The owner is Inexperienced, charges way too much, doesn't treat your animals well enough as she should, there are far better and more experienced groomers in town who charge less. Don't trust she runs it from her home.

I love the job they did on my Schnauzer. The lady with blonde shoulder length hair at the front desk, was kinda judgy and rude. But the other ladies were so sweet! I would definitely bring my dog back here! ❤️

My Mommow took her dog here. When she brought him home she took off his bandana and saw that there was a big burn mark on both sides of his neck. They were trying to hide it with the bandana. He has completely changed since then. He has been very anxious and shakes all the time. My Mommow has to sit with him while he eats. I don’t know what this place did to him but she will never be going here again.Edit in response to owner: You said you take pictures before and after a cut if a dog is matted and that my Mommow’s dog had matted hair so we would love to see those pictures. Just moved near area, 1hr- 20mins away.Made appt 5weeks out, called to confirm 2wks before appt, then on Friday Aug 6th someone called to confirm appt. We arrived at groomer at 11:40am(appt12noon)but they were closed.My husband thought they might have went out to lunch so we waited till 12:30p.I even went next door to pool place and those ladies was nice enough to try and get ahold of them . We arrived home there was a message that asked to confirm appt if not wanted to reschedule, got 15 mins after we lefted. So I called today to tell them I was disappointed and she said she'd left a note family emergency on door, there wasn't a note just papers to all customers on door. I understand that things do arise but so why call to confirm or reschedule if had to leave for mother having surgery? She Did Not even offer to make it right or try to call this morning to let us know why closed. Very Disappointed

I took my dog for his grooming and he had horrible long hair spots left and wasn’t even dry when I picked him up.

Stood in lobby and didn’t receive any kind of recognition. I called before entering and was pretty much ignored. The workers are not professional groomers and haven’t been trained
