluffy Himalayan Boy Gomez! He comes home feeling so good and looking so proud and treat him as if he was their own!!! They genuinely love animals and take the utmost care of their beloved furry friends! My neighbors have brought their two kitties for Grooming’s as well and they LOVE their grooming and customer service as well!!! Highly recommend these wonderful groomers.

Such an amazing business! Very nice staff who always take good care of our chocolate lab. They work fast and send him home well groomed with a snazzy scarf. Highly recommend!

These two sisters are wonderful! Our pup is a 5 year old mini Aussie and has NEVER gotten a better haircut, and they were the SWEETEST to him and us. Even though Auggie can get difficult when he is nervous they were patient, knowledgeable and gentle. The price is incredibly fair too! The adorable little picture they sent home was a fun surprise touch too. We will absolutely be bringing him back :)

Our 13.5 year old, Sam, had his second appointment with Shayna today. Before his first appointment, Shayna asked me for information about his temperament, his breed, past history, etc. He had a good first experience. When I arrived to pick him up today, he was right by her side, calm and content.Shayna and her sister exude a peacefulness that obviously translates to the animals they work with. There is no doubt they genuinely love their furry clients. I appreciate their friendly, professional demeanor. It’s wonderful to have a groomer with whom Sam feels safe! Can’t say enough good things about this shop and how Erin and Shayna care for their clients!

All I can say is wow I was so pleased and impressed with the work that was done with my 6 month old puppy. I was alittle scared at first taking my fur baby to get groomed, do to horror stories and bad hair cuts on dogs lol. When arriving with my puppy I was greeted with a friendly smile and didn't have to wait. They told exactly what was going to be done and how long it would be. I didn't even realize how small my puppy was when getting all that hair off lol. A+ for the cut and style definitely will be a long time customer and would recommend others to bring their dogs . Shanya did such a wonderful job on my fur baby.

We took our 1 year old goldendoodle here as we were looking to try out alternatives to our normal groomer. Scheduling was quick and easy, and being an appointment-only shop allowed for Ollie to be done with his wash, brush, and all the add-ons in just a few hours, when he normally would be at the groomer all day. Ollie had a great time - the staff was gentle and caring with him. We will definitely be coming back!!

Pet Magic RVA is Richmond's new 'go to' spot for dog grooming. It was opened this month by two of Richmond's best groomers, sisters Erin and Shayna Wolford. These two wonderful ladies have cared for my Maltipoo Eli for all of his six years. Before Eli, we had a beloved Maltese, Frisbee, who adored Erin and Shayna. As Frisbee got older and testy, they were so very kind, loving, and magical.I am so proud of Erin and Shayna for stepping out on their own and doing what they love. Shayna at Pet Magic did a fabulous job on my baby Chloe. She has a lot of fur and can be very stubborn when getting groomed but she had a blast with Shayna and came out looking GORGEOUS. She got the full grooming package and an toothbrushing added on! This was by far the best my baby girl has ever looked after a grooming. They even took a picture and made a cute holiday card for me.

I’ve been taking our 7 year old lab, Charlie, here for the last year and have been really happy with the level of care and service. He only stays for the 90 minutes required to get through his appointment, no waiting in a crate all day, and the ladies who run it are really wonderful. I know he’s treated with such care every time he goes in. Highly recommend!

Shayna has been our groomer for the past 5+ years. We have a disabled pup that she takes such wonderful care of. All 3 of our babies love her and now love her sister as well. They do a wondeful job with each one of our dogs and care for them like her own.

After trying many places before and nobody willing to accommodate my anxiety ridden dog who hates to be crated, finding this place felt like SUCH a win!!! Pet Magic RVA is seriously a 5 star experience. No pre or post grooming crating which is so hard to find. Friendly and warm staff that genuinely loves dogs. Also very knowledgeable. For the first time ever he looked so happy and calm picking him up after the service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Shayna has such a heart for animals! She treats my dog like he’s a prince and gets him calm and relaxed in ways I can’t even do at home myself.
