Make sure they put sauce in the bag. Spent $50 at this location and not one sauce packet. Didn’t realize until I got home. Now I have $50 worth of Taco Bell and no sauce. When I told them do better they hung up and then refused to answer back.Update: “manager” Chris got completely rude raised his voice with me and hung up again. All I needed was for you to make it right and compensate for time and inconvenience. Regardless if sauce packets are free if they were ordered then the order was wrong. I will contact the GM and never go to this location.

Food is okay if you ever get it! I can’t tell you how many times i’ve spent 30 minutes to over an hour in the drive thru here. It would make sense if there were tons of people in line, but that’s not the case. I’ve sat at the window, being the only person in line and had to wait that long. It is beyond ridiculous. If there’s a shortage of staff, I do feel bad and I hope they can get more employees. Other than that there is honestly no excuse.

Tràsh don't eat here they are so rude car broke down in drive thru after I made my order sat there an hour til I got it fixed and they gave me the food that was sitting for an hour call back in manager said she was to busy to take my call

Super pleased with our experience at this Taco Bell! The food was great, as far as Taco Bell goes, and service was great as well. Mostly, we were just really happy to have a place to enjoy a late night meal with family.

One of the best taco bells I've ever been to. Staff is very nice and friendly even when they are swamped. App is very easy to use to pre-order your foodVegetarian options: My daughter is a vegetarian and she loves this Taco Bell as well

Came here at 10 p.m ordered the chalupa box chulupa, it was stale my borrito and taco couldnt hold a form from being cold and soggy I was ok with it until I woke up at 2 am with all the great quality of eating bad food. So I called them wanting a refund. I spoke to a manager who told me that all the food is cooked fresh and that there was no possible way that I could've gotten sick from them and that I got sick from somewhere else. So I guess the manager who wasn't managing the team at the time is psychic and knows when theres bacteria present from home. All I gotta say it's not hard to be clean and sanitary which this location obviously is having trouble with.

Wish I could get a -10 Will never eat at this Taco Bell again. Not only did I wait 20 minutes for my food inside everyone through the drive through even got their food even ones that came after i did got their food before me all I ordered was 5 things it shouldn’t of took 20 minutes to get my food when others were getting theirs. They got my order completely wrong, and they gave me a broken cup. There was also 4 people cooking so 🤷🏻‍♀️ Shouldn’t of took that long. Plus my tacos were soaked and literally fell apart. -10/10 wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. Save your money and go to the one in cedar bluff.

I love taco bells food I always have but the drive thru anymore Is ridiculous, it seems like every time I come here I wait 20 or longer minutes to even be able to order my food then another 20 minutes paying for it...its supposed to be convenient but it's really not and could probably get food faster going inside. ..

Wasn't really going to stop but mom wanted Taco Bell so we ordered. Tried the Chipotle Cheddar Chapula combo. For once actually spicy. They were out of Baja Blast Zero Sugar so I had to get Diet Mountain Dew.Vegetarian options: Has a selection of Vegetarian options and substitutions of making some menu items VegetarianParking: Near gas station and plenty of parking space on both sides.

The male employees was all in a single stall bathroom at one time. Anyones guess what they was doing I have 2 ideas. Took 32 minutes for 2 combo meals we was the only dine in customers. Staff was rude. We had to demand napkins and taco sauce. The dinning area wasnt clean. And thise new fiery Doritos loco tacos are very disappointing.

My experience was not good at all. When checked order before leaving I noticed that things were missing. Several things actually, but when looking is thru the bag the nachos belle grande lid was not on there good so it went all over the other food that was in bag. Not to mention that it was hot so trying to clean it was burning my hands. When I went into the store to get the remaining items and told them the nachos went all over the other items the worker asked the manager to handle it. The manager never even came over to speak with me.So needless to say the food was cold when I got home covered in beans cheese and sour cream. Not happy with the experience so will not be returning there. Go the extra mile and go to another taco bell. And on top of that did not realize but there was still another item missing from the bag.

This Taco Bell in Cedar Bluff is slow they should not be like that. when i work there years ago when we open up we had to Hustle it it, thoses kids that was working there did not seem like they care if you get your food or not i know i had to wait on apple pies but i should have been told. You go ahead and give the food don't let it sit to get cold because you don't want you sweets until you eat your other food.

Ordered my tacos opened the bag and a nasty bug crawled out!!! Went back to let them know what happened. There was only one person that was trying to help and be nice the rest were saying “ I seriously doubt a bug came out of your food” well I seriously doubt I would be complaining about a $1.10 taco if something didnt come out of my food!?!

Soaked wet tacos nearly every visit, my family and I eat here very rarely these days. Got supreme tacos and they were all as if someone poured liquid all over them. Will be reporting to the health department.

The service at the Cedar Bluff location was soooo slow. I order extra stuff on my food & I'm charged for it,, but there's NEVER ANY EXTRA!!!!The TACO BELL in Claypool Hill is ALWAYS SUPER FAST, AND I GET MY EXTRA SAUCE, CHICKEN, BEEF-WHICHEVER I ORDER!!!! I NOW GO TO Claypool Hill, EVERYTIME!!!!

Last time there we got sick the food was old and was no where near fresh.don't take the drive through. Inside you can take it back but who wants to drive all the way back when you are home?for a 10.00 meal?so I just don't go back.

Little problem with updated registers on price, manager fixed problem, gave the difference back, and gave us bowl of chicken pieces for our fur babies that were riding in the back. Usual T.B.Food but really GREAT service
