I just needed to change my insurance information for my prescriptions. The Pharmacy had blinds pulled down. Apparently they were closed for lunch. There was already a line of people waiting for help when they re-opened. This Pharmacy needs help!! There is always a line, and always people calling and being put on hold. I've personally heard up to 8 calls waiting for help. If you go, just know you will wait.

The absolute worst! I have been using them for years at this location and they are slowly descending in customer service. Let’s talk about how slow they are! To be a 24 hour pharmacy that is ridiculous. Secondly they have lost my son prescription and is refusing to do anything about it! Unacceptable if possible choose a different location for your prescriptions . This is my last time ever filling with this location.

I've been on hold for 40 minutes. I understand that places get busy but that's just ridiculous. I think every CVS in this area is pretty much the worst I've ever seen. They're lucky people need their prescriptions or they'd be out of business quickly.

Gimmicky, Predatory Pricing Tactics. Coca Cola 2 liter advertised sale at buy one, get another for 50% off. Regular price is pushed up to $3.59. Two will end up costing $5.39.Walmart's regular price is 2.68 each, so two would cost $5.36Food Lion has them on sale for $2.00 each, so two would be $4.00.The above example is a routine practice of CVS for advertised sale items. The item you think you are getting on sale isn't.

Never answer the phone. Prescription status will say ready, but when you get there it's not ready. Takes all day to fill a simple prescription. Last straw was today when our newborn daughter's prescription was still not filled or acknowledged over 24 hours after it was sent in. When I tried calling it has you stay on the line and then after a minute or 2, says please login with your extension to continue.

Def not the place to go for anything. I was literally racially profiled by the night staff cash register person (didn’t catch her name but she was light skin with 2 cornrow braids). From the moment I walked in she was tailing me and it made my purchase so uncomfortable. She literally passed by me every 10-15 seconds. I was in the store maybe 5-10 mins. Not that it matters but I literally had a wallet in my hand wearing a 1500 coat, like no I do not need to steal anything in this establishment. Do better CVS because that’s highly illegal and a reflection of y’all

This CVS is always slow && they always have their drive thru closed! I had to bring myself & my daughter in when we both have the flu to pick up our medication since the drive thru was closed although we had mask on we all know it can still be spread. My daughter was coughing so bad & almost threw up the ppl in the pharmacy did nothing but give us bad looks then when I get to the counter the lady was so rude, she had a horrible attitude & just kept texting on her phone. I will NEVER use them again and have already switched our information to Walgreens! Corporate really needs to do some evaluation with this place!

I took my 4 year old to the hospital for strep throat. Called cvs at exactly 1:24 am to see if they have the anabiotic that was prescribed. A young female answered the phone and put me on hold. Then came back to the phone and hung up.. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was told that the pharmacy computers shutdown around this time every night. ‘’Hints’’ the reason for me calling from the hospital so I wouldn’t have my sick 4 year old out waiting on a prescription. When I arrived to the pharmacy drive thru was closed and it was completely empty in the store. Clearly she just didn’t want to do her job.

This is by far the worst CVS location. They are very short of help and don’t answer their phone. Dr’s offices have difficulty reaching them. You have to go there to get questions answered vs calling since they won’t answer the phone which makes wait times very long when you go there. Customers are upset. I feel for the employees. Something needs done to help this location. Other locations don’t seem to be having this issue. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another location.

This CVS is possibly the slowest moving business in the world. I went in today at 3:00 and the line was to the front of the store and the drive thru was wrapped around the building. I go at 7:50 the line is still to the front of the store and the drive thru is at a stand still, I turned my car off because I felt like I was wasting gas. I don’t know what needs to be done to make things quicker but waiting in a line for almost a hour is ridiculous. Either have your workers move a little quicker or close.

This cvs is horrible! Wait times are extremely long!! The people that work in the pharmacy always have nasty attitudes! The PHARMACY NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I been on hold before for over an hr while heading to the store just get to the store with only 2 people in line and no one still answering the phone(I continued to wait because I was just curious to see if anyone would ever answer, which they didn’t)!!

This CVS is amazing! Five star ratings! The pharmacy was excellent. The pharmacy technician was phenomenal. They were able to get medication that another CVS told us that CVS doesn't even carry. Definitely recommend going here

The pharmacy at this CVS is one of the most inefficient pharmacies I have ever been to. They told me it would be no more then a twenty minute wait to fill ONE prescription and then I proceeded to wait almost an hour and a half. The management is truly terrible, service is barley present and they have absolutely no time management skills. The worst part is that this is not the first time this has happened, I should have known better. The thing that angered me the most however was the fact the the pharmacist didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the ridiculous wait time. I understand that things change or get busy, but an apology would have probably prevented me from leaving this review. I will be getting my prescriptions filled somewhere else from now on.

Pharmacy technician straight up lied about my insurance's preauthorazation system being down. However welcomed me to pay the cash price and order the medication for me. What is the point of a 24 hour pharmacy if only the solo pharmacist at 4am actually works to serve patients? The CVS online option is so easy but still takes over 3 weeks to fill a perscription. The wait to pickup is 20 plus minutes long and 9/10 times the medication is not ready (even if app says that it is). Completely shocked and disgusted by this new pharmacy tech. Reported to insurance company and writing this review. This is sad because 2 of the pharmacist here are fantastic.

I just waited on hold for 2 hours for a prescription fill no one answered the phone . Drove there after I had surgery to be told I have to wait 15 min when I was trying to call it in. This store always has problems and there was no line so what the hell is the problem!! They need to close down until they can get staffing for the pharmacy this is ridiculous!! And corporate needs to handle this

I really never thought Google should have - stars but I do now THIS cvs should have -5 starsI have never had an experience anywhere as bad as this store. The pharmacy or the store manager.This cvs should be SHUT DOWN.I was on hold for over 45 mins, when I called the store from my other phone and spoke to the store manager. He told me he would call me right back. So I wait... then the pharmacist Chi decided to call me back hours later and I do mean hours just to find out if a prescription was at that store. She doesn't give me any information and hangs up on me. I didn't use any off colored language and wasn't mean at anytime. I just wanted to know why it had took so long to get someone to call me back. She should be terminated for the way she behaved.. She has no customer service skills. This store is highly unacceptable in any community.

I don’t know if they are that understaffed at the pharmacy or what the issue is—but I chose to start driving 30 minutes to another Cvs just so I don’t have to wait an hour to pickup a prescription that is already ready. The line is always insane and slow inside and drive thru. I tried to get a flu shot and waited 40 minutes before I had to just leave to get back to work because there was no indication that it was going to happen anytime within the hour. Other locations before we moved to this area were not this bad. I really feel bad for the pharmacy staff at this location, they seem overworked and stressed.

This is the one of the worst CVS stores in the area. During the day they literally have 8 people working in the pharmacy yet there is consistently an hour plus wait in line. I never try to have anything filled during the day. The nighttime pharmacy staff is the complete opposite. Typically they have 2 sometimes 3 people working the pharmacy at night. These 2-3 are what keeps this store afloat. They fill the majority of the days prescriptions as well as any walkins. I have never waited more than 10 mins for a prescription at night. Maybe if pharmacy manager "Roy" would do some work during the day instead of standing up there like he's mister hot stuff the rest of the daytime pharmacy techa would follow his lead. But you lead by example and thats why they dont get anything done during the day. (Side note: Roy just because your the manager doesnt mean that your Mr. Cool.)

Avoid this location unless you have days to wait for a prescription. Location takes ridiculously long to fill prescriptions. They also do not give accurate wait times. Anytime my wife or I go there, we are told it will be an hour before they are ready. Most prescriptions are then not filled until hours later or even the following day. Very tiring that a simple ibuprofen prescription takes 3 hours to fill. I understand they may be understaffed or busy, but that’s something management needs to get taken care of. We have been going to this location for years and the only reason we do is because our insurance is the cheapest here otherwise, we would be going elsewhere. If you want your prescription filled in a timely manner, avoid this location.

I have now been here for thirty minutes wait in line to be seen at the pharmacy. After I finally reached the counter the lady instructed the the prescription that was sent in at 4:45pm that day had yet to even be attempted to be filled. As well as complete disorganization the Pharmacist that should represent yalls store decided to leave while the line is wrapping around 2 aisles. The unprofessionalism and lack of work ethics in the people yall have chosen to employ is completely unbelievable. If I was in charge of this store I would have an entirely new staff. I would rather drive 45 minutes to go to the cvs in Midlothian than I would wait again. I would not recommend this cvs to anyone. I would tell them to go across the street to Walgreens or Kroger because at least if you spend a tiny bit more the people there respect the value of your time.

Every experience I have there is horrible! They're very unorganized & unprofessional. My medicine has been mixed up & confused constantly. I don't receive calls about my prescriptions not being ready until I get there to pick them up. This CVS is more convenient for me, but due to the constant irritation I will be taking my business to another pharmacy.

The Pharmacist named Lauren and Toni both did an amazing job. Toni was very helpful in getting in contact with the doctors to get prescription processing. The orders I could get were done quickly.Lauren did an OUTSTANDING job on explaining how the process works and had so much patience answering my questions every time I said "Only one more..."Happy to have a Pharmacy with Pharmacists that will communicate with you and help you in any way possible.

The absolute worst drive thru I have ever experienced. I' be been waiting in the line for 45 minutes and still no service. When I d I've up I had five cats ahead. There are still two cars ahead of me. Something has to be done because this isn't the first time I've had to wait like this.

Just left this place and the cashier Kimbra did not make me feel welcomed there. She questioned me not once but twice on the photos I printed out. I had to tell her yes I have the photos because she was looking as if I shouldn't have them. She also looked annoyed that I received a $2 reward on top of one I was using.

Pharmacy is incredibly slow, even on drop offs. It's a CVS my information in is in the computer. Yet it took 3 people to figure out what my neighborhood pharmacy does all the time. Never again, Walgreens is across the street, if I can't get to my usual one.

Do not use this pharmacy you will end up frustrated! I get my medicine filled here monthly and every month they send me a text stating my prescription is on order and I have to wait at least 2 days EVERY TIME! That is extremely unexceptable, you cannot make people wait days for their meds....they may need to take them daily and cannot afford to wait days. I have decided I wont be using this pharmacy any longer....such a shame.
