We picked up our food and it was fresh + hot. I ordered the Mushroom & Swiss burger + an onion ring (used coupon for $1.49 onion ring) and a root beer and had no issues. The food was delicious!

Person operating drive thru told me that extra meat could not be added to the big roast beef sandwich at an upcharge and that she'd have to charge me for another regular roast beef. Told her 3 times to just go ahead and give me the regular roast beef by itself because if I was going to have to pay full price for the extra roast beef to be placed on the big roast beef, why not just get it individually? To beat all that, I requested one regular hot ham and cheese. I paid for and got two!!! I didn't find this out until I was 45 minutes away from the restaurant and at home. Not very happy at all. Wouldn't have been so bad had I not spent the last 8½ hours of that particular day with mother at the hospital taking her first chemo treatment. All I wanted to do was grab everyone something to eat bc frankly I was mentally and physically exhausted and the last thing I wanted to do after driving another 45 minutes home is cook dinner. It very well may be fastfood but, there is zero pride in one's work anymore. I never want to be the person to add to someone's already tough day. Too bad we don't live in fantasy land where the rest of the world thought that way also.

Any Frisco sandwich, breakfast sandwich or burger is always drowning in butter. Any time I've ordered more than one burger one or both are made incorrectly. Breakfast is usually fresh, tastes good, and made as ordered. However, I wouldn't recommend eating here for any other meal. I will say that the managers are nice here, and they do attempt to have the meals that are made wrong or thrown together as a big mess sent back to be fixed, it's just not worth it because it usually comes back not much better than it was sent back.Posted a photo of the Cinnamon raisin biscuits I recieved this morning. They were terrible the three of us each took a bite to try them. The water confectionery sugar glaze was like paste. I can only assume they put so much of it on top to hide how unappetizing the biscuits look. The cinnamon raisin biscuits themselves are extremely thin and tasteless, except for the the overly sweet glaze. I did not find even one raisin and the taste of cinnamon wasn't even present. Terrible!

I've always been a big fan of Hardee's, never had to worry if our food was correct and in the bag, until recently. My husband went on 4/30/19 and ordered 4 regular roast beef and only got 2 in the bag, so had to drive 7-8 minutes back there to get our 2 sandwiches and was treated rudely over it. Then, went back tonight 5/2/19 and got 2 big roast beef and a plain chicken sandwich and when he got home, there was only 1 roast beef in the bag and the chicken sandwich had lettuce, tomato and mayo on it. I'm used to checking the bag with McDonald's, but never expected to have to do it at Hardee's. But, with twice in only a couple of days, we will be checking our bags from now on!! Very disappointed in the staff at Hardee's, I sincerely hope y'all do get better at making sure the food is right and everything in the bag like it's supposed to be from now on.

Service is definitely lacking. If you go through the drive thru, your order is probably wrong and the cost for a burger is stupid! $10 for a fast food burger and fries that isn’t really that good?! I should have drove another 2 minutes and got a whopper meal at Burker King for less money.

I went to Hardee's for a plain biscuit and I was pleased with the service and the place was clean, that is a plus. I will eat there again. I do recommend this location.

Hardees is my absolute favorite place to eat but absolutely!!!!!! do not get their gravy biscuits of the morning it sucks whoever mixes the gravy does not know what they're doing so if you like gravy with chunks of powder in it go for it it's happened to me four times now you think that I would get the picture myself but I just figured well maybe they was in a hurry this time is why the gravy sucks but no it's like that every single morning!!! Money well wasted

Not great. Food is usually cold. There are always swarms of flies hanging around the drive thru window, probably ftom drivers dumping their old drinks out, but this seems to be the only local restaurant that has this problem. A few years back they served a guy a sweet tea with a plastic bag in it, making the local news.

We did not have a pleasant opening. We ordered two Frisco burgers and two large fries. Unfortunately we didn't check our order and when we arrived home we had two regular burgers and one order of small fries. I had requested no ketchup or mustard on one Frisco burger and on both burgers was everything. Sad was my granddaughter, but I promised her a treat tomorrow. Charlieculbertsonc7@gmail.com

Food is okay at best. Overpriced. There is always a problem with order whether that be food is old and they are upset about having to recook when it is brought to their attention, or the things you pay extra for to have added on such as tomato, bacon, ect. Isn't added or food is just missing altogether.

Great place to dine in or drive thru, they just can't keep enough chicken sometimes, lol. I Love this place, they are the only restaurant in out town that gives anyone free ice water, and ice. Thank you all for all you do!❤❤

Very busy in the morning so expect a bit of a line. Be careful driving in and exiting off and back on to the main road. It's a drainage ditch and will without a doubt rock your vehicle like crazy if you don't pull out very slow. I've spilled enough drinks to have learned my lesson now.

I went through the drive through ordered breakfast combo with bacon sausage gravy piece of sausage and coffee black. They forgot my sausage gravy put my piece of sausage in my platter and my coffee had creme and sugar. No potato rounds in my combo. Shew... needless to say I will not go back too many drive thrus I passed up to get to hardees. Iwill most definitely go somewhere else.

We had a new Hardee's open in claypool hill, va ( I haven't been yet) but I went to the one in Richlands, Va and to be honest it was the worst breakfast I had in my life. The biscuit was cold and hard, the mini piece of ham tasted old, tator rounds old and nasty, and Customer service nope they were busy on their phones.

Its Hardees what can I say? Great food at a price that's a bit high...but for a good reason. Ya getting what you pay for here! Friendly people, clean dining area. I imagine the bathroom is clean as well...didnt go to it... Overall give em 5* rating

There is only one reason to eat at Hardee's and that is the sausage gravy biscuit and the country ham and egg biscuit at breakfast. I love them, but I don't like anything else on the menu.
