I absolutely love this store!!! This store had the best employees ever. The manager is so patient and kind. She always makes it a point to speak to me and my kids everytime we go in. I've seen her go out of her way to help anyone she can. Having such amazingly nice people makes all the difference in the world to some customers like me and my family. I hope this company appreciates having such great,loyal and hard working employees that run this store.

Great place to shop , easier than Wal-Mart to get in and out , however they're slow at check out. They need more cashier's , because they are usually trying to stock shelves an run the register. It's not their fault , Management shouldn't expect them to do both , bc it leaves the customer waiting forever . I still love shopping there.

The people are always friendly n talk to customers and tell the customers about deals n sales n always will ask if u need anything. They also try to save u money, if u ask where things are they ll always walk u over to it, if theres a dollar store brand then try n get u to get there brand which that's a plus to the store!! They dude on night shift n I don't think he gete any hour but he always helping others n will speak n be friendly with customers, let's I know when it closes he very helpful n nice. He should have more hours!!!

Love these stores. Brilliant idea to put them where other store won't go, in areas that are some times long distances to get to a Walmart, etc. Have a little of everything and mostly great prices. Thanks.

Dollar General in Cedar Bluff is the best . It's all ways clean and neat and the people there are so nice. Not like the one in Richlands you cant hardly fine anything it is so messy not clean. I live five minutes from the one in Richlands but I go to the one in Cedar Bluff its cleaner and not messy..

A little small and crowded but very well stocked. Need to keep both registers running when busy so customer's didn't have to wait so long.

Someone should sue the dollar general company for false advertising. I've been to 3 different stores and none of them had the item I was looking for that was advertised in their sales paper !

Go here almost every other day it's right near my house so it's easy to pop in and grab what I need the employees are friendly most of the time store is messy tho hard to find things
