We LOVE Invisible Fence, especially the amazing service provided by Hazel and Caleb. We've had our Invisible Fence covering one acre through 18 years and 4 large dogs! However, our fence had been unused for quite some time after our last Dal died. When our current puppy arrived, Caleb came out to reflag our property and "train" our pup. Dalmatians can be very challenging dogs, but Caleb is a dog master. Carter started following him around the property immediately. Caleb returned to work with Carter until all was working well. Since we are surrounded by a swamp and remote woodlands, we need to be sure that our pup stays within the boundaries of the fence.In just two more months, our little Dal grew to 50 pounds and decided to "test" the fence again. Yesterday, Hazel was so incredibly helpful in "upping" the level of his collar. Hazel had great suggestions and was careful to test the battery, collar, etc., to make sure everything was working correctly. I am confident our beloved boy will stay where he belongs!Thanks to Caleb and Hazel! I'm sure we'll see each other again, which will be great. Great service....

I have had Invisible Fence for over 10 years and until this past weekend all worked well. My dog ran off for the first time in over ten years. Nothing is wrong with the transmitter or the buried cable.I suspected the collar module was defective, so I took it to your office on Ridgefield Parkway.There I met Hazel who proved to be an absolutely stellar example of courteous, effective, efficient, and, competent customer service.Hazel, diagnosed the problem. Hazel has been amazing to deal with. We had a collar issue that she helped me straighten out and about 3 months later we had a pinging strike fry my fence. She was quick to point out it was still under warranty and sent me home with a replacement!

Hazel was absolutely a delight to speak with. She helped me get my dogs collar adjusted and made sure to ask if I had a yard sign. I actually didn't haven one because I was never given one when the fence was put in. She made sure I had the sign and the adjustment tool for the prongs on the collar. She was very informative about the products in the office as well. Hands down She was the best 😊

Hazel was very helpful when I went in today. I needed to turn up my dogs collar due to him leaving the yard when he sees certain dogs. While she did that for me she noticed that his battery was actually not working! Thanks to her we were able to solve the problem!

The fence will break or have issues constantly post installation. I've been a customer for years and have spent more to fix the fence than install over time (twice over). This is b/c a service fee to visit the property is $300+. This is astronomical to simply find and fix a low voltage wire. If you are looking for a company that doesn't care about customer loyalty or treatment and wants to soak customers for every penny...have at it.

I have been an Invisible Fence customer for several years. During this time, we have encountered a few issues with the operation of our in-ground fence. Power surges, Box alarm going off, Box blinking, break signals that weren't', etc. Without fail Ms. Hazel in the Richmond office has provided multiple solutions, and guidance. Ms. Hazel is extremely patient and, frankly is a calming influence when I think my dogs might be running away. She always gets us back up and running. She is in my opinion, what's great about the warranty with Invisible Fence Richmond. Nice people and they are competent...BUT $450 FOR A $5 COLLAR AND RADIO RECEIVER.Competitors models range between $82 and $160 with a quick search. That's still too much, but in the realm of what you would charge when you have overhead. $450 is rapacious.Does not include a puppy.
