I would consider myself an almost expert of Goodwill's. I always find the closest one when I travel. I was impressed by the prices of the housewares. The regular price of certain clothes is kind of high but if you can get the clothes that are on sale then definitely worth it. Very impressed by the 99 cent items and 50% off other items. All items were clearly priced. Very neat and staff was very friendly & easy to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

START RESPECTING PUBLIC CUSTOMERS. STOP SELLING ONLINE. They should not have an online auction store. The local people who shop there regularly shouldn't have to get nice items online when US LOCAL PEOPLE HAVE KEPT YOUR DOORS OPEN AND PAID/ PAYING EMPLOYEES PAY CHECKS, UTILITIES AND RENTAL FOR THE BUSINESS.

I wish I could give LESS than a 1 star!!!! I LIVE in this town and have NEVER been there when the website said they were open!!!! Case and point JUST ABOUT 10 minutes ago!!!! Went there to exchange an item. Website said "Open till 5". I pulled on the door at 4:38 AND THEY WERE CLOSED!!! I would rather shop online and throw my items away than to give them to someone as wishy-washy as the Goodwill in Richlands Va!!!!! Period!!!!

Wonderful and helpful employees. Great selections of different name brand items. Definitely worth your time to check out. Would give a 5 star but prices are getting higher on donated items.

I went shopping today, day late, dollar-short kinda thing, lol, I have to attend a wedding and needed a sweater to match my dress. After shopping three different major stores I decided to drop in to the Goodwill. I couldn't believe it, I not only found the perfect sweater, I found three. So if you don't mind the second time around clothing, Goodwill could be your favorite store too.

Went here once. Prices were super high considering everything is given to them for free. Saw a halfway used scented candle for 4 bucks lol I can get a brand new one at Walmart for 3.50. Just crazy, word is the workers hold back the good stuff for them and their buddies which is against policy but that's how it is in Richlands :/

ALL GOODWILLS ARE CONSIDERED A FRANCHISE,such as WENDY MCDONALD'S ETC.Bought into by Personal Investors...As any franchise This Va location is Owned by 4 out of TN My advice to any shoppers ,Research is always best.Highest ticket items of GREAT Value or HIGH VINTAGE AND ,JEWERLY ETC.. GO DIRECTLY TO THEIR Headquarters in KINGSPORT,, to be tested for VALUE..CHECK OUT ONLINE. GOODWILL AUCTIONS ETC.but, RICHLANDS hasn't got lotta options Good place to check out ramdon items. PRICNG STAFF ARE TRAINED TO PRICE THE " SPECIAL FINDS" for them.Truly Research in depths.

I like to go and look around at the oddities like electronics lamp stuff like that. My wife goes and man she's just thrilled when she gets to go to Goodwill very good place to shop if you're in need for clothes very good prices good people there.

Do not ask to take your 4 year old child to the bathroom. At Richlands Goodwill. They will tell you no. We will not go back. Every Goodwill I have been to lets you use the bathroom from Wytheville to Bristol. But not Richlands. I usually go there 2 days a week at least but no more.

This goodwill's prices on houseware were alil more or exactly what it would be at walmart. example: the cleaning spray awesome is $1 everywhere an here they want $2. Idk if the lights are automatically shut off at closing time but if not they started turning sections of the light off. Theres alot of nice new clothes, at reg goodwill price.

This is the first time I had ever been in a Goodwill, they have alot of items and brand name clothing that's a great price! Half price on their items! Im definately gonna visit them again!!!
