Kenny, the owner is awesome! I purchased a trailer 4 years ago, and he still stand behind the product he sells, even if not factory a defect. Good honest people like him are far and in-between. If you ever need to purchase a trailer, or building, I highly recommend this company. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience with these guys. I did find the perfect shed already built on their lot. Customer service and communication was excellent. This included confirmation of the delivery date, exact on-time delivery as promised. They two guys delivering the shed were very nice and clearly knew what they were doing. Within 30 mins of the delivery, I had a phone call from the store making sure everything was to my satisfaction! The shed itself extremely well built, solid as a rock I would say. Amish sheds are great, but IMHO overrated and certainly overpriced (I have owned one). You will overpay if you go anywhere else!

Lots of inventory but hard to get to or even see. Trailers appear to need to be transported to the shop differently because some of the wheel covers are getting dented. However, the trailers are solid and the lady helping me was super helpful.

When you think of Leonard you think of their awesome sheds and buildings. What you might not know is they also make very well constructed dog houses. I needed 7 large dog houses and the Richmond location had 5, but made sure they transferred two more to their location before my pickup date. Great customer service! I highly recommend for any structure you may need around your home or business.

I spoke directly with Danny (owner) and set up to have a shed built and delivered to our new home. Danny made the process as easy as could possibly be. He kept me informed as to any status changes and promptly delivered it to our house. Brian and a helper came out with the shed, delivered it, leveled it and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied. I would recommend these guys if you need any kind of storage building!Thanks Guys!

Danny provided outstanding customer service and very prompt responses with questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and I was getting the proper rims and tires that will fit and clear with what clearance i had I've gotten my weather tech place mats window rain guards bug rock protector spray in bed liner and nerf side steps all from the same guy it's the only place to get your truck accessories with no hassle and no worries

Great experience with the purchase, and the trailer is fine. The issue is that the gentleman that sold me the trailer said to take the folder to the DMV and everything I needed was inside. This was false. I also needed an application for certificate of title and registration (Form - VSA 17A). This put me in the back of the line tripling the time I was at the DMV. Make sure you fill out the form before going to the DMV.

Danny took outstanding care of me and my Ram 1500 truck! He ordered the bed hard cover and then installed it in less than 1 hour. Great customer service all the way around including showing me how to take the hard cover off totally. Kudos to you Danny!

I've had a horrible experience with this company on Jefferson Davis highway specifically their managers Kenny and Heather. There is absolutely no communication, my delivery was an hour and a half late when I decided to call and cancel the shed was magically on the truck even though no one had contacted me. I have informed them that I had to be at my grandfather's funeral at a specific time I even contacted the corporate office to try to get things moving. when I called to cancel I was told all right Heather will process your refund and then the phone disconnected they hung up in my face. my family has done business with Leonard for several years we have several sheds and outbuildings on multiple properties and have probably spent well over $50,000 with them however after this incident we will no longer be using Leonard and recommend for you to move on as well. Let's see how long it takes me to get my refund.

Worst customer service that I have had ever seen! The building, I will say, is pretty good quality (for the price). However, I would say that the customer service experience trumps all of that! I would rather pay a little more for a building that would only last 30 years vice 40 years. It took months to find a building that fitted what I was looking for….not sure why, but it did. Said I would get a ramp for the door, that took an additional 6 months to get….after calling and calling. Oh, the keys to the building….so I can lock the door and secure the hundreds of dollars worth of tools…..I never got those. I would not recommend the place to anyone as far as for their building needs at all. Hopefully their truck accessories are a lot better, can’t see them staying in business without them!

This place is very poorly managed and the secretary is very rude. Just tells you what you want to hear instead of being straight forward. Its a shame. I ordered a shed before reading these reviews becuase i was told like these people three weeks. And every 5 weeks i called and was told 3 weeks . So finally asking what is going on they blame it on the lumber issue but it seems you guys always have a problem being on time so needless to say after waiting almost 3 month for no shed im now waiting for my deposit to be refunded. And i will have ro wait another 8 weeks for mt shed to come from another company. Yea thanks for nothing leonards . Maybe you should have been straight forward from the get go. Would not reccomend to anyone

Due to the reputation I bought a shed on June 1st, 2018 at the Chester location. Service was very friendly and I felt very good about the product. I placed my order on that same day and pay 50% down with the promise that they building was going to be delivered before June 23er because I was leaving out of town. That never happened!!!!! To make the story short, every time I called there was a perfect excuse why they didn't come when they were expected, and the worst part was that I had to call them, they never called me to explain any delay. Finally on Jul 20th I showed at their store and asked for a refund. The person at that moment was very sorry for all the delays but the trucks have been down for the past two months, that was the 1st time mentioned to me, but he wanted to offer me a discount on the balance because he wanted to keep me as a customer, so he called his boss who didn't even let him speak and told him to refund my money. It looks I was not an important client for him. Not sure what was the game they were playing, maybe because I'm a woman and Latin, that they though they could be playing with me what ever their game was. Very sorry that I have to write this review but it needs to reported to someone what they did to me.

If i could give this place a zero star i would. I never have written a review in my life and felt i needed to be heard. This places customer service is horrible!! They do not care about their customers and do nothing to make it right. i purchased a shed for about 4K 11 weeks ago. This shed takes 4 weeks to make. They took my money and i still have yet to receive my shed. I have been put on the back burner multiple times. They even brought the materials to my house and picked them up the next day and told me i need to wait another 2 weeks. I have been patient and waited triple the amount of time they asked. they just ask.. "do you want the shed or not" no discount or put at the top of their delivery list. This was for my first home and it was suppose to be delivered today just to be lied to again and told i need to wait til the 30th. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you mean nothing to them unless you are buying a expensive building. i have never been so disappointed with something in my life and felt like trash. YOU STOLE, YOU LIED, and you DONT CARE.. THEY ARE RUDE!! I SEE NOW LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY HAVE TREATED THIS WAY!!

I bought a used Leonard truck cap that was for a Toyota put it on a Ford. Needless to say I needed new locks and a new door Transition strip to fit. They ordered the right parts put them in. Other places told me that it was impossible to do. Great job

I would have recommended this company to everyone that was looking for a nice and friendly place to shop for a shed.Until the delivery driver came with the shed. He not only backed his truck in a ditch and got stuck, but he damaged the shed when he hit a tree branch on the drive here and said he hit a street sign.He was the rudest man i have ever dealt with for his generation. I would have expected more from a person in his line of work.Leonard building customer service called the morning after this reveiw and arranged for a repair on the shed and a very nice man came and fix the damage from the delivery driver, but it still doesnt take away from the nonprofessionalism of the delivery personnel that delivered my shed and for that reason i will stand behind my reveiw that i posted. I beleive that reveiws are there for a reason to help other in making a choice weather to buy from this company or to find another company. Customer service is and should all way come first and in this case the delivery driver Failed (rudest person i have met).

Outstanding customer service given these guys are more than likely short staffed and very busy (The phone was constantly ringing!) Friendly, professional & knowledgeable! Not only do they find what you Want they also find what you didn't know you needed! I WILL be a repeat customer and highly recommend these guys! WE ORDERED A CUSOM SHED WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED AND PLACED WITH IN 3 WEEKS THAT WAS THE 1ST WEEK OF SEP 2016 WE GOT THE SHED 3.5 MONTHS LATER BUT NOT PLACED SO WE ARE NOW AT 5 MONTHS AND STILL NOT PLACED.
