The front store women Taylor and Alexis are wonderful they are the only reason i still come to this CVS even tho often enough i hear people being rude and saying inappropriate things to them specially about the pharmacy being backed up or shut down early or for the rest of the day still they apologize on behalf of the pharmacy, everytime i come in they are working and greeting staff they know what there doing and how to solve almost every issue that comes there way. these women definitely deserve a raise.

I had to transfer my medications here due to the fact that my insurance company no longer covered Walgreens. This pharmacy is extremely disappointing in many aspects. It seems like no one wants to answer a phone and when they do they leave you on hold for a long time. In my opinion, I believe they hope you are going to hang up so that they do not have to deal with customers. The employees are unprofessional and just rude at times.

I had to change to CVS due to insurance and I have never had such disgust for a company. They've only gotten my scripts right ONCE IN 4 MONTHS. OH! and do not call unless you have 20 mins to be on hold. The front ladies are friendly, but of little quality assistance as they don't check to see about all your scripts that are ready, making me having to make a second trip 3xs now.The pharmacist is a joke to where even my Dr faxing scripts several times before they say they finally got it. The app is also a joke if you need anything delivered and use your FSA account to pay because they (FSA) don't allow delivery and the app doesn't allow for a secondary way to pay for the delivery. When I called customer about this issue, they told me to call the store. The store, in a very rude way said they have nothing to do with the app, so we did a 3 way call and they actually were denying either could help me.Now, today after using my lunch to avoid 530 traffic, I have to go back to pick up yet another overlooked script!!!I'm done. Moving all my meds to Rite Aid, further away but with better customer service.

Took under 10min to have an inhaler.Rx transferred and filled. Pharmacist was nice. Customers normal.. 1 no mask guy but he.was just a pickup.. No loud music or any actually (not a fan of Xmas jingles) Automatic doors functioning.No problems parking. The area looks sketchy but it's not...just a few people hanging in front and a little trash in the parking area.Drive thru is closed.

I love my cvs store. We have our good days and sometimes bad days but I enjoys helping my customers on their path to better health. Sometimes it can be frustrating because customer do not realize we care but our team go above and beyond to help but sometimes it can appear to be just the opposite.

The employee's there are awesome!!! I love them I will only use this pharmacy to fill my medications... A special thank you to Mrs. Julia she is such a sweetheart she is an awesome pharmacy tech who always has a smile on her face and her personality is outstanding I absolutely love her😊😊

I called for a price check on a prescription the doctor called in. They told me they needed to contact the doctor and put me on hold. Came back a few minutes later to tell me and told me they’re still checking into the price…. It’s been 14, mins this time, and counting…. I’m 12 weeks pregnant and have had a migraine over 24 hours.

Don't go here to fill your meds!!! Went through the drivethrough where I waited 10min for window lady to update my insurance information then was told it's 1 to 2 hour wait which is slowest I've heard from a CVSDrove home only to get message that they couldn't fill it till tomorrow and Pharmacist said 'just give me a call tomorrow to get it filled as I am a very busy man and won't remember about you tomorrow'... What convenience & courtacy! Anything but!

I came to pharmacy drive thru at 930am today and it was closed. I came back this evening and have been waiting in line for an hour and there were 4 cars in front of me. I am leaving and will have ALL of our family's prescriptions transferred.tThe is the WORST service ever!

I have no idea of what I did to be treated as if I'm not important but the customer service at the pharmacy is awful. I receive monthly prescriptions and the 1st incident was, my Dr called in my prescription, left it on the vm 2 that afternoon, by 7 I assumed it would be ready they told me I had no prescription there. A friend of my talked to the pharmacist face to face because I was in the drive thru. He magical found on the voicemail lol. No apology was given for their mistake. It happened again and I politely asked what should I do so there isn't any misunderstanding. He said it can be faxed I said OK thank you. Today I was told I needed a Dr. Visit because my Dr denied my refill as of today. I called my Dr office there and was told it was there. A different female put my information in and said it was at a different location I asked why being that I been at that location for so long her exact words were idk I'm not in your doctors head. I remained calmed and told her that wasn't right and the manager ridley butted in and said you're banned from this location.If that was so that I was banned I would not have went back. Also, I did not receive any notice of this ban.Honestly, I think this guy was being lazy and from that one even its been an ongoing thing since January. Worse experience ever.

CVS is a great place to shop,. They have medical supplies, beauty products, house supplies, a nice variety of food and drinks included milk and bread and you can also find your favorite candies there and ice-creams if you have a sweet tooth and also you may find a hat and a scarf and gloves or maybe a dress most of all they carry some very fancy Mass and hand sanitizer.

The african american lady that works in there on day shift i believe she is an assistant manager, she is the rudest person i have ever came in contact with. Im not some little theivin hoodlum and thats the way i was treated with my daughter we were in there killing time to go pick my son up from school and apparently it was a problem that me and my daughter were looking at items and she didn't know if I was going to buy those items or not actually the item that I was holding when she come up to me and made a smart remark I was actually going to buy but instead I placed it in her hand and walked away and my daughter even walked out with a Peppa Pig plush toy and I walked her back in and gave it to the manager didn't have to do that but I am a good person but what do I expect from Richmond exactly what I got today a manager or employee will ruin business quick and I definitely don't appreciate being treated that way in front of my daughter and as a grown woman. God don't like ugly.

I go to this CVS a lot and the drive-thru is always busy. This particular time yesterday was the worst though. I waited I know 20 minutes. If it takes that long then you need to tell them to come inside. That was just ridiculous.

CVS at Walmsley Boulevard it is right store they do try to bend over backwards for you they try to have your medicine ready for you sometimes they do have some problems like every business but I would recommend them they got to break promises staff the only thing about it I don't know whether all the CVS is a doing it you almost do not ever see the same person week-to-week you're seeing for a few weeks then you see a few more people different people they change them around erratically they don't give employees Tech students enough time at 1 store it get used to the customers and they lose a lot of help because of that plus the Pain Scale this way it is this day and time because it's so many CVS is around as quite a few that stays open 24 hours a day 7 days a week I also live Ben Wanda Boulevard about a mile and a half from the store or to miles I did change stores one time but the phone is just that I got to know she went to Kmart down Jeff Davis I thought her Judah good pharmacist and we used to joke around a lot also the Kmart closed not long after she went there so I'm not a person that running from store to store I want back Towanda Boulevard CVS and I've been back ever since all together I have been at CVS as a customer ever since they opened the door the very first time it was people's drug store less than a year they changed it to CVS and I may be wrong I'll get the feeling the apple on them now because I saw logo AB the photos and all at phones see this is selling Apple phones and the word the letter a in front of it CVS that tells me I think the Apple has got a big chunk to do with CBS now which is fine I don't know how much battery to make the store that's that's okay that's the way it is this day and time I deal with SunTrust Bank they got a merger deal coming up I don't know how could that be God bless everybody see what y'all can do to work on a few of the problems and help the employees want to stay or they are and get some better brakes or something that's all for now

Every time I come to pick up prescriptions they are NEVER ready even when I call in advance. Also theres been a half dozen or so times my doctor has sent prescription in and they claim they dont have them but will find them the next day. Please save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else.

Service sucks at this location employee's seemed bothered by customers but this is what they get paid to do customer service and pharmacy isn't any better I rather go to a further location then to lower my standards by going here.
