My Appointment at 11am was for a repair to a flat tire (if they could not fit no one in at this time they should have rejected appointment) These guys didn’t even know if they could repair a flat tire but accepted it as if they could because it was a nail, small leak turns out and I quote “the hole was so big they could not patch it” then tried to tell me there was no way for them to know and I had to buy a new tire at $212 for my Jeep here at 12:43pm then told me they can’t put my spare donut re on but after I refused to buy a tire and asked for my previous tire they (the boss and customer service rep) then all of sudden could put my spare donut tire on after waiting very long growing very frustrated and the black lady with blonde extensions at customer service stated the wait would be 20min then 20 more min to work on once they found the nail. I am here 2 hours later now still waiting. Avoid his and her lies she’s rude i just watched another woman come in and out in a matter of 60 seconds because of the attitude and avoid his upsell he’s always either exaggerating or overly pushy either they can do it or they can’ Don’t be Manipulated do research before you go in They’re competition is way more legit, honest, upfront and the quality my account here is done I rather spend the money somewhere else.

From the front door to the mechanic the team was a very Pleasant, Caring and concern group. I felt the compassion to help me as much as the could and for me to be safe. The lady at the front desk, mechanic Ken and I don't remember the other mechanic name, I really appreciate them. The last couple of days, I've went to several pep boys locations and every location I went to advised me that I would have to leave my car.One location had me wait for three hours and after calling to check the status.... I was told that my car wasn't even looked at. I had to go back to that location to get my keys to find another location; as I'm a Lyft driver and can not leave my car overnight.I came to the Midlothian location 12/21 and never once had any issues. Everyone was very prompt, friendly, professional and also accurate with providing the issue that was wrong with my vehicle.Other issues that my car had was also taken care of promptly. I was also able to drive my car back home and rest while waiting for the car part to come in, which was awesome!Kudos to the team here 👏🏾🙌🏾 and thank you all for your wonderful service.I will definitely be back for any future auto repairs.

Smh... beside chatty Cathy with ✔️ in&out and the 2 hrs for my 30 min oil change that was scheduled... because the tech had an issue that no one updated me about... just don't. And they weren't backed up or busy. We won't go into the loud mouth disrespectful "manager". No one cares about tou vacation. Hold you "meetings" in your office... not where customers can hear and see that you're not working or helping w the services of their cars... just holding up the WORKERS who are actually trying to work.

I went in on a Saturday morning expecting brakes and rotors to take a few hours.. I bought breakfast to pass the time and by the time Clinton and Emmauel finished, I was done w my breakfast 10 mins before. In and out! Not only were they Knowledgeable and professional, Clinton answered all my questions and I honestly thought I needed more then just brakes and rotors done. And it corrected my alignment..i will be returning

Got a full diagnostic. Did all the repair and paid over 1,000 dollars for labor. Tried to charge me twice for an inspection sticker. Lucky I had the receipt. Gets the "complimentary " oil change and they said it would 200 dollars. Yes really. Then they say its recommended to replace the suspension THAT'S AFTER THE FULL DIAGNOSTIC WAS DONE. AND WORK COMPLTED After the oil change my check engine light comes on. They PREY on people. They SCAMMING. THEY JUSY STEALING. STAY AWAY FROMTHIS PLACE.

Second Review: Don’t get me wrong, Emmanuel is still the man, but Janie will make you feel sub-human, parroting your words back at you and make you feel like you have the intelligence of a potato with phrases like “I don’t know why you would think that.” As much as I liked the other staff, this will prevent me from ever getting service here ever again.First review: Emmanuel C is the man.
