The worst I’ve been experienced. The young dark skin (young man) cashier didn’t care about the customer well being! I waited in line, next up and he deliberately took his time ringing the first customer up. Slinging the cloths hanger on the floor as if he didn’t want to be bothered while the other taking pictures of their new work schedule, saying only one register open and stood there.I hope my merchandise and walked out!Pathetic and very poor customer service

The staples mill family dollar twice now has made my shopping experience miserable. The cashier that is there in the afternoon needs a customer service course. Managers might also want to give their cashiers some help with the coupon app, since the same person who has rung me up didn’t know how to do much more than ring up barcodes. I can do that at self service. Highly advise this store to look into self checkout since staff doesn’t care about guest experience.

I like this location . A woman who wears glasses & works there (I don't know her name .) takes the time to pack my bags so that the bags weigh an even amount . She seems very concerned about how heavy my bags are . Also, I brought a bad cellphone from them & the manager let me exchange it without any problems . It's kind of small compared to newer stores but, this store has good service . Besides, you can't win 'em all . Will definitely keep coming here .

I was in checkout & one of my items was not for sale due for whatever reason. I stated to the cashier everything is for sale if it's in the store. I asked for a supervisor his name is JR he looked Hispanic, dirty, nasty disposition & a sarcastic attitude. His answer to me wanting to buy the item was it shouldn't be on the floor. I explained it was & I asked to be quoted a price he insisted I couldn't have it. During the discussion I noticed on of my items was damaged I pointed the damage to him his response was sarcastic and rude. I asked him if he had another in the back. He checked the floor & stated no. I asked again if he would check the back & He cut across what I was saying & stated didn't I say we don't have any. I was appalled & embarrassed. He the manager of that store needs to be retrained & demoted.

I came in family Dollar to return a new blank And was told in a rude manner by Mr James Thomas that they don't have nothing to do with the item and I had to go to the store I purchase it from but when I got there they told me he should have been able to return the item do to the fact it a family Dollar product I'm so mad I just wasted my gas and I was very confused I purchase the product from family So I assume I could return the blank to family Dollar I in up wasting gas due to me James Thomas he really needs a new job if you have good customer service skills or have to be rude to the customer. Something need to be done about mr James Thomas

Family Dollar has what you need at a fare price, which is good for the times we're in. There were only 5 people in the store all had on masks.

The store needs an overhaul, its cluttered and unorganized. the staff are nice. Everytime I go in there I cant seem to find what I'm looking for, so I go to the other Family Dollar on Williamsburg rd.

No bathroom, even for customers is ghetto!! The older black lady with glasses who has been at the store over 25 years needs to hang it up with that nonchalant and condescending attitude she has!
