A limb fell and broke the glass in two of our basement windows. These wonderful folks were able to replace the glass in just a few hours, the fee was absolutely reasonable, and our home is whole again. While I hope that my interactions with glass repair professionals are few and far between, my mind is easy knowing that these kind and efficient professionals are here for me. Fixed my broken window for 1/4 of the cost of anyone else in Richmond. And done same day no appointment within 3 hours! They didn't even need to come to my house, just brought the window to them. Super friendly and helpful staff. One of a kind business. Highly recommend.

This is the place you want to go to!!!Dropped my window off in the morning before work and it was done before I got off work.As for the cost, I was expecting to pay 2 times what I paid for the repair. It's more than affordable, it's cheap!Quality was beyond what I expected too. My window looks better than when I first bought it.Nothing negative to say about this place. Had glass replaced in my apartment and installers not only left broken glass on my floor and bed but had left shattered glass outside as well on the window sill and ground where dogs walk. Also stained my carpet while they were here. Would not recommend.

This was our first bathroom remodel where we changed a bath tub to a walk in shower. We hired someone else to do the tile work and needless to say, we should have done it ourselves. Budget Glass came in and was great from the get go. They were able to fit the glass(even with the off tile) and it is beautiful. They have had to come out and adjust the door but never acted like it was a problem and they all were very professional. Will always work with Budget Glass

I was referred to Budget Glass by a friend. I called them to install tub/shower glass doors. The estimate was done quickly but I was unaware of the options available to me. When the installer came out, he noticed the material didn't match what I currently have. He asked if I was aware of it, but I wasn't. So the installer wanted me to get exactly what I wanted and said that he would let the owner know. I spoke to Mike who went above and beyond to make it right. He ordered the new material and my shower doors were installed the next week. I would highly recommend them because of their stellar customer service.

This company is fabulous! They really care about their customers! Mike, in Showers, went above and beyond to help me fix a glass shower problem created by another company. He and his workers were kind, helpful, and able to solve the problem. I wish I had used Budget Glass to install/build the glass shower. I will definitely use them for any future glass needs and highly recommend this company to others.

Needed repair on several fogged windows from my home. I was able to drop them off in the morning and they were ready in 2 hours! They look like brand new! Great customer service and very friendly! The staff literally went out of their way to help me. A technician driving a van came to my car to help me bring in my windows without me asking for help. Customer service like that is hard to find anymore. Will definitely visit again when its time. This is the place to go in the Richmond area!

Lower window sash got broken in our house. Everyone else we talked to either couldn’t get us an estimate or was considerably more money and also wanted 3-4 weeks. Budget glass was very affordable and was able to fix our window the same day we dropped off. Excellent customer service and very satisfied with work!

I used budget glass to replace some windows while I was preparing my house for sale. Geno and Greg were friendly, courteous, prompt and a genuine pleasure to work with. They came and got my windows and were gone by 10:30 in the morning and have brought them back and installed them before 3:30 in the afternoon. Can’t recommend these folks highly enough.

I had a broken sash window, a fogged sash window, and a broken half-circle transom/arch window which were repaired at about $100 each. Budget glass provided same day service each time I used them. The location looks a bit like they wouldn't do walk-up service (it is a huge warehouse with a parking lot full of their own trucks which go out to do repairs/installs). I appreciated them for even being willing to work with a small time retail customer like me, and on top of that for offering me quick service at fair prices.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt compelled to write about my experience with Budget Glass. I had a couple of broken windows and had received the runaround from another un-named glass company. Then I called Budget Glass and spoke to Mike. He was great to speak with on the phone and very helpful. When I went to their shop I spoke to Sharon (and Mike again) ... they were very pleasant and accommodating. They showed me how to save more money and my price was lower from them than anyone else I spoke to. Not only that, I dropped my order off at 4:30pm and they had the windows ready the next morning compared to the other companies that told me it would be 3-4 days. So the bottom line ... better price, faster service and pleasant people to work with. They will get all my business moving forward! Highly recommend!!!

I have used Budget Glass on several occasions to create glass tabletops for my furniture. They are consistently very competitively priced and friendly with fast turnaround times. Most recently I had the pleasure of working with Jason who went above and beyond to fill a request and I was super surprised to have my product available for pickup the same day! It was packaged for safety and beautifully finished. I will be going back for additional glass needs in the near future and would recommend Budget glass as a first choice to anybody looking for specialty cut glass.

I had to replace the glass on a coffee table I bought second hand. The staff were super friendly, helpful, very accommodating and the prices are very fair. An added bonus is their office dog Sadie who was an extremely good girl :) My glass was ready the very next day. Great experience!

My dad contacted Richmond Budget Glass Company on Tuesday to inquire about replacing the glass on our RV while working on Tuesday. We spoke with a representative of the company who gave us different glass options along with a possible estimate. After having this conversation, we proceed to have the glass of RV removed Friday morning. After this was done we contacted Budget Glass to replace the glass as discussed the previous day; we get a response from a different representative saying they don’t do this type of thing and was referred to another company. Now we’re over here with a vehicle with no glass and very unsatisfied. The representative was also very rude during the whole discussion. I would leave no stars if I could.
